دارالمصنفین کے تین معمار تھے، حضرت سید صاحب رحمۃ اﷲ علیہ، مولانا عبدالسلام صاحب ندوی اور مولانا مسعودی ندوی اول الذکر دونوں بزرگ بہت پہلے اس دنیا سے اٹھ چکے تھے، اس قافلہ کے آخری مسافر مولانا مسعود علی صاحب ندوی نے بھی ۲۷؍ اگست کو جنت کی راہ لی، ان تینوں نے مل کر دارالمصنفین کو پروان چڑھایا تھا، حضرت سید صاحب اور مولانا عبدالسلام صاحب نے علمی حیثیت سے دارالمصنفین کا نام اونچا کیا، اور اس کی شہرت کو عالمگیر بنایا اور مولانا مسعود علی صاحب نے انتظامی حیثیت سے اس کو ترقی دی اور اس کا مقامی وقار قائم کیا۔
مرحوم سراپاقوت وعمل تھے، انھوں نے اپنے دور میں بڑے بڑے عملی کام کئے اور مولانا شبلی سے نسبت رکھنے والے اداروں کو فائدہ پہنچایا، دارالمصنفین کی تمام عمارتیں، دارالعلوم ندوۃ العلماء کی عالیشان مسجد، شبلی کالج کا وسیع کانووکیشن ہال انہی کے ذوق تعمیر کی یادگار ہیں، جب تک یہ عمارتیں قائم ہیں، ان کا نام زندہ رہے گا، ایک زمانہ میں سیاسی اور قومی کاموں میں بھی سرگرمی سے حصہ لیا، خلافت اور ترک موالات کی تحریک کے زمانہ میں سید صاحب کی شخصیت اور مولانا مسعود علی صاحب کی عملی جدوجہد نے دارالمصنفین کو سیاسی کاموں کا مرکز بنادیا تھا، اس زمانہ کا کوئی بڑا لیڈر ایسا نہیں ہے جس نے دارالمصنفین کا طواف نہ کیا ہو، ان سب سے مولانا کے دوستانہ تعلقات تھے، پورے ضلع میں ان کا طوطی بولتا تھا، یہاں کے سارے کاموں کے روح رواں وہی تھے، ان کے بغیر کسی تحریک میں جان نہیں پڑتی تھی، اب تو زمانہ بہت آگے بڑھ گیا ہے، ایک زمانہ میں وہ اعظم گڑھ میں تہذیب کے بھی معلم سمجھے جاتے تھے، انھوں نے یہاں کا تہذیبی معیار بلند کردیا تھا،...

The government of General Ayub Khan (Former President of Pakistan) established an Institution in 1960, in the name of Idarah Tahqeeqat Islami (Islamic Research Institute). Dr, Fazlur Rahman, was the visiting professor at the institute remained on the rank of director of the year 1961 to 768 in seven years. And later, he serves as an advisor to the Islamic Ideology council. The writer who was published by the Institute of Islamic Research was the first editor of "Fikr-o - Nazar”. The scholars were considered as 'expertise of logic and philosophy' as 'interpretation of the Qur'an'. It is mentioned in the various verses of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The slaughtering of zakat in 'zakat' animal slaughtering 'basic laws and family planning' matters of marriage and Sunnah, such as the month of revelation, and their opinions have earned great reputation. And because of which they were accused of denying the heavenly nature of the Qur'an. Therefore, the first step towards Islamic thinking regarding the Islamic idea was to put an eye on Islamic law and religious beliefs on Islam. According to their plan, the difference between the Quranic verses and the verses and the laws of the law, is the difference. Regarding the meanings, his axis received: The beginning of the tradition and the meaning of 'the law of the law' is the word and the law. Islamic Laws' Principles Concernedly speaking about issues like Fiqh and Qa'as and al-Azai speak.

Areas of Professional Development of Public Sector Teachers at Primary Level in District Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhaw: A Critical Analysis.

The study was designed to investigate the Areas for Professional Development of public sector Teachers at Primary school level in District Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Purpose of this study was to evaluate the teachers’ performance in those Areas and National Professional Standards which are directly related to the class room practices and its main focus was to identify the areas where professional development of the teachers is needed. The main objectives of thestudy were; To critically evaluate the teaching Performance of public sector teachers at boys’ primary school level at Urban and Rural areas in district Peshawar; To evaluate the teachers teaching in light of National Professional Standards; To appraise the teachers’ teaching in light of the prescribed Areas of Instruction for 2006 curriculum; To compare the performance of the selected eight circles of District Peshawar; To identify the areas where professional development of the teachers is needed. For data collection an observational rubric with a four point coded rating scale was developed. Data was collected from 360 teachers of 120 schools of the total population 3465. The collected data was analyzed with the help of software SPSS version 16. The analysis of various levels indicated that maximum numbers of teachers were at level-4 (unsatisfactory) i.e more than 60% of the total teachers observed. The study recommended that Education department chalk out a wide-ranging plan for the training on all standards. Implementable training policy was recommended to frame all types of training programs. As a collaborative approach a four tier model, for continuing professional development, was recommended. Along with such other recommendations, a Teacher Performance Management Wing (TPMW) was also recommended to be established to appraise and supervise the instructional process.
