 یوجد في شعر نازک الملائکۃ ’’القیمۃ الفعلیۃ‘‘ وھذہ القیمۃ لا تتمثل في أن شعرھا قابل للتقلید أو أخذہ کنموذج مثالي یقتدي بہ من بعدھا الآخرون، ولکن المیزۃ الممتازہ في شعرھا بأن لدیھا القدرۃ علی التحرر من العاطفۃ والرومانسیۃ وما إلی ذلک۔

 ویذکر شوقي بزیغ في مجلۃ العدد’’ وقد تکون تربیۃ نازک المحافظۃ ونشأتھا في أسرہ متعلقۃ بأھداب القیم الموروثۃ ھي من بین العوامل التي دفعتھا إلی احترام العادات والتقالید المحیطۃ لھا من کل جانب، وعلی الرغم من إقامتھا الطویلۃ في أمریکا فنحن لا نلمع في شعرھا ما یشي بالتجرؤ علی الأعراف السائدۃ وتجاوز المحظورات لابل إننا نکاد لا نعرف شيئاً عن حیاتھا الخاصۃ أو عن علاقاتھا العاطفیۃ التي سبقت الزواج‘‘[1]۔

 فیذکر شوقي بزیغ لا بد من الاعتراف بأن نازک، بسبب النشأۃ أو الخوف أو مکانۃ المرأۃ العربیۃ أو بعض الظروف الاجتماعیۃ لم تسمح للشاعرۃ أن تتعمق في الحداثۃ أو بما تکون الحالۃ الاجتماعیۃ أو مکانتھا أو عادات البيئة العربیۃ والواقع العربي والعراقي بوجہ خاص وقد تکون ھذہ الظروف نفسھا ھي التي لونت معظم قصائدھا بلون الحزن والألم ، وجعلت الموت یحتل موقعاً متعلقاً في نظرتھا، ولکن الجانب الإیجابي یحجب علی حزنھا ویظھر الجانب الآخر وھي قدرتھا علی تحویل حزنھا إلی مادۃ للتأمل الھادئ والتبصر العمیق والتعجب في الحیاۃ وفي أحوال النفس وأسرارھا، وھو ما تکمن ملاحظتہ في قصائدھا مثل "أجراس سوداء" و "مرثیۃ یوم تامہ" و "الشخص الثاني" و "الخیط المشدود في شجرۃ السرو" وغیرھا[2]۔ نلاحظ أن معظم قصائدھا ملون بلون الحزن والألم وقد تکون أسبابھا لیست ظاھرۃ ولکن ربما یکون ھناک سر مختبيئ في قلب الشاعرہ، وھي لا تستطیع إظھارہ وذلک بسبب حالة من الحالات أو بسبب ظروف معینۃ ویتضح ألمھا الداخلي ونظرتھا الی الوجود والأشیاء، بأنھا فانیة...

Islam is an entire way of life. It illuminates every facet of daily existence. There is no problem for which Islam has not provided a remedy. Every aspect of beliefs and ethics, including human affairs, has also been examined. Islam is the only religion on earth that can be compared the height of Western culture and civilization. People have become its slavish disciples in the most literal sense. To stay up with the rest of the world, they are creating new interpretations of Islam for this reason. Accepted wisdom is a benefit, but only within the bounds of Sharia. Otherwise, it is Shaytan's legacy. ۔(شیطان) One of the most significant and crucial stages in a person's life is the nikah. It is expressly covered in the Qur'an and Hadith. It is created necessary for sustaining human existence. It is referred to as the culmination of human life and one of the Prophet's (ﷺ) required Sunnas. However, one of the most despised actions is the dissolution of a marriage. Islam, however, differs from other faiths. It contains the entire procedure/laws for dissolving a marriage. The appropriate discussion of Talaq and Khula is illustrated by the jurists' use of Estihsan and Qayas. Recent years have seen various crises and a collapse in Pakistani society. Smear and family system disturbance are the main issues among them. "Nikkah" is the fundamental element of a family system; in reality, a family system is based on Nikkah. If this Nikkah is intact, the entire family system is stable; nevertheless, if this Nikkah is broken, not only is the family system traumatised, but the entire society begins to suffer. The summary of this thesis explains that the Islamic Ideological Council's recommendations have been reviewed in light of the non-Sharia practises of the judicial authorities in relation to Khula and judicial powers related to Khula, as well as an analytical study of the remarks and opinions of commentators and jurists, including future jurists, regarding Khula. Use of Animated Videos to Enhance Grade V Students Conceptual Understanding of an Abstract Topic of Science

Teaching of science has become more impressionable with the integration of technology. A small-scale action research study was organized in one of the Government High schools of Gilgit Baltistan to explore the use of animated videos for teaching an abstract concept of ‘states of matter’. The study was conducted in a science classroom of Grade V. The research found how animated video worked in Grade V science teaching to enhance students’ conceptual understanding of states of matter. This action study was conducted over a period of five weeks comprising of three cycles. In the reconnaissance stage, three lessons of science teacher were observed, a pre-test, a focused group discussion with six purposively selected students and an interview of the science teacher was carried out. In cycle 1, 2 and 3, six lessons were planned and taught. Data was collected through observations, focused group discussions, interviews and pre and post-tests. The finding of the study showed that students gradually got familiar with animated videos, started sharing their ideas in a group, and resultantly these animated videos proved meaningful in supporting their understanding of states of matter. The findings also showed that students took an initial step towards conceptual understanding- a slight bent from teacher-centered to student-centered learning. The study also pointed out at both teacher’s and students’ misconceptions about states of matter. However, this study has implications for the school in terms of students’ better learning and effective teaching. Therefore, schools need to relook its method of teaching from rote memorizing to conceptual understanding, and teachers need to change their lectured based teaching to activity/animated video-based teaching.
