علمی حلقوں میں یہ خبر غم و افسوس کے ساتھ سنی جائے گی کہ چھندم گوٹ ضلع حیدرآباد سندھ کے مشہور عالم پیر احسان اﷲ شاہ صاحب جو قلمی کتابوں کے بڑے عاشق تھے چوالیس برس کی عمر میں ۱۳؍ اکتوبر ۱۹۳۸ء کو اس دنیا سے چل بسے، مرحوم حدیث و رجال کے بڑے عالم تھے، اور ان کے کتب خانہ میں حدیث و تفسیر و رجال کی نایاب قلمی کتابوں کا بڑا ذخیرہ تھا، ان کے شوق کا یہ عالم تھا کہ مشرق و مغرب مصر و شام و عرب و قسطنطنیہ کے کتب خانوں میں ان کے کاتب اور ناسخ نئی قلمی کتابوں کی نقل پر مامور رہتے تھے، مرحوم ایک خانقاہ کے سجادہ نشین اور طریق سلف کے متبع، اور علم و عمل دونوں میں ممتاز تھے، اﷲ تعالیٰ مرحوم پر اپنے انوار رحمت کی بارش فرمائے۔ (سید سلیمان ندوی، نومبر ۱۹۳۸ء)
This paper aims at highlighting the perspective of Islam regarding prisoners’ dealing. In the light of Quranic verses and examples from the life of Muhammad (PBUH), the last messenger of Allah and his companions, it has been shown that some 14 centuries back, although there were no formal settings to captivate the inmates, yet the prisoners in individual custody or incarcerated somewhere else such as Mosques, had full rights in terms of inborn dignity, humane treatments, fair justice, practicing religion etc. They were fully protected from the torture at the hands of occupying powers or individuals. Therefore, majority of them embraced Islam within custody and become firm believers before they were released. It is therefore, recommended that any prisoners’ reform strategy in the modern Era to be successful must take into consideration the glorious principles of Islam derived from Quran, authentic Hadith and the live examples of Muhammad (PBUH) and his companion.
Comparison between Al-Dur-Al-Masoon and Blaghat-Al-Quran (Morphological and Syntactical analysis) (Chapter Aal-e-Imran) As a matter of fact many a Muslim scholars had been compiling their Tafaseers on Morphological and Syntactical grounds.Just because complete understanding of Quranic verses impossible without the help of these two. So the researcher chose two books, one from old period and other from present time to compare their styles in dealing with Morphological and Syntactical Citations. I have divided my topic into Abstract, Preface, five chapters, Bibliography and list of contents. First chapter will talk about Morphological and Syntactical Citations in TafaseerUlQuran and it has three sub-chapters and Second chapter will introduce Halabi, Shaikhly and their books and it has three sub-chapters and Third chapter will consist of Morphological and Syntactical Citations in Al- Dur-Al-Masoonand it has three sub-chapters and Fourth chapter will consist of Morphological and Syntactical Citations in Balaghat-Al-Quran and it has three sub-chapters and Fifth chapter will deal with comparison between Al-Dur-Al-Masoon and Balaghat-Al-Quranand it has three sub-chapters.
