ضیاء محمد ضیائ(۱۹۲۸ئ۔پ)کا اصل نام ضیا محمد اور تخلص ضیاؔ کرتے تھے۔ آپ کنجاہ سے متصل ایک بستی قاسم آباد ضلع گجرات میں پیدا ہوئے۔۔ ۱۹۵۳ء میں آپ نے سرکاری ملازمت اختیار کر لی اور گورنمنٹ ہائی سکول نمبرا پسرور میں بطور معلم السنہ شرقیہ تعینات ہوئے۔ اس کے بعد آپ مستقل طورپر پسرور میں اقامت پذیر ہو گئے۔(۷۴۰) آپ کے دوشعری مجموعے ’’نوائے شوق ‘‘اور ’’ارمغانِ عشق‘‘ شائع ہو چکے ہیں۔ ضیا اقبال کو روحانی مرشد اور فکری راہنما تسلیم کرتے ہیں۔انھیں غزل گوئی کے بجائے نظم نگاری پر زیادہ عبور حاصل ہے۔ قومی افکار، اخلاقی اقدار اور عشقِ حقیقی ان کی شاعری کا محور ہیں۔نمونہ کلام ملاحظہ ہو:
اے نقشِ گر ہستی ، اے صانع زیبائی
صنعت پہ تری حیراں ہے چشمِ تماشائی
خورشید و مہ و انجم آئینہ نما تیرے
مظہرِ تیری قدرت کا یہ گنبدِ مینائی
کثرت میں بھی دیکھا ہے جلوہ تری وحدت کا
ہے نقش دوئی باطل، حق ہے تری یکتائی (۷۴۱)
تواریخ ادبیات اُردو کا فروغِ ادب میں کردار History is political, cultural or literary, is a social and social study. History writers have a great significance. If they are not unbelievable or not aware, then there are many misconceptions in the future. Therefore, history writers should always be obscurely, self-confident and powerful. The history and research capabilities of the writer in history are estimated. If a historian is not a researcher, then he is unable to present the truth. Similarly, a history trader does not have critical ability, he can try to review the facts. The historian not only parses events, but also offers a unique map of culture and culture. History of literature is especially described by culture and culture. History of the History of Urdu, it is known that historian literature is an important role in the promotion of Urdu. If the dates are removed, the understanding of literary literature will be impossible, that is why historians also play an important role promoting literature.
Background:
The need for effective health care professional’s team is importantowing to increasing complexity of patient careandmounting co-morbidities. Interprofessional collaboration among healthcare professionals offers appropriate collaborative management for patients.
Objective:
To assess the Attitude and Barriers towards Interprofessional Collaboration in Hospitals among Health Care Professionals of Lahore, Pakistan.
Methodology:
A cross sectional study was conducted. In 6 months’ time period after synopsis approval. Attitudes towards health care teams scale (ATHCT) and Barriers scale towards Interprofessional collaboration was used. All eligible Health Care Professionals was taken using convenience sampling and Informed consent from all. The categorical data and Responses on each item obtained was analyzed by using the SPSS statistical software version 21.
Results:
Majority of the respondents (response rate = 88.1%) had positive attitude towards Interprofessional Collaboration as majority strongly agreed on 9 positive statements towardsIPC. StatisticallyMajor Barriers were Role and leadership ambiguity 68.6%, Different goals of individual team members 68.1%.
Conclusion:
Healthcare professionals have positive attitude towards IPC. Major barriers were lack of understanding of each other roles, combined goal plan and less interprofessional training and education.
