47. Muhammad/The Prophet Muhammad
I/We begin by the Blessed Name of Allah
The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.
47:01
a. Those who disbelieve and obstruct others from pursuing the Path of Allah,
b. HE will let all of their good deeds go waste,
c. so they will find no reward for these in the realm of the Hereafter.
47:02
a. While HE will erase impieties and sinful trespasses of those who:
- believe, and
- practice righteousness, and
- believe in what has been sent on to Muhammad The Prophet - The Qur’an, and
- that it is the Truth from their Rabb - The Lord, and
b. HE will absolve them of their evil deeds and also set aright their hearts and improve their
spiritual situation.
47:03
a. That is so because those who disbelieve they follow the falsehood,
b. while those who believe they follow The Truth - The Qur’an - from their Rabb - The Lord.
c. That is how Allah gives people precepts of wisdom by similitudes of themselves.
47:04
a. Whenever you encounter in the battlefield those who disbelieve, then strike their necks,
until, when you have overpowered them, then hold them firmly as prisoners of war.
b. Thereafter, you can either free them graciously or hold them to ransom against payment or in exchange of Muslim captives, until the battle lays down its burdens.
c. That is the rule!
d. Yet if Allah so willed, HE alone would have defended HIMSELF against them,
e. but HE allows fighting so that some of you may be tested by means of others in the
battlefield.
f. As for those who would...
Allah Almighty sent mankind in this world for His worship only. This is high right on humans those who keep the faith and belief in the one Supreme God and obey His orders. When they followed satanic powers, they forgot the eternal lesson of Tawheed (Oneness of Allah) and engaged Shirk (polytheism). It is the dogma of Oneness of Allah with which mankind gets tranquility and peacefulness in society and becomesconstructive and valuable for humanity. And when human left his belief on Allah, they germinate their negative role and made the society despicable. In this scenario Allah Almighty sends His prophets to those nations which create mess and fill the society with clutter. At that time prophets play their role as a bounty of Allah on human race. They purify people by their teachings granted by Allah and focus their attention to the eternal massage of God. So Eman (faith) on prophet hood considered as essential as belief on Oneness of Allah. Both these beliefs; Tawheed and Risallah effect human life prominently in such a way that man redevelops his whole personality and becomes a required sound character of Eman. Then worldly contamination cannot harm human being's decency and he becomes a felicitous character of vigorous society.
Background: The medical treatment for chronic anal fissure is modeled to eliminate sphincter spasm and hypertonia so that blood flow to the anal sphincter improves and the fissure heals. Efficacious pharmacological therapy avoids complications related to surgical treatment including incontinence and the risks of surgery and anesthesia. Conservative treatment of chronic anal fissure has been reported with wide variation in the healing rates. However there are few reports of conservatively treated chronic anal fissures fromAfrica, with only one paper identified in this study. Furthermore, the influence of clinical characteristics of fissures on the healing rates and recurrences have not been widely reported.
Objective: To determine the healing rates of conservatively treated chronic anal fissure and to document the influence of fissure characteristics on healing and recurrence.
Setting: The Surgical Outpatient Clinic at the Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi, Kenya.
Patients and methods:Fifty (50) consecutive patients satisfying the criteria for chronic anal fissure were treated with local application of 0.2% glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) paste twice a day for 8 weeks and followed up for six months. Features of chronicity were defined and each given a score of 1. Patients with a score of 2 or less were compared to those with a score of 3 and above in terms of healing and recurrence.
Results: Thirty nine patients of the 50 analyzed (78%) healed after the 8 weeks of treatment. At six months follow up 10 patients (26%) had relapsed. This translated to an overall success rate of 58%. Three factors significantly affected healing of a chronic anal fissure- presence of indurated fissure edges (p=0.001, OR 12.19, 95 % CI 2.57-57.94), presence of symptoms for more than three months (p=0.014, OR 8.03, 95 % CI 1.52-42.52) and a score of 3 and above (p=0.004, OR 11.45, 95 % CI 2.13-61.67). There was no feature of chronicity that predicted recurrence of chronic anal fissure after initial healing.
Conclusion: GTN paste led to healing in the majority of patients. Features of chronicity may be helpful in predicting response to treatment. In the present study patients with a chronicity score of 2 and below respond better than those with a score of 3 and above.
