ان کا پہلا نکاح حضرت عبیدہ ؓ بن حارث بن عبدالمطلب سے ہوا ۔ ان کی وفات کے بعد جہم بن عمرو سے نکاح ہوا اور وہ بھی غزوہ بدر میں کام آئے تب تیسرا نکاح عبداللہ ابن جحش ؓسے کیا انہوں نے بھی غزوہ احد میں جام شہادت نوش کیا ۔ اس طرح یکے بعد دیگرے حضرت زینب ؓ بیوگی کے صدمہ سے دو چار ہوئیں لیکن غم گسار آقا آنحضرت ﷺ نے اپنے حرم میں انہیں داخل فرمایا ۔ قدرت کو یہی منظور تھا کہ آپ ام المومنینؓ کے اعزاز سے بہرہ ور ہوں اور آپ ﷺ کے ساتھ دور کی رفاقت میسر نہ ہو ، ایسا ہی ہوا کہ صرف چند ماہ بعد سیدہ زینب بنت خزیمہ ، جو ام المساکین کی کنیت سے معروف تھیں ، کا انتقال ہو گیا ۔ وفات کے وقت ان کی عمر مبارک تیس برس تھی ۔
صہیب ؓ آہن گر تھے ۔ قریش نے روک دیا کہ مدینہ ہجرت نہ کریں ۔ سامان باندھ کر مدینہ منورہ کو چلے تو قریش نے کہا ’’ جب تم یہاں آئے تھے تو فقیر تھے ، محتاج تھے ، یہاں رہ کر مالدار اور غنی ہو گئے ہو ، اور اب تم چاہتے ہو کہ وہ سب کچھ جو تم نے یہا ں کمایا ہے وہ ساتھ لے کر مدینہ چلے جائو ۔۔۔ واللہ ! یہ تو ہم کبھی نہ ہونے دیں گے ‘‘۔ حضرت صہیب ؓ نے کہا ’’ اگر میں یہ سارا کچھ تمہارے لیے چھوڑ دوں تو کیا مجھے جانے دو گے ‘‘؟ مشرکین بولے ’’ہاں ! پھر تم آزاد ہو ۔ ‘‘ صہیب ؓ نے بغیر سوچے اور بغیر کسی جھجھک کے اپنا سارا سامان کفار کے حوالے کیا اور خالی ہاتھ مدینہ روانہ ہو گئے ۔ جب...

No doubt, throughout the last fourteen centuries, has been so widely read nor has shaped more human mindes than the Quran. Actually the Quran has a tremendous effect on the believers who recite it in its original language. Its language, as it is felt, is overwhelmed by the the power of the Devine word: hence the majesty of its style, and its captivating rhetoric, w hich reflects the pow er of the Divine w here it is originated. This artical also shows the greatness of the arabic language and its rhetorical effect in the light of Holy Quran. It tells us about the use of metaphor in Arabic language and Quran. It puts light on the diferenccs among the scholars wether there is Majaz in Arabic language and Quran or not? For the proof of its used both in language and Quran after the long discussion of linguistics and interpreters it is proved that it is one of the method of of the language to create the beauty in the speach. At the end of the artical it is conculuded through the views of the eminent scholars that the Majaz is also a style of the Arabic language and its rhetoric.

Exploring the Science Professionals Sps Perceptions About the Effective Instructional Material Ims

Teachers need to have Instructional Materials (IMs) to understand the curriculum and to translate the curriculum into students' learning outcomes. In the absence of IMs textbook remain the only source of support for the teachers and the purpose and goals of learning science is not achieved completely. Hence, it was important to explore the qualities of effective IMs to understand and recommend aspects that may enhance the quality and development of IMs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the science professionals' perceptions of effective IMs. Qualitative case study design was used to explore the topic. Ten participants including teachers, teacher educators and material developers were taken as research participants based on their experience of teaching, developing instructional materials, conducting courses for teachers and involvement in the process of IMs. The data was collected through semi-structured interviews from six science teachers, two teacher educators and two instructional material developers. Roberts's curriculum emphasis with a little modification based on the purpose and context of the study was used as a framework to guide the study with regard to data collection and analysis. The modified framework included the Roberts curriculum emphasis, and the nature of science, attitude of science and the organization of the material. Findings of the study revealed that the IMs will be effective if they contain the nature of science, solid foundation and structure of science. Moreover, effective IMs were found to be those which allowed teachers and students to present their personal experiences and explanations without confining them to certain pre-determined contents. It was also found that the IM may contain the elements of science and technology and everyday life application, in order to develop students' curiosity and attitude towards science. Such attitudes could be developed through interactive ways of teaching where students are actively involved in classroom activities. When the students get involved in the classroom activities, they can also relate science to their daily life and the events in the society. The study implied that teachers and teacher educators need to incorporate curriculum emphasis and nature of science to develop a positive attitude towards science. Moreover, this study is significant for the policy reforms as it highlights the qualities of effective IMs and its need in the context of Pakistan.
