۲۹ جولائی ۱۹۹۵ء بروز ہفتہ پشاور ننھیال میں پیدایش ہوئی۔ گھر میں پہلا بچہ ہونے کے باعث والدین اور قریبی رشتہ داروں میں خوشی کی لہر دوڑ اٹھی۔ سب نے بہت پیارکیا اورنازاٹھائے۔ارشد ملک کے والد کا نام محمد اشرف ہے اور والدہ کا نام سلمہٰ اشرف ہے۔ ارشد ملک کے والدین کا تعلق ضلع فیروز پور تحصیل موگا پنڈ دولت پورہ متحدہ ہندوستان سے تھا۔ بعد ازاں جب پاکستان معرضِ وجود میں آیا تو ہجرت کر کے پاکستان کے شہر قصور کے کیمپ میں دس پندرہ دن گزارے۔ پھر قصور سے دولمی ،پھر بڈھے والا کھوہ راوی، پھر وہاں سے کہروڑ پکا آئے اور ٹھیکے پر کھیتی باڑی کا پیشہ اختیار کیا۔ پھر وہاں سے وہاڑی سکونت اختیار کی اور آج تک وہاڑی میں ہی سکونت پذیر ہیں۔ ارشد ملک کے دادا ابو کا نام حاجی محمد شریف اور دادی اماں کا نام شریفاں بی بی ہے جو بقیدِ حیات ہیں۔
ارشد ملک جب پیدا ہوئے تھے تو ان کے تایا جی کی گود میں ڈال دیا تھا۔ چوں کہ ان کی پہلی بیوی سے اولاد نہیں تھی۔ بعد ازاں دوسری شادی سے اللہ تعالیٰ نے اولاد کی نعمت سے نوازا۔ پھر ارشد ملک اپنے اصل والدین کی زیرِ کفالت آگئے۔ ابتدائی تعلیم قائد اعظم ماڈل ہائی سکول وہاڑی سے حاصل کی اور پرائمری پاس کرنے کے بعد جامعہ مدنیہ جامع مسجد باغ والی سے قرآنِ کریم کی تعلیم حاصل کرنے کے لیے داخلہ لیا۔ اور قرآنِ مجید حفظ کیا۔ حفظ کے بعد آٹھویں جماعت کا پرائیویٹ امتحان پاس کیا۔پھر گورنمنٹ تیمور شہید اسکول میں میٹرک کا امتحان پاس کیا ۔میٹرک کا امتحان پاس کرنے کے بعد گورنمنٹ پوسٹ گریجوایٹ کالج وہاڑی سے ایف۔ایس سی اور بعد ازاں...

تحریف قرآن پر عقلی و نقلی دلائل کا تنقیدی جائزہ

The ECE teaching in pre-primary schools is enhanced by the Government in primary schools the student must be 3-8 years’ classes of Pakistan. This subject is a source of learning to know the things as well as to familiar with the school environments and connected to schools same time will be a responsible citizen, so the mosques are playing very important role in teaching of little kids from beginning of Islam to till date. It is more successfully working in our mosques and provide basic education for learner, so in this study found out the effectiveness of mosques for ECE pre-primary education SBA, Sindh  Pakistan for this study sample was selected from the school teachers which were consist on 100 hundred  and five like rate scale questioners were distributed among them to know the effectiveness of mosques for ECE education according the finding most the respondent were agreed that the mosques will be the suitable place for little kids learning place because mostly every  colony, muhalla, village, street had a mosque and almost one or two rooms are also connected to mosques only few mosques where this facility is not avail able otherwise mostly these mosques  is also  a big class room if it is used carefully so this all was effective conclusion for the effectiveness of ECE     as well as for the learners learning point of view. So it is also recommended for Government as well as policy makers to revisit polices of teaching ECE classes and their effectiveness in regards to mosques where all facilities have been already present must be included in streamline of Pakistan

An Analytical Study of Wahbah Al-Zuhaylis Thought in Contemporary Islamic Jurisprudence

This dissertation aims at exploring the process of transmissionlearning and its impacts on the development of the ʻUlemā- the insightful scholastic class of Islam- with a special focus on the verbalization of Islamic orders. The bottom rock of this study is the academic of the twentieth century, Wahbah Muṣṭafā Zuḥaylī (1932-2015) who has extensively and substantially enriched the Islamic laws and legal jurisprudence through many of his speeches and books which deal broadly with various ramifications of Islamic cultures. His teachings are relevant to the whole Muslim world in general and to the Middle East in particular. He argues that religious compulsion to follow the Sunnī diktats is not compulsory for the faithful. He further maintains that the followers of Sunnī Islam are free to follow any of the four validated Sunni edicts, and even this is not compulsory as long as one follows a competent Islamic jurist. Heeven goesto the extent of permitting the people to follow the rules of other laws as long as they are not against the fundamental instructions of Islam. Zuḥaylī is of the opinion that relationships between Muslims and non-Muslims should be based on mutual respect, brotherhood,and universal understanding. He considers war only as a weapon of last resort. The first chapter of the dissertation is a prologue to al-Zuḥaylī. It embodies the social and scholarly ether of his time. The second chapterevaluates the diverse course of history through which the Islamic Law developed from the time of Holy Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلمdown to the current time. Third chapterscrutinizes the methodology of al-Zuḥaylī. The main focus of this chapter remains on how he has adopted the reason-based and otherworldly techniques to deal with the information inside the Islamic family law. Fourth chapterexplores al-Zuḥaylī‘s contribution on the laws of Islamic Business and Monetary Exchanges in the light of contemporary rules on business and monetary administration. Fifth and Sixth chapters discuss the chosen contemporary issues to comprehend Zuḥaylī‘s abilities to find solutions for the current issues. The conclusion of the dissertation encompasses the brief analysis of the over-all impacts of the writer on Islamic Law.
