سعیدہ صبا سیالکوٹی(۱۹۱۹ء۔۲۰۰۲) کا اصل نام احمد بی بی ہے۔ آپ پسرور میں پیدا ہوئیں ۔آپ کے بڑے بھائی عبرتؔپسروری معروف شاعر تھے۔(۷۰۴)

’’گلدستہ صبا‘‘ سعیدہ صبا کا واحد شعری مجموعہ ۱۹۹۶ء میں شائع ہوا۔ حمد و نعت،اتحاد اُمت ،قومیت ،دینِ اسلام ،اور حالات حاضرہ ان کی شاعری کے اہم موضوعات ہیں۔ آپ کے دل میں امت مسلمہ کا بہت درد تھا۔ جس کا اظہار ان کے مجموعہ ہائے کلام کے صفحات میں جگہ جگہ ملتا ہے۔

ان کی نظم میں لطافت و سلاست پائی جاتی ہے۔ وہ کسی بھی تاثر کی منظر نگاری نہایت جاذب پیرائے میں کرنے پر بڑی قدرت رکھتی ہیں۔حضورؐ سے سچی محبت کی وجہ سے آپ نے متعدد مقدار میں نعتیں لکھیں۔ ایک وقت ایسا تھا جب ان کا مقصود شاعر ی سے کہیں زیادہ مدحتِ رسول عربیؐ تھا۔ آپ کی شاعری کے بارے میں احسان اﷲ ثاقب رقم طراز ہیں:

آپ اپنے منفرد اسلوب میں الفاظ کا جادو جگاتی ہیں اور مشکل سے مشکل مضامین کو بھی آسانی سے ادا کرنے کی مہارت رکھتی ہیں۔ حمد،مناجات،نعت،سلام ،قومی واقعات اور گھریلوتقریبات آپ کے دل پسند موضوعات سخن ہیں۔ آپؐ کی شاعری رضائے الٰہی کے حصول ،رسولؐ خدا کی خوشنودی ،ملی احساس اور معاشرتی فلاح و بہبود کے جذبات سے لبریز ہے۔(۷۰۵)

صبا کا نعتیہ کلام ان کے دل سے نکلی ہوئی آواز ہے۔ انھوں نے آیات قرآنی کاسلیس اور سادہ زبان میں منظوم ترجمہ بھی کیا ہے۔وہ قرآن اور خالق قرآن سے محبت کرتی ہیں۔ وہ عشقِ رسولؐ کا مجسمہ ہیں۔ وہ اس بات کا شعور رکھتی ہیں کہ روح کے سکون کے لیے عشقِ حقیقی اور عشقِ رسولؐ کا ہونا ضروری ہے کچھ نعتیہ اشعار اور منظوم قرآنی آیات ملاحظہ ہوں:

KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS PADA PRAKTIKUM IPA MATERI ASAM BASA PADA MAHASISWA PGMI IAIN PALU

The purpose of this study was to describe the science process skills of  students of  PGMI FTIK IAIN Palu on the science  laboratory of Asam Basa. This research is a descriptive study conducted at the PGMI Study Program in September to October 2019. The research subjects were students of semester 3 of PGMI in the academic year 2019/2020 who took 28 natural science courses. Data in the form of students' Science Process Skills were obtained from the student performance appraisal in the science practicum on acid-base material. The results showed that students' science process skills varied in each category. For the category of skills using tools and materials, the average percentage for the 2 indicators is 83.05% or very high. For the category of observation skills, the average percentage for the two indicators is 83% or very high. For the grouping / classification skills category, the average percentage for the 2 indicators is 79% or in the high category. Whereas for communication skills where in this category there are 3 indicators with an average indicator of 82.5 or very high. Overall by averaging the percentage of all indicators obtained the percentage for science process skills in science lab, wet acid material is 82%. This shows that the science process skills of PGMI students are very high.

The Impact of Whole School Improvement Program Wsip : A Case Study

Change is a complex and systematic process, which needs dedication and professional commitment. It is not only about adoption of totally new things but also about doing something for improving the existing practices. Change is not something which occurs very quickly or over night but it is a process, which takes time and attention (Fullan; 1993). The stakeholders must have ownership and empowerment for the continuation and sustainability of the change effort. In the process of change each member must have shared goals, beliefs, interests, and emotions. Clear communication is vital for sharing information between reform initiators and other stakeholders of the reform. Especially ongoing communication is essential for sharing the ownership of change. My research study was based on studying the impact of the whole school improvement program (WSIP) in the Northern Areas. The Professional Development Center, Northern Areas, (PDCN) initiated WSIP in 1999 in the Gilgit region. WSIP is an approach, which considers school as a center of training and deals with different aspects of the school in order to bring about change in the practices of the project schools, and to enhance the students' learning outcomes. This study was about the change that occurred in one of the project schools as a result of participating in the WSIP. It was a single case study of a school. I investigated the change that occurred in the different aspects of the project school. According to my research question I selected a school, where the WSIP had been implemented in 2000 and after follow up support the school had been left on its own it was a model school of WSIP. During this study I interacted with different stakeholders who participated in the WSIP. These were the teachers, the PDTs, the head teacher, the village education committee, the students, and the field education officer. This study revealed some of the significant changes in the school context as a result of participating in the WSIP such as, improvement in the leadership and management, teaching and learning practices of the project school, and enhancement in the students' learning outcomes. I observed a collegial environment in the sample school, where all the stakeholders worked together for the development of the school. Along with the positive changes, some issues also emerged, for example head teacher and the teachers were overloaded with academic and management work, there were time constraint due to work load, and
