مولانا شہاب الدین ندوی
قارئین معارف کو اس اطلاع سے نہایت رنج ہوگا کہ ان کے محبوب اور معارف کے خاص مضمون نگار مولانا شہاب الدین ندوی ۱۹؍ اپریل ۲۰۰۲ء کو سفرِ آخرت پر روانہ ہوگئے، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔
وہ کئی برس سے موذی امراض میں مبتلا تھے اور چند ماہ سے موت و حیات کی کشمکش میں گرفتار تھے جس کی تفصیل مجھے ۳۱؍ دسمبر ۲۰۰۱ء کو اپنے والا نامہ میں اس طرح لکھی تھی۔
’’طبیعت بہت زیادہ خراب اور نڈھال رہتی ہے، کئی کئی دن بستر پر پڑا رہتا ہوں، علاج و معالجے سے کوئی فائدہ نہیں ہورہا ہے کئی قسم کے امراض میں مبتلا ہوں اور ڈاکٹر ان کی تشخیص نہیں کرپارہے ہیں، ایک بیماری ذرا دبتی ہے تو دوسری ابھر کر سامنے آجاتی ہے ان جان لیوا بیماریوں سے تنگ آچکا ہوں اور مزید طرفہ یہ کہ اب آنکھوں کی بینائی بھی مسلسل ضائع ہوتی جارہی ہے۔ داہنی آنکھ کا آپریشن ہوا مگر بینائی بڑھنے کے بجائے گھٹ رہی ہے، معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ اب میں صرف چند دن کا مہمان ہوں لیکن طبیعت جب کبھی ذرا سنبھلتی ہے تو جم کر لکھنے اور اپنے مسودات صاف کرنے بیٹھ جاتا ہوں‘‘۔
آخر وہی ہوا، خط لکھنے کے ساڑھے تین مہینے بعد وقت موعود آگیا اور مولانا کی ساری دینی، علمی اور تحقیقی سرگرمیاں ہمیشہ کے لیے بند ہوگئیں۔
مولانا کا وطن بنگلور تھا۔ میٹرک کی تعلیم یہیں ہوئی اور دینی تعلیم کی تکمیل دارالعلوم ندوۃالعلماء لکھنؤ میں کی۔ طالب علمی ہی کے زمانے سے ان کی طبیعت کا رجحان قرآنی علوم اور سائنس کی جانب ہوگیا تھا اور وہ ان میں تطبیق اور ہم آہنگی پیدا کرنا چاہتے تھے اسی لیے لکھنؤ کے بعض کالجوں کے سائنس کے اساتذہ سے ان کا ربط و ضبط ہوگیا تھا، دارالعلوم سے فراغت...
Islam is an entire way of life. It illuminates every facet of daily existence. There is no problem for which Islam has not provided a remedy. Every aspect of beliefs and ethics, including human affairs, has also been examined. Islam is the only religion on earth that can be compared the height of Western culture and civilization. People have become its slavish disciples in the most literal sense. To stay up with the rest of the world, they are creating new interpretations of Islam for this reason. Accepted wisdom is a benefit, but only within the bounds of Sharia. Otherwise, it is Shaytan's legacy. ۔(شیطان)
One of the most significant and crucial stages in a person's life is the nikah. It is expressly covered in the Qur'an and Hadith. It is created necessary for sustaining human existence. It is referred to as the culmination of human life and one of the Prophet's (ﷺ) required Sunnas. However, one of the most despised actions is the dissolution of a marriage. Islam, however, differs from other faiths. It contains the entire procedure/laws for dissolving a marriage. The appropriate discussion of Talaq and Khula is illustrated by the jurists' use of Estihsan and Qayas.
Recent years have seen various crises and a collapse in Pakistani society. Smear and family system disturbance are the main issues among them. "Nikkah" is the fundamental element of a family system; in reality, a family system is based on Nikkah. If this Nikkah is intact, the entire family system is stable; nevertheless, if this Nikkah is broken, not only is the family system traumatised, but the entire society begins to suffer.
The summary of this thesis explains that the Islamic Ideological Council's recommendations have been reviewed in light of the non-Sharia practises of the judicial authorities in relation to Khula and judicial powers related to Khula, as well as an analytical study of the remarks and opinions of commentators and jurists, including future jurists, regarding Khula.

The present study aimed to examine the impact of leadership styles (transformational & transactional) of the head of departments on employees (teachers) performance working in the academic department of higher educational institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. In similar vein, current study also examined mediating role of organizational justice and culture in relationship between leadership styles and teachers’ performance. For this purpose, data was collected from the both teachers and head of departments in the selected HEIs. The same data was then analyzed by using different statistical tools like correlation, regression, mediation and test of significance. In this regard, correlation analysis shows that all research variables are significantly correlated (table 4.14), wherein, correlation between transformational style and employees performance is (R=.915 & P-value=.000), transactional style (R=.816 & P-value=.000), organizational justice (R=.815 & P-value =.000) and organizational culture (R=.849 & P-value =.000). Similarly, cause-n-effect relationship shows that there is significant impact of predictors on criterion variable (table 4.15), wherein, the results showed that the transformational leadership is stronger predictor of employees’ performance (p- .000) as compared to transactional leadership (.020). Likewise, the mediation results (four models, table 4.40) shows that mediating variables (organizational justice & culture) partially mediate the relationship between the predictors and the criterion (tables 4.16 to 4.30a). In same line, test of significance shows diverse results about mean differences among demographic groups of respondents (tables 4.32 to 4.39). The results show that out of fourteen (14) hypotheses, eleven (11) were accepted and three (3) were rejected. However, findings of current study were positioned in Chapter 5, where these findings (current study) were compared with existing research (previous research) findings. In light of this positioning, conclusion were drawn based on certain recommendations and implications.
