تعلیم میں کمپیوٹر کا کردار
قوموں کی زندگی میں کچھ لمحات ، ان کی تاریخ میں امر ہو کر ہمیشہ کے لیے عزم، ولولے، حوصلے، استقامت اور ترقی وخوشحالی کے سفر پر ان کو آمادہ کرتے ہیں۔ قرآنِ پاک میں ہے کہ انسان کے لیے کائنات کی ہر چیز مسخر کر دی گئی ہے۔ فرمانِ باری تعالیٰ کے مطابق کائنات کی ہر چیز انسان کے تابع ہے۔ انسان جب چاہے جہاں چاہے اور جیسے چاہے کائنات کے ذرّے ذرّے پر حکومت کر سکتا ہے۔ قرآن کی اس آیت نے اہل کتب کی زندگی میں انقلاب برپا کر دیا اور کمپیوٹرکو دیکھ کر قرآنِ پاک کی حقیقت تو اور بھی الم نشرح ہو جاتی ہے کہ انسانوں کے لیے کائنات کی ہر چیز مسخر کر دی گئی ہے۔
کمپیوٹر الیکٹرانک کی ایک ایسی ایجاد ہے جو ہمارے لاکھوں مسائل ، ہماری بے شمار مشکلات آناً فا ناًدرست انداز میں حل کر دیتی ہے۔ اس میں معلومات جمع کرنے کے بعد دوبارہ حاصل کی جاسکتی ہیں یہ اعدادوشمار جمع کرنے اور ان کا تقابلی جائزہ لینے کے کام بھی آتا ہے۔ دوسرے الفاظ میں اس کی (Approach) اور (Data) کاعمل انسانی دماغ سے کئی گنا بہتر اور جلد ہوتا ہے یہ معلومات کو (Print) کرنے کی بھی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے۔
کمپیوٹر سوئچ، تاروں، موٹرز، ٹرانسسٹرزاورکئی مر بوط سرکٹوں پرمشتمل فریمز کا مجمود ہوتا ہے۔ یہ فریمزمختلف اجزء مثلاً ٹائپ رائٹر، لائن پرنٹر ،کارڈ اور مرکزی پراسیسنگ یونٹس پر انحصار کرتے ہیں یہ تمام اجزاء ایک (Network) جسے کمپوزنگ کمپیوٹنگ نظام کہتے ہیں کی خاطر کام کرتے ہیں۔

Abstract: Evaluation is the backbone of our education system. It is one of the important factors of the three pillars of our education system. The three pillars are: educational objectives, teaching learning process and evaluation or assessment. Assessment, scores or grades are one of the factors of the main concern for the students of any academic programme. The present study is aimed to investigate the correlation between the internal and external assessment of Master of Education (M. Ed) examination of the students of Institute of Education & Research (I.E.R), University of Peshawar. In total all 200 students of university of Peshawar who appeared in the M. Ed. Annual examinations were taken as a sample being convenient to the researcher. The data was obtained from the Examination section of the University of Peshawar. The data so obtained was then analyzed through SPSS and it was concluded that both the Internal and External assessments were correlated. The implications were discussed. Until a few years ago, even in the developed countries activity based-teaching might not have been as popular as it is finding favour in the developing countries like Pakistan. When we talk about the provision or the availability of teaching and learning aids we see that every school is not financially sound to afford them. Majority of schools in our context, either face scarcity of resources, or lack of professional expertise to design some teaching learning aids to make their teaching and learning effective, or use available resources as teaching and learning aids. The school where I have conducted my project fell in the latter category. The overall goal of my project development was to build the capacity of a social studies teacher in developing teaching and learning aids from low-cost materials and using them effectively in the classroom. I have worked in a community-based school in Pakistan with one teacher in class 6th. It was also in my plan how to use the available resources as teaching and learning aids, if it is not necessary to make new teaching and learning aids. I have conducted my project with the following objectives: To create awareness in the teacher about teaching/learning aids through providing him relevant literature and sharing my own understanding To build the capacity of a class 6th teacher in developing teaching/learning aids and using these and other available resources effectively in the classroom To prepare teaching and learning aids by using low-cost and no-cost materials To demonstrate teaching/learning aids in the classroom and to write and compile a manual The outcomes of this project are as follows: The capacity building of the teacher in the field of designing teaching and learning aids from low-cost and or no-cost materials My own learning experience in the field of project development, as I had to go through the whole process of project development course and the manual as a guideline book This manual will benefit the teachers in general and Social Studies teachers in particular This project has the following implications for me: I have learnt to make teaching learning aids that must be in line with the concepts we teach in our classroom. It is good if students are involved in the preparation of teaching learning aids. It is not necessary to take the size and number of teaching and learning into consideration before we are going to make them.
