منشی میراں بخش جلوہ انیسویں صدی کے ربع آخر میں سیالکوٹ میں اردو میں شعرو شاعری کرتے تھے۔ انجمنِ حمایتِ اسلام کے جلسوں میں شریک ہوتے ہوئے نظمیں پڑھتے تھے۔ آپ سراج الاخبار(جہلم) کے سیالکوٹ میں نمائندہ تھے۔ جلوہ کے پانچ شعری مجموعے گلشنِ نعت‘ جلوہ حق‘ تحفہ جلوہ‘ نوحہ جلوہ‘ دیوان جلوہ اور ایک نثری کتاب جو جلوہ کی شعری تصانیف کے بارے میں معلومات فراہم کرتی ہے۔ شائع ہو چکی ہیں۔(۵۱) جلوہ کی مذکورہ بالا کتب نایاب ہیں۔
مولانا عبد المجید سالک اپنی تالیف’’ذکرِ اقبال‘‘ میں جلوہ سیالکوٹی کے بارے میں لکھتے ہیں:
ایک شاعر منشی میراں بخش جلوہ سیالکوٹی تھے جو اکثر انجمنِ حمایتِ اسلام میں بھی آ کر نظمیں پڑھا کرتے تھے۔ نہ جانے کہاں سے شعر کہنے کی لت پڑ گئی۔ شعر کیا تھے پکوڑے تل لیا کرتے تھے۔ ان دنوں خزانے کے ایک کلرک اہلِ زبان تھے جلوہ صاحب ان کو اکثر شعر سنایا کرتے تھے۔ ایک روز انہوں نے تنگ آ کر کہا بھائی جلوہ تمہارے شعروں سے چھیچھڑوں کی بو آتی ہے۔ جلوہ صاحب تائو کھا کر شاہ صاحب کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور ان کو اپنے اشعار سنا کر پوچھا کہ یہ اشعار کیسے ہیں شاہ صاحب۔ شاہ صاحب سے مراد مولوی سید میر حسن ہیں ‘ نے فرمایا سچ پوچھتے ہو تو تم نے شعروں کا جھٹکا کر دیا ہے۔(۵۲)
میراں بخش جلوہ فن تاریخ گوئی میں مہارت رکھتے تھے۔ شاعرِ کشمیر منشی محمد دین فوق کے چچا منشی غلام محمد خادم کا بیٹا محمود فوت ہوا تو جلوہ نے کئی تاریخیں کہیں جن میں سے ایک یہ ہے:
مر گیا جلوہ جو خادم کا پسر
نام تھا محمود اور تھانیک خو
کیوں نہ خادم روئے سر کو پیٹ کر

Performance is the work result in quality and quantity achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to them. The role of reliable and professional employees is very helpful in improving organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Work Engagement and Quality of Work Life with the Performance of Nurses in Inpatient Services in Makassar City Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross-sectional study design. Sampling using stratified random sampling so that the sample in this study were nurses in the inpatient installation of Makassar City Hospital, totaling 167 respondents. The results showed that there is a relationship between Work Engagement based on the Vigor dimension, the Dedication dimension, the absorption dimension, and the nurse's performance. There is a relationship between Quality of Work Life and the performance of nurses in Makassar City Hospital. It is recommended that hospital management keep paying attention to work engagement, especially the Vigor dimension in order to increase the morale of nurses. Leaders need to know what their employees need so that employees can work according to organizational expectations, one of which is by providing motivation. Implementing a culture of health in the work environment so as to create a safe working atmosphere, developing career path plans for nurses, and internalizing the values of good work culture to maintain a sense of pride in the institution.
An Evaluative Study of the Impact of Trained Elementary School Teachers on the Classroom The study aimed to evaluate the teacher training program at elementary level in AJK so as to have
quality education through the improvement in the quality of teacher training, classroom teaching and
ultimately by up grading the student’s achievement level.
The main objectives of the study were 1) To evaluate the impact of trained elementary school teachers
on classroom practices and students achievements 2) To compare the impact of trained elementary
school teachers on classroom practices and students achievements in different strata 3) To suggest
some recommendations to educational administrators, supervisors and teacher trainers to coordinate
and upgrade the programs of teacher training and instructions to enhance the students achievements
and quality of educations.
Total respondents were 605 including students of grade 8th through other respondents to Directors of
education. The tools of study were composed of questionnaires, interview schedules, classroom
observation schedule and an achievement test of science grade 8th. Analysis of the data collected,
through different tools, was made, means and percentages were calculated out which showed that
generally there was no application and implementation of training in classroom environment and
resultant achievements of the students remained very low ranging from 42.24 % to 48.57 % falling in
grade “D” (Fair). Overall performance level of teachers regarding impact on classroom practices and
students achievements was very low. This least or no impact of trained teachers on classroom practices
and students achievements was due to the lack of well-planned and organized teacher training,
monitoring, supervision and follow up mechanism for trained teachers.
To address this poor prevailing situation in the areas of teacher training and classroom practices of
trained teacher’s recommendations are presented and a new model of teacher training has been
designed for implementation in future.
