معزز اسا تذہ کرام اور میرے ہم مکتب شاہینو!
آج مجھے جس موضوع پر اظہار خیال کرنا ہے وہ ہے:’’جرم ضعیفی کی سزا مرگ مفاجات ‘‘
صدرِذی وقار!
انسان کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اشرف المخلوقات پیدا فرمایا ہے، اس کے سر پرعظمت کا تاج سجایا ہے، اس کو مسجودِد ملائکہ بنایا ہے، خلافت کی عظیم ذمہ داری اسے سونپی ہے، اس کے دم قدم سے باغِ عالم میں بہار ہے، اسی کے سامنے جملہ مخلوقات سرتسلیم خم ہے، خونخوار درندے اور وحشی جانور اس کی تابع فرمانی میں مصروف ہیں۔
جنابِِ صدر!
اگر انسان اپنی تخلیق کے مقصد سے آگاہ رہے، اپنے وجود کو اسی مقصد کے لیے مستعد اور تیار رکھے، اپنے اعضائے جسمانی میں مقصد کی تکمیل کے لیے تحریک پیدا کرتے رہے، قویٰ کومضمحل نہ ہونے دے، فکری اور شعوری قویٰ کو استعمال میں لاتا رہے، زندگی میں کسی لمحہ بھی افراط وتفریط کا شکار نہ ہو۔۔ تو
صدرِذی وقار!
اس کے تصورات و خیالات کو پاکیزگی مل سکتی ہے، اس کی تقریر اور وعظ میں تاثیر پیدا ہو سکتی ہے، اس کے سپر د کی گئی خلافت کی ذمہ داری میں نکھار پیدا ہو سکتا ہے، اس کے مقصد ِحیات کی تکمیل ہو سکتی ہے، اس کے خوابوں کو شرمندہ تعبیر کیا جا سکتا ہے، اس کے خیالات میں طہارت کے جلوے دیکھے جا سکتے ہیں۔

Imm Ibn Taymiyyah is a well-known scholar of Muslims. He was an ocean of knowledge and wisdom. His books prove his excellence He was born in 661 Hijrah in Harrn (Syria). He learned every kind of knowledge especially religious knowledge i. E knowledge of Qur’n, Tafsr, Hadth, Fiqh, Jurisprudence, philosophy, inheritance law, mathematics, grammar, literature, and poetry etc. He wrote hundreds of books about the above mentioned fields. He was permitted to give Fatw (verdict) in his early age. He was successful in achieving the position of Ijtihd (authoritative interpretation of Islamic Law). Ibn Taymiyyah Studied the Profound Books of religions and sects. Then he analyzed the works in the light of senior Imams and Qurn and Sunnah. He is an extra ordinary person in his knowledge and writings. In brief we can say the fatws of Imam Ibn Taymiyyah have printed in thirty seven volumes. His first ratiocination in Fatwa is from the Holy Qurn. He presents the arguments from the Hadith and Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (S. A. W). He considered Ijm ‘ (consensus of Muslim opinion) as a proof of Shar‘ah. He presents the point of view of various schools of thought, He trusted in the books of ancient scholars. He also answers the anticipating ambiguity and complication. A few of his fatwas begin with all praise to Allah. His fatws are concordant with the life of the Muslims. In this article a deep study of fatwa of Ibn Taymiyyah has been taken as a guideline for fatwa in Islamic methodology.
The concept of motivation has great significance in public sector organizations. Motivation always exists in organization and plays a vital role for enhancement of morality and productivity of employees at work place. Case study of Pakistan State Oil and Pakistan Air Force was selected to measure the importance of motivation and its role towards morality and productivity. Collection of data was diverse in nature and tried to cover all the aspect pertaining to motivation and its role toward organization productivity. Questioners were prepared to analyze the level of motivation. The sample size was selected for the testing from lower, middle and higher level management. Many motivational key elements were found missing in Pakistan State Oil which was highlighted in the current research. Pakistan Air Force being a defence organization was also tested for motivation and its various measures taken by the organization for the employees. The statistics of this study has been collected by following the interviews and questionnaire methodologies. In this regards 200 questionnaire were prepared. 120 were filled by middle management level administrators and rest around 80 people has been interviewed from senior level personally by the researcher. This output of model summary exhibits that the multiple correlation coefficients (R), using all the predictors (independent variables) simultaneously is determined as 0.654 (R2=0.427) and the adjusted R2 is 0.362 which means that about 36% of the variation in the dependent variable (Motivation to enhance Morality & Productivity at Work) can be predicted by the independent variables i.e. Money as Motivational Factor, Reward as Motivational Factor, Open & Comfortable Environment for work Productivity and so on and so forth. Moreover on the bases of these results recommendations were formulated.
