قارئین برہان کویہ خبر نہایت افسوس کے ساتھ سنائی جارہی ہے کہ پچھلے مہینے جولائی کی بارہ تاریخ کودوپہر کے قریب برہان کے مدیراعلیٰ برادر عزیز مولانا سعید احمد کے والد ماجد جناب ڈاکٹر ابرار حسین صاحب قبلہ مراد آباد میں رحلت فرماگئے۔انا ﷲ وانالیہ راجعون۔
مرحوم نہ صرف یہ کہ ایک کامیاب اورنامور ڈاکٹر تھے بلکہ بہت سے غیر معمولی اوصاف کی وجہ سے اکابر کی یادگار سمجھے جاتے تھے۔ مولانا سعید احمد کے تعلق سے وہ مجھے بھی اپنی اولاد کی طرح جانتے تھے اوراس تقریب سے مجھے بہت قریب سے ان کی زندگی کوپڑھنے کوموقع ملا، اوّل درجے کے متبع شریعت، راسخ العقیدہ ، فرائض وواجبات ہی کے نہیں مستحبات وآداب تک کے پابند،بڑے فرض شناس اورعاشق رسول۔انقلاب ۴۷ء اوردہلی چھوڑ دینے کے بعد بھی تین چار دفعہ یہاں تشریف لائے،پیرانہ سالی اورانتہائی نقاہت کے باوجود اسی پہلی سی آن بان کے ساتھ پابند اوقات،ان کی خدمت میں بیٹھ کر ایسا محسوس ہوتاتھا کہ اباجی ؒکے پاس بیٹھا ہوا ہوں اُسی انداز کی محبت، اُسی طرح کی بزرگانہ شفقتیں، ان کودیکھ کر قلب میں عجیب طرح کاسکون محسوس ہوتاتھا،ہرضروری بات میں مجھ سے مشورہ لیتے اور اس کوغیر معمولی اہمیت دیتے تھے۔مرحوم کی زندہ جاوید یادگار خود ان کے اکلوتے صاحبزادے مولانا سعید احمد ہیں۔اﷲ تعالیٰ ان کے فیوض کو تا دیر قائم رکھے اور ایسی لائق وفائق اولاد ہرمسلمان کونصیب ہو۔
میں نے جناب ڈاکٹر صاحب قبلہ مرحوم کے ضروری حالاتِ زندگی معلوم کرنے کے لیے برادر عزیز کوخط لکھا،جواب میں ان کی جوتحریر آئی ہے اس کے اقتباسات یہاں درج کیے جاتے ہیں۔رحمہ اﷲ رحمۃ واسعۃ۔

The way the religion of Islam has emphasized the human rights, might be any other religion has given importance to this very specific topic. Although in Islam, there has no any chapter making been made in Quran and hadith on the permanent bases on the topic of basic human rights, yet if some search is made to find out these Quran and Sunnah, these are also present in expended form in various places and along with these guided principles are also present there. In Quran there is admonition in many places for the protection of human soul, goods and honor as well. Whereas Hadith along with the other various teachings, specifically on the eve of the last sermon known as ( Khutba hajja tul wida) of the Rasool(PBUH) the prescribed charter of human rights is enough to highlight its importance, but no distinctive laws are cited with a special regarded to children. Anyhow, in 18th century, issues relevant to children came into view those also became the cause of many movements and all the countries are formulated unanimous laws which are still being applied. In present era, the social issues of the children are becoming obnoxious severe. On the behalf of these issues their growth, training and many other facts of life are also attention catching. In this article, an analysis of Islamic and International laws with respect to children will be made and those causes will also be cited due to which social issues of children are continuously being generated.
This research is an attempt to find out relationship between emotional intelligence and performance of teacher at secondary school level. In present era it is believed in general that high academic score in exams are not only determined by higher level of intelligence rather because of higher emotional intelligence. A number of important aspects of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship are incorporated by emotional intelligence factors. These aspects have a deep statistical significant relation with performance of teachers. The major aim of the study was to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance of teacher at secondary school level. The target population of the study comprised of secondary school teachers teaching secondary classes in Public high and higher secondary schools of Lahore division. Sample of the study consisted of 950 male and female secondary school teachers working in rural and urban areas high schools. As the study was co relational in nature and to find out the relationship, the data was collected through survey technique. The instrument for data collection named TEIQue-SF was adopted to measure the emotional intelligence level of secondary school teachers. The performance of teachers was measured through the results of students in annual examination of 9th and 10th class conducted by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore (BISE). Before data collection validity and reliability of the questionnaire were ensured through experts’ opinion and pilot study respectively. The reliability of the questionnaire after translation was (0.60). The collected data was analyzed using computer software SPSS, version 15. Pearson “r”, t-test, and ANOVA, were used. The study revealed that statistically significant positive relationship existed between emotional intelligence and performance of the secondary school teachers. It was concluded that increase in the level of emotional intelligence enhances the performance of teachers.
