98. Al-Bayyinah/The Clear Evidence
I/We begin by the Blessed Name of Allah
The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.
98:01
a. Those who disbelieve from among the Followers of the Former Scriptures and the idol- worshipers,
b. will not give up their disbelief until a Clear Evidence was presented to them,
98:02
a. through a Messenger from Allah, reciting purified scripts, and
98:03
a. containing clear instructions for them.
98:04
a. Yet those who were given the former Scriptures did not challenge and become divided into factions until after this kind of Clear Evidence came to them.
98:05
a. Even though all they were commanded to:
- submit to Allah alone in awe, reverence, and worship,
- sincerely devote religion exclusively to HIM, being Haneef, and
- establish the Salat/Prayers and
- pay out Zakat/annual charity
b. for that is/are the parameters of a Religion – Right and Straight.
98:06
a. Indeed, those who continue to disbelieve – even after Clear Evidence has come to them
- from Followers of the Former Scriptures and the idol-worshipers will be in the Fire of Hell - there to remain - never to leave, never to die.
b. Those - they will be the worst of created beings.
98:07
a. However, those who believe and practice righteousness,
b. those - they will be the best of created beings.
Surah 98 * Al-Bayyinah 749
98:08
a. Their reward is going to be with their Rabb - The Lord:
b. Gardens of Perpetual Bliss - through which rivers/streams flow - to live therein forever,
never to leave, never...
The fast advancement in information technology stimulates educational creativity as well. Learning and training practices are often not only carried sout in the traditional manner, but also with the usage of a multitude of learning technologies options. The zoom program is one of the learning resources used in online courses. Zoom was an application developed during the Covid-19 timeframe to address the limitations between educators and students, especially in terms of space and time. With E-learning, educators and students are not limited to one dimension of time and space, and learning will run and neglect both. Learning by simulated children's attention, on the other hand, causes disruption in the learning phase. During the learning phase, students must maintain a high level of concentration. The level of concentration of students has a significant impact on the learning process' outcomes. Since attitude and focus have a beneficial association, high focus may often affect a person's attitude in a learning phase in order to produce optimal performance. Many factors may affect a person's attention, one of which is the learning environment. A peaceful atmosphere can undoubtedly improve a person's concentration level, while a silent / noisy environment will exacerbate one's focus during the learning phase.
Avian orthoavulaviruse-1 (AOAV-1) including highly pathogenic strains, pose severe economic
and animal health concerns in developing countries. Live Bird Markets (LBMs) in Asian
countries are considered as hubs for the spread and maintenance of different avian infectious
diseases. In developing countries, poultry trade is characterized by complex chains comprising of
many factors with limited biosecurity. In Pakistan, there is lack of uniformity in practices used in
LBMs, leading to heavy impact in the spread of the disease. A cross-sectional survey was
conducted to identify risk factors associated with AOAV-1 infections and their genetic
characterization in LBMs from eight-towns of Lahore district during 2016-2018. A total of 189
poultry stalls (n=1015 birds) distributed in eight-towns were visited and a pool of 5-6
oropharyngeal swab samples was collected from each stall and tasted by RT-PCR for the Fusion
(F) gene. Ninety-one (91) of 189 swab samples were found positive for AOAV-1s.The overall
prevalence of the AOAV-1in poultry stalls was 48.14% (95% Cl = 41.13-55.24) observed. Data
for eleven potential risk factors acquired through detailed questionnaires were analyzed by
survey-weighted logistic regression and prevalence odds ratios (OR) for associated risk factors
were calculated. A total of 24 AOAV-1 isolates were sequenced to examine the circulating
genotype through complete F-gene. A phylogenetic analysis revealed that all isolates belonged to
sub-genotype VIIi, genotype VII class II. This study provides important information on
epidemiology and control of AOAV-Iin Pakistan and highlights the importance of implementing
surveillances and biosecurity practices in LBMs.
