معزز اساتذہ کرام اور میرے ہم مکتب ساتھیو!
آج مجھے جس موضوع پر اظہار خیال کرنا ہے وہ ہے:’’حب الوطنی ‘‘
صدرِذی وقار!
جہاں تک حب اور محبت کا تعلق ہے تو کائنات رنگ و بو میں جتنا ذکر محبت کا ہوتا ہے شاید کوئی اور اصطلاح اتنی استعمال نہ ہوتی ہو ،کبھی کوئی اولاد سے محبت کا ذکر کرتا ہے۔ کبھی خوشبو سے محبت کا ذکر کیا جاتا ہے، کبھی دوستوں سے محبت کی پتنگیں بڑھائی جاتی ہیں،کبھی جائیداد سے محبت کا ذکر خیر ہوتا ہے بلکہ جائیداد کی محبت میں تو کشت و خون کا سلسلہ بھی روا رکھا جا تا ہے، سیم وزر سے محبت کی جاتی ہے۔ سونے چاندی کے اضانے میں اپنی تمام توانائیاں صرف کی جاتی ہیں، کوئی اولاد سے محبت کرتا ہے، کوئی مال سے محبت کرتا ہے، کوئی جان سے محبت کرتا ہے، اور وہ شخص کتنا خوش نصیب ہے جس کو اللہ اور اس کے رسولؐسے محبت ہوتی ہے۔
معزز سامعین!
بحیثیت مسلمان ہماری حقیقی محبت کا تقاضا یہی ہے کہ ہماری محبت کے جملہ پہلو سرورِ کائنات کی ذات با برکات کے لیے ہوں۔ اور آپؐ کے ساتھ محبت اس بات کی بھی متقاضی ہے کہ آپ کے ہر قول وفعل کو من وعن تسلیم کیا جائے اور پھر ہر زاویے سے اس پر عمل کرنے کی کوشش کی جائے ، اس میں ہماری دنیوی و اُخروی کامیابی ہے۔ سرکارِ دو عالمؐ کا ارشاد گرامی قدر ہے کہ حب الوطن من الایمان کہ وطن سے محبت ایمان سے ہے۔

وطن کی محبت ایمان سے ہے اس کا اگر بنظر عمیق جائزہ لیں تو اسلام کے جملہ احکام بالخصوص اسی محبت کی تکمیل کے خواہاں ہیں۔...

That is the discussion about “The attitudes (inclinations) towards causes : modern religious extremism in Islamic and western countries and it’s treatment” is not a new topic for us, when we look into the history, there are lot of discussions and debates and the other things are carried out in all over the world and there are lot of solutions which have been solved through the discussions and certain rules have been found after their discussions. This article overviews Islamic, religious, historical, social aspects and also has about the attitudes (inclinations) towards modern religious extremism in Islamic and western countries: causes and its treatment”, this article grapes the reality in the light of Quran and Sunnah (SAW). The religious extremism is the dark darkness that pervades the world today in its blackness, in the world, and religious extremism exists in all religions, but especially in the heavenly religions. Where religious extremism means the extremism of a person or group of a certain faiths or even of a particular dogma. Religious extremism is almost the most important concern for the people at present.

Development of an Operational Framework for Cellular Manufacturing System Using Hybrid Genetic Algorithm

Cellular Manufacturing System (CMS) is the applied form of Group Technology (GT) in the manufacturing sector. CMS has the flexibility of job shop and efficiency of flow shop, besides having reduced material handling cost, reduced work in-process inventory and reduced setup time, thus brings about major decrease in the manufacturing cost and increase in quality of the final product. Though, having many benefits, it is a challenging task to get the benefits associated with CMS for the complex, real world problems. Most of the researchers have focused on the cell formation component of the CMS, which comprise of grouping parts into families and clustering machines (required to process these parts families) into cells. However, the operations related information such as processing time and sequence are rarely considered. The use of optimum manufacturing resources can be materialized through effective and efficient scheduling system. Therefore, current research focuses on the cell formation problem and the cell scheduling was also executed to complete the operational aspects of CMS and make it more useful for shop floor managers. All the benefits associated with CMS can be achieved through solving cell formation problem along with cells scheduling. In order to develop a comprehensive operational framework for CMS, two sub-frameworks were developed in this research study. First sub-framework was developed for solution of Cell Formation Problem (CFP) through a novel hybrid Genetic Algorithm (hybridization of Genetic Algorithm with Simulated Annealing and employing shake-off). The second sub-framework, which is a hybrid Genetic Algorithm-similar to CFP, was developed for solution of cells scheduling problem (solved as job shop scheduling problem as each cell is considered like a job shop). The effectiveness of each sub-framework was separately validated through testing of a number of problems from literature. The testing results of 35 CFP problems produced 24 best results with overall mean of 66.20. The proposed approach not only achieved the best solutions consistently, with minimum computational time, but also improved the results of two problems (problems 29 and 33), reporting it for the first time. The testing of 38 job shop scheduling problems produced best optimal results for all tested problems (i.e. matched the best results reported in literature so far). These two sub frameworks were successfully combined sequentially into the final outcome in the form of a comprehensive operational framework for Cellular Manufacturing System, resulting in part-machines clusters (with its grouping efficacy) and schedules for each cell (with its make span) displayed in the form of a Gantt chart. Moreover, validation through an industrial case study was successfully carried out, which further demonstrated the effectiveness of the developed CMS operational framework.
