Islam is an institution of justice and moderation. It is a straight path and the Muslim fraternity is the nation which practices moderation and justice. The Islamic system is based on justice. If there are tears for the oppressed then there are swords for the oppressors. Allah do command you to render back your Trusts to those to whom they are due; and when ye judge between man and man, that ye judge with justice: verily how excellent is the teaching which He gives you! For Allah is He Who hears and sees all things." [Quran 4: 58] Allah says in the Qur'an: “Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that you may receive admonition.” (Surah An-Nahl: 90) Establishing justice is the law of Allah. It is part of the balance which Allah has created. In Surah Ar-Rahman, Allah describes how He has created a balance of justice, and why as we discussed earlier, There are times when people do wrong in this world and get away with it. Sometimes, criminals commit crimes, and no one brings them to account. There are times when wrongdoers commit their evil deeds in the darkness of night, and no one witnesses their crime, other than their Creator. As Allah Himself created the balance of justice as His law in this world, Allah will not allow any injustice to happen, without bringing that person to account. Those matters which are not resolved in this world, Allah will deal with them in the hereafter…on the Day of Judgment. Every one of us was created by Allah, and every one of us will return to Him for final judgment. Allah's creatures cannot exceed the limits and the unlawful rights which the Creator has set for them.

Impact of Micro Finance on Profitability of Small Farmers of Tehsil Sadder Bahawalpur, Pakistan

The current study is planned to investigate the impact of micro finance on the profitability of small agriculture farmers that how does micro finance influence their profitability. The objective of the study was to investigate the function of micro finance in generating profits for the small agriculture farmers of Tehsil sadder Bahawalpur. The sample of the study includes 150 small agriculture farmers of Tehsil sadder Bahawalpur those who were taking micro finance services from different micro finance and commercial banks in Bahawalpur like, The First micro finance bank, Zari Tariquati bank Limited (ZTBL) and National Rural Support Program (NRSP) bank and Khushhali bank. Personal interviews were conducted with the beneficiaries of micro finance services who are getting micro finance services from different financial institution with the help of open ended questionnaire. A pilot study was also conducted and statistical techniques like variance inflation factor (VIF), Normality test, Multicolenerity and Heteroskedasticity tests were applied through checking residual diagnostics in E views software for the validity and reliability of the data and instrument. During interviews data for three years was collected from respondents and for analysis purpose fixed and random effect techniques were applied on this panel data.Results of the study explain that micro finance has significant impact on the profitability of small agriculture farmers and there is a positive relationship between micro finance and profitability of small agriculture farmers. Houseman test was conducted to decide the appropriate analysis techniques from fixed and random effect for this particular study which prove that random effect technique is appropriate for this particular panel data study.
