”اردو بازار، مال روڈ، انار کلی، ٹولینٹن مارکیٹ وغیرہ میں اکثر میرزا صاحب سے ملاقات ہو جاتی۔ میں ان کا بیگ اٹھا لیتا اور ان کے ساتھ ساتھ رہتا۔ گھر کی چھوٹی موٹی چیزیں وہ خود خریدتے تھے اور خوب بھاؤ تاؤ کرکے۔ ایک روز وہ شاپنگ وغیرہ کر چکے تو میں انھیں ویگن پر بٹھانے کے لیے انارکلی سٹاپ پر آیا۔ اس دن ویگنوں میں کچھ زیادہ رش تھا۔ میں نے کہا بھی، رکشے پر چلے جائیں مگر وہ حسبِ سابق نہیں مانے۔بڑی مشکل سے: پچیس(۵۲)نمبر ویگن میں انھیں جگہ ملی اور وہ بھی ڈرائیور کی پچھلی سیٹ(پھٹے) پر،دروازے کے بالکل ساتھ۔ انھیں بیٹھنے میں ذرا دشواری ہوتی تھی، بڑھاپے کی وجہ سے بھی اور ٹانگ میں خم کے سبب بھی۔ انھیں سوار ہونے میں قدرے تاخیر سی ہو گئی تو کنڈکٹر نے ان کا بازو سختی سے پکڑا اوریہ کہتے ہوئے ویگن میں گھسیٹ لیا: ”کیہہ بابا توں نخرے ای کری جانا ایں، جلدی کر!“اتنے میں ویگن چل پڑی اور میں وہاں کھڑا تادیر سوچتا رہا، اب: پچیس (۵۲)نمبر ویگن کے اس کندہ ناتراش کنڈکٹر کو کیا معلوم کہ یہ بابا کون ہے؟“

Defending Prophet’s honor is religious and social duty of every Muslim, The Holy Prophet (r) being more valuable than our own lives and souls. The theme of love rests in its high correlation with obedience. That the one whom someone loves, his obedience and submission to him becomes easier, even to the extent of contentment and pleasure. Love of Allah and Holy Prophet (r) has been stressed upon in the article so that obedience of Allah and his Prophet and submission to them is expressed as easy and doable, and an instigation to avoid disobedience is generated. Success of a man lies in obedience of Allah and that of Holy Prophet (r). In this article, the facet of “Love” with Holy Prophet (r) has been comprehensively narrated. The prophet was deputed to be obeyed and followed to the dooms day unchecked of followers’ class, color or ethnicity. Such unconditioned following required his person to be of an extensively inclusive character, which it did, and that every single instant of his esteemed life is preserved. The most divinely of the services is moral building of nations on practical patterns. One way is of preaching, while even cultured is to assemble written material to be followed for long or elsewise forcefully bind people to follow ethical doctrines and avoid vice.
Urdu Short Story and Awareness of its Contemporary Scenario Literature is closely associated with its contemporary political and social scenario. Writers conceive their ideas directly from the environment they live in. So literary works reflect the awareness of the writer towards current issues. Urdu short story has manifested the awareness of its writers about social and political problems of the region and is a reliable source to understand the problems faced by the common man in the last few decades. The thesis discusses the Urdu short story in its contemporary social and political scenario. It is divided into six chapters. First chapter discusses the relation of literature and its contemporary social and political issues in general and also with special reference to Urdu literature. Second chapter discusses the first period of Urdu short story in the above mentioned perspective especially the post-partition situation of the country. Third chapter analysis the Urdu short story written in 60s with special reference to the martial law and its impacts on the society. In fourth chapter Urdu short story of 70s is discussed. This decade is of great shock for the nation because the fall of Dacca. Thorough discussion has been undertaken on the short story of this period and in thematic as well as stylistic perspective. Fifth chapter discusses the short story of 80s in the above mention context. And the sixth chapter consists of conclusions and recommendations.
