امین بابر کی ماہیا نگاری

ماہیا سر زمین پنجاب کا عوامی گیت ہے۔ ماہیا کا لفظ ماہی سے نکلا ہے۔لیکن یہ اردو والاماہی نہیں ہے۔ویسے ماہیا میں محب اپنے محبوب کی جدائی میں ماہی بے آب کی طرح بھی تڑپتا دکھائی دیتا ہے۔ماہیے میں پنجاب کے عوام کے جذبات ،احساسات اور خواہشات کا خوبصورت اور براہ راست اظہار ملتا ہے۔عوام نے اپنی امنگوں اور دعاؤں کو اس شاعری کے ذریعے سینہ بہ سینہ آگے بڑھایا اور زندہ رکھا۔اسی لیے یہ عوامی گیت اپنی ظاہری صورت میں انفرادی ہونے کے باوجود اپنی سوسائیٹی کی ترجمانی کرتا ہے۔ماہیا فکر و خیال سے تہی نہیں ہوتا لیکن گہرے فلسفیانہ انداز ہی اس کے مزاج کا اہم حصہ ہے۔عوام کے دل میں سما جانے والے مزاج کے باعث ماہیا فکر سے زیادہ جذبے کو اہمیت دیتا ہے۔تاہم اس کا یہ مطلب بھی نہیں کہ اس میں رمز وکنایہ سے کام نہیں لیا جاتا۔ماہیے میں جذبوں کا رس رمز و کنایہ کی مٹھاس سے مل کر انوکھی لذت پیدا کر دیتا  ہے۔

محبوب کے ساتھ محبت کا اظہار والہانہ پن،معاملہ بندی،چھیڑ چھاڑ،ہجر وصال،شکوے شکایتیں ماہیے کے ابتدائی موضوعات تھے۔ماہیے کے موضوعات میں وسعت پیدا ہوئی تو رشتہ داریاں ،میلے ٹھیلے،شادی بیاہ اور دوسرے روز مرہ زندگی کے معاملات اور تقریبات بھی ماہیے میں اپنا رنگ جمانے لگیں۔حمد و نعت اور دعا کے دینی موضوعات ماہیے کا موضوع بننے لگے زندگی کے مسائل بھی ماہیے میں بیان ہونے لگے۔یوں ماہیا پنجابی معاشرے کے جذبات کا ترجمان بنتا گیا۔اگرچہ زندگی کے مسائل اور ان سے جڑے ہوئے مختلف انسانی جذبات کا اظہار ماہیا میں وسعت اور تنوع پیدا کرتا ہے تاہم پنجابی ماہیے کا سی غالب موضوع اپنے ماہی سے باتیں کرنا اور اپنے ماہی کی باتیں کرنا ہے ماہیے کے اسی غالب موضوع سے ماہیے کا مزاج...

غربت کے خاتمے میں قرض حسنہ کا کردار

Poverty is a global issue, particularly, related to the developing countries. The whole world is taking measures to eradicate it. People have different types of talent to earn money. Some are skilled, some have good entrepreneurship ideas and some others are good at manual work. We find that a great number of such skilled people are suffering from lack of resources in Pakistan and therefore not properly able to exert their skills to their utmost. Pakistan, being a developing country, is suffering from the issue of poverty. Many efforts were made for the alleviation of poverty during various regimes. Pakistan People’s Party introduced the Benazir Income Support Program. The same program has been maintained by the present Muslim League (Nawaz) government, due to its so-called utility. However, the fact is that its utility is not promising, as the meager amount given to the needy ones consumes in the daily expenditures and produces no lasting good. Contrary to this thesis of alms-giving, an anti-thesis is provided by the tradition of the Holy Prophet, Muhammad (S. A. W), which emphasizes the provision of interest-free loan. The loan without interest, can enable a person to run his or her business, according to his or her capacity and the person can become independent. The present paper explores the prospects that how interest-free loan is more effective in removing poverty than alms-giving on a regular basis by the government.

A Study of Relationship Between Organizational Climate And Job Satisfaction of School Teachers at Primary Level

The study aimed at finding out the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among government primary school teachers in District Rawalpindi. The study was based on the following objectives: to find out the factors of organizational climate of primary school teachers, to find out the level of job satisfaction of primary school teachers, to identify the relationship of organizational climate with job satisfaction among primary school teachers, to find out the difference of various demographic variables with respect to qualification, age and experience in organizational climate of primary school teachers, and to determine the difference regarding of various demographic variables such as qualification, age and experience on job satisfaction of primary school teachers. The study was delimited to female govt. primary school teachers of Tehsil Rawalpindi. Population of the study consisted of total 1910 female government primary school teachers working in 160 Government Primary schools located in Tehsil Rawalpindi. Simple random sampling technique was used. Four hundred female govt. primary school teachers were selected randomly as sample of the study. Two questionnaires each for assessing organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers were modified by the researcher with the help of supervisor. Then these were validated through pilot-testing. The researcher collected the data herself. Collected data was analyzed by using SPPS version 16. Major conclusions of the study were: There was significant positive relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction among primary school teachers. On the basis of conclusions following recommendations are made: Production emphasis has an important role in the success of any organization so it is recommended that head teachers should focus on production emphasis in their schools as their first and foremost priority. Head teachers and teachers should also focus on intimacy, esprit, consideration and thrust in their schools. Their school climate should be free from aloofness, disengagement and hindrance behavior of head teachers and teachers. Job satisfaction plays a key role in any organization. It is recommended that top management attitude should be positive, appreciative, welcoming and rewarding for teachers. Promotion possibilities and good pay structure should be given priority in order to get better results.
