گُن اُنؐ کے ہی گاتا ہے اپنا کہ بیگانہ ہے
’’اِک میں ہی نہیں اُن پر قربان زمانہ ہے‘‘
حامدؐ بھی وہ احمدؐ بھی ‘ محمودؐ و محمد ﷺ بھی
’’جو ربِ دو عالم کا محبوب یگانہ ہے‘‘
صد کیف کا عالم ہے اِک پل تیری مدحت کا
صد رشکِ گہر اُس پل آنکھوں کا بھر آنا ہے
بچپن سے ہی ہونٹوں پر سرکارؐ کی مدحت ہے
ٹوٹے نہ الٰہی یہ بندھن جو پُرانا ہے
جس ذاتؐ کی آمد پر کعبے پہ لگا جھنڈا
اُس ذاتؐ کی آمد پر راہوں کو سجانا ہے
مدحِ شہِؐ خوباں سے عرفاںؔ کی زباں تر ہے
شاہوں کے قصائد نہ گفتارِ زمانہ ہے
In Arabic language the source from which all nouns and verbs are derived is called (المصدر). Verbal noun (Al-Masdar: (المصدر is a very important derivative in Arabic. It is a noun derived from the verb to refer to the action or activity implied in the verb, e. G. ((كتابة “writing” as a process- derived from the verb (كتب) to “write”. A verbal noun represents a change in the form of a verb which allows it to be used as a noun in a sentence. Verbal noun is a type of noun which can bear the article (ال) or tanwin (تنوين ) and can be declined according to the sentence i.e. Nominative, accusative and genitive case. This article deals with the verbal nouns in the Holy Quran that appeared once in the nominative case and in other Qiraat it was read as accusative case. For e.g. (Al-Hamd) is read as nominative and accusative form. الرفع على قراءة حفص: ( الحمدُ لله رب العالمين ) و فى قراءة أخرى : ( الحمدَ لله رب العالمين ) Likewise other examples are: (سورةٌ أنزلناها )- (سورةً أنزلناها) (سلامٌ عليك)- (سلامًا عليك) Similarly : النصب على قراءة حفص: ( و بالوالدين إحسانًا) و فى قراءة أخرى : ( و بالوالدين إحسانٌ) Thus, the article highlights the semantic treasures embedded in the Qiraat of the Holy-Quran.
This study examines how business ethics (Ethical leadership, Ethical Climate and Organizational Fairness) will
have direct and indirect impact on Employees' Affective Commitment, Employees' Job Satisfaction and
Employees' Job Performance. This study conducted on cellular operators (Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor, Zong and
Warid) of Pakistan. Data were collected through survey questionnaires given personally to 600 employees
working in regional and head offices of cellular operators of Pakistan located in four big cities of Punjab
Pakistan i.e. Multan, Faisalabad, Lahore and capital city Islamabad. There were 545 questionnaires returned,
out of which, 518 dully completed responses were used for the final statistical analysis.
The results have shown that three dimensions of business ethics i.e. Ethical Leadership, Ethical Climate and
Organizational Fairness are supported as significant predictors of Employees' Affective Commitment,
Employees' Job Satisfaction and Employees' Job Performance. Moreover Trust in Organization partially
mediates the causal relationship between the Business Ethics (Ethical Leadership, Ethical Climate and
Organizational Fairness) and Employees' Affective Commitment, Employees' Job Satisfaction and Employees'
Job Performance. Finally, the study also presents some theoretical and managerial implications, limitations and
suggestions for future research.
