افسوس ہے کہ گذشتہ مہینہ ہندوستان کے نامور بزرگ خواجہ حسن نظامی نے ۷۷ سال کی عمر میں انتقال کیا، ان کی جیسی جامع الحیثیات شخصیتیں مدتوں میں پیدا ہوتیں ہیں، وہ ایک خاندانی اور صاحبِ نسبت صوفی، صاحبِ طرز ادیب، ذہین و ماہر نفسیات داعی، کامیاب تاجر، غرض تنہا ایک دنیا اور دلّی کی تہذیب و شرافت کی یادگار تھے، انہوں نے اپنی محنت اور خداداد ذہانت و قابلیت اور سوجھ بوجھ سے نہایت معمولی حالت سے جس قدر ترقی اور شہرت و ناموری حاصل کی، اس کی مثالیں کم ملتی ہیں ان کا طرز انشاء نہایت سادہ مگر دلنشین اور سہل ممننع کی حیثیت رکھتا ہے۔ انہوں نے بہت چھوٹی چھوٹی اور حقیر چیزوں پر جیسے مفید، دلچسپ، سبق آموز اور نتیجہ خیز مضامین لکھے وہ ان ہی کا حصہ ہے، ان کے مضامین کے کئی مجموعے شائع ہوچکے ہیں، ان کی تصانیف کی تعداد سیکٹروں سے متجاوز ہے ، موضوع کا اتناتنوع اور نشیب و فراز مشکل ہی سے اردو کے کسی مصنف کے مضامین اور کتابوں میں مل سکتا ہے، ان کی تصانیف میں غدردہلی کے افسانوں کا سلسلہ شاہکار کی حیثیت رکھتا ہے، انہوں نے درجنوں اخبارات اور رسالے نکالے، ایک زمانہ میں ان کے زیرپرستی نکلنے والے رسالوں کی سارے ہندوستان میں دھوم تھی، ان کے بہت سے شاگرد اور تربیت یافتہ اڈیٹر اور صاحبِ قلم بن گئے،اس لیے اردو زبان کی خدمت کے اعتبار سے وہ اس دور کے اساطینِ اردو میں تھے۔

Growth in Islamic Economy

A major proof viewed by the Islamic universe today is the proof of re-making and reorganizing the economy in such a way seen as similar to the motivation of Sharia’h work. Money-related new development is one of the topics that in a general sense is termed as a science that offers a technique to show the science of monetary angles. Nevertheless, the standard technique, which has been assembled, is being considered for dissatisfaction in dealing with the issues of the Ummah, for example, despair, backwardness in human resources (HR), and achievement in proper position and life, and even a matter of natural change. Sadly, those conditions are found overwhelmingly in the Muslim world, where they have essentially manifested and represented in Muslim life. Moreover, it seems that the uniqueness of the Muslim world has been challenging, that is, it is typically rich in asset but still weak and poor. As for the path, in Muslim society, there is an ignorance of the achievements of motivation. Thus, there is no possible norm to find the emergence of different methodologies within the Islamic structure, surprisingly in the area of ​​money-related to unforeseen development.

The Impact of Corporate Entrepreneurship and High Performance working Systems on Employees

Attitude with Breach of Psychological Contract as Mediator Purpose of this thesis was to explore the Impact of CE and HPWS on Employees' Attitude in fast moving consuming goods industry of Pakistan and the role of Psychological Contract as Mediator of this relationship through this study. Even though many research have studied these variables individually or their relationships with other variables but not with entrepreneurship and particularly corporate entrepreneurship. The population selected for conducted research was fourteen sales offices of FMCG's working in Pakistan including national, international and multinational organizations from city of textile. Detailed questionnaires were being used for the data collection from FMCG. For the current study data was collected through questionnaire. Most practical random sampling is being used to collect the data from said industry. The questionnaires were administered to 500 individuals and only 365 take part actively in this research process. The response rate to the study is 73%. For data analysis purpose, we had gone through the person's correlation, regression analysis to see the degree of impact and descriptive statistics, common useful tool to elaborate analysis in theory. SPSS 21was used for the data analysis and reporting purpose. As a result of this study it is explored that significant relationship exists between CE, HPWS, OC and Satisfaction of job, all the four dependent and independent variables and also observed that PCB has negative relationship with all studied variables. Correlation and regression table explain more clearly the negative relationship of psychological contract with dependent as well as independent variables. To test the mediating role of psychological contract breach we run Sobel test, which tells us that psychological contract breach work as mediator. By implementing corporate entrepreneurship and High performance work system, national and international FMCGs in Pakistan can create employees' attitude which may lead them to higher enactments and returns.
