کچھ ہستیاں ،جنھیں ہم مسلسل دیکھتے رہے ہیں، لازوال معلوم ہوتی ہیں۔ ان کے بارے میں یہ وہم وگمان بھی نہیں ہوتاکہ یہ بھی فنا پذیر ہیں اور ایک دن ان کی موت کاغم سہنا ہوگا۔اس دنیاکی ہر چیز فنا پذیر ہے۔اگرانسان اس حقیقت کو ہمہ وقت پیش نظررکھے توشاید موت کا غم آسان ہوجائے۔
سرکردہ جرنلسٹ غفار احمد نازانصاریؔ بھی ان ہی ہستیوں میں سے تھے جن کے بارے میں یہ خیال بھی نہیں تھا کہ ایک دن ہم سے جدا ہوجائیں گے لیکن ’’کُل من علیھا فان‘‘کے مصداق اس دنیا سے ہرایک کوجانا ہے۔حج کے دوران میں میدان عرفات میں نازانصاریؔ کی رحلت کی خبر بذریعہ فون یہاں دہلی میں اہل خانہ کوملی ۔اہل خانہ سے حکومت سعودی عرب نے تدفین کے متعلق پوچھا تھا۔ اہل خانہ نے وہیں مکہ معظمہ کے قبرستان جنت المعلٰی میں تدفین کی اجازت دے دی۔مرحوم حج پرجانے سے پہلے وصیت بھی کرگئے تھے کہ موت ہوجانے کی صورت میں انہیں وہیں دفن کردیا جائے ۔اﷲ تعالیٰ نے مرحوم کی یہ دعا یاتمنا بھی پوری کردی۔ ان کے پسماندگان میں بیوہ، چار لڑکیاں اور چار داماد ہیں۔اﷲ تعالیٰ مرحوم کو اپنے جوار رحمت میں جگہ دے اور پسماندگان کوصبر جمیل کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔ آمین

Mankind came at this earth with their needs. The basic needs of mankind are food for eating, water for drinking, and for the protection of selves; they need wearing clothes and shelter to safeguard themselves from rain, hot and cold. The responsibility of living is dependent on these essential requirements. Islam teaches mankind to earn lawful food. Many verses and hadiths are related to earning lawful food. Islam is a peaceful religion. Therefore, to earn lawful (Halal) food is appreciated. This is a fact that the economic stability has positive effects on human beings' faith, believe, ethics, character, thinking, thoughts, personality and the system of a family. Whereas the financial instability puts negative effects on people's faith, believe ethics, character, thinking, thoughts, personality and the system of a family. That is why Islam advises mankind for earning lawful (Halal) foodstuff. All those sources are considered unlawful (Haraam) to earn money, which directly affects society or people’s wealth, life, and faith. The lawful (Halah) money (food) motivates the people towards good works and unlawful (Haraam) simulates the mankind to do sinful deeds. Food affects the body, like same the unlawful (Haraam) money (food) affects the soul. Lawful foodstuff produces a spiritual power in people for doing good and righteous and to inculcate give values, respect and importance to every relationship and to the society at large. The aim of this draft to elucidate the importance of lawful money (foodstuff) and its role in the stability of the family system.
This study tends to highlight the role of ethical conflict in changing job satisfaction of the nurses. Ethics stress
faced by nurse acts as a mediator and individual ethical orientation as a moderator in the relationships between
ethical conflict and job satisfaction.
The purpose of the study is to examine how ethical conflict affects job satisfaction. Analyses were conducted
using data from a sample of 550 nurses from public sector hospitals of the Multan district, Pakistan and it
revealed attention-grabbing findings. Data was collected through a questionnaire based on adopted scales.
Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to provide statistical evidence for
hypotheses. Ethical conflict was found significant in predicting job satisfaction directly and through mediation.
Additionally, individual ethical orientation was found to be a significant moderator of the hypothesized path
between ethical conflict and ethics stress. Prior studies on job satisfaction have mainly focused on simple
models at any given time. However, researchers increasingly argue that a complex representation (as in this
study) may give better understanding of job satisfaction.
