اُس کا گاؤںسو، سوا سو کچے اور دو پکے گھروں پر مشتمل تھا۔ اُس کا گاؤں دریائے راوی کا وہ اندھا طاقت ور پانی تھا جو کبھی تو ارد گرد کی زمین پر بھی بھل ڈال کر اُسے اور بھی طاقت ور اور زرخیز بناتا تو کبھی لہلہاتی فصلوں، کچے مکانوں اور دیواروں کو اپنے ساتھ بہا کر لے جاتا۔گہرے مٹیالے رنگ کا وہ جھاگ والا ٹھنڈا پانی زندگی اور موت کا جدا جدا رنگ تھا۔اُس کا گاؤں وسیع و عریض برساتی نالے کے ریتلے پیٹ میں کہیں کہیں بنے ہوئے وہ جوہڑ تھے، جن کے نم آلود کناروں پر ریت کو کھود کھود کر ہل چلانے والے ، چرواہے اور مسافر چھوٹے چھوٹے گڑھے بناتے، وہ گڑھے نتھرے ہوئے پانی سے بھر جاتے تو وہ اِس پانی سے اپنی پیاس بجھا لیتے۔:وہ جوہڑ جو برساتی نالہ خشک ہو جانے پر بھی پانی سے بھرے رہتے تھے، وہ جوہڑ جن میں نوجوان چرواہے تپتی دھوپ میں چھوٹے چھوٹے گول سینگوں والی بھینسوں کو نہلاتے، ایک دوسرے کی دیکھا دیکھی بھینسوں کے جسم کو چمکاتے اور خود ڈبکیاں لگاتے ہوئے نہاتے۔
اُس کا گاؤں پورب کی وہ ٹھنڈی ہوا تھی جو شام کو چلتی تو سانپ اور دیگر کیڑے مکوڑے اپنی قیام گاہوں سے نکل کر لہلہاتے خوب صورت کھیتوں کی پگڈنڈیوں پر بے خوف لیٹ جاتے۔ اُس کا گاؤں جیٹھ ہاڑ کی چلچلاتی اور ویران دوپہروں کی طرح تھا جن میں کنوارے لڑکے اکیلے خوشبو لگا کر باہر نکلنے سے خوف کھاتے تھے کہ کہیں چڑیلیں اُن کا کلیجہ نہ نکال لیں۔ اُن گرم دوپہروں میں چرواہے اپنے مویشیوں کو ماؤں جیسے مہربان شیشم کے درختوں کی چھاؤں میں جگالی کرتے چھوڑ کر اُن کے پاس بیٹھ کر اڈہ کھڈہ کھیلتے یا پھر فحش گانے گاتے۔

In most of service organizations particularly in Pakistan financial sector, employees have reduced their job performance and shortened quality of work due to many factors influencing them at workplace. This research study aims to explore such antecedents in view of Islam that can improve the quality of work in banking sector wherein mediating effect of perceived job performance has been tested. Model variables of this study have also been described in the Islamic perspective. Islam is complete religion in all respect and provides foundation for quality of work. Accuracy & beatification in work, discipline, sequence of tasks, impartiality, and Islamic job satisfaction, knowing ourselves and its link with knowing to our God are parts of quality of work and employees’ performance in the Islamic point of view. The target population of this study covers 20,514 employees of banking sector working in capital cities of Pakistan. Data were collected via cross sectional approach from 380 desk and frontline officials of Public and private banks. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling techniques were used for data analysis. Findings of this research are demonstrated that job satisfaction and emotional intelligence are found the valuable antecedents of job performance and quality of work where employee’s job performance has been proved as a partial mediator between antecedents and quality of work. The two antecedents i.e. Job satisfaction, emotional intelligence of perceived job performance and quality of work have been supposed in this study to take as interpreters for the improvement of employees’ contentment and abilities in the working environment of banking sector. These are positively persuaded to job performance and quality of work. A practical exposure is offered by this research that organizational education about importance to employee’s satisfaction and emotional intelligence would be vital for achieving optimum results in this industry.
Baltistan is situated in the north of Pakistan and near the mountains of Krakuram, Himalia & K2. It is surrounded by Gilgit in west, Kargil&Ladakh in the East, Sinkyang in North and Kashmir in South. Persian is one of the famous language of Indo European group of languages it is an official language of I.R.Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan Relationship between Pakistan & Iran backs to long time ago. Before the British reign, Persian was the official language of Sub continent. Due to preaching of Iranian scholars people of this region not only embraced Islam but also got information about Iranian language, literature & Culture. Most important scholars like Syed Ali Hamdani, Syed Muhammad Noor Baksh, Shams din Araqi and Tosi Brothers can be named in this regards. I have selected the topic for this research “Research & Study of language, literature and Culture of Baltistan and Impact of Iranian language literature and Culture on it”.During this research I faced many difficulties for getting material For this study. Historical method is used. Through this research I want to acquaint the new generation to the historical and culture background of Baltistan from beginning till now in my work I have divided my research work in two parts. In first part I have discussed the Balti language, literature, and culture in detail.In the second part the impact of Irani language, literature and culture has been analyzed. In this research I have tried to enlighten the reasons and factors why and how Iranian language, literature & Culture Prevailed in this region as neither they are neighboring countries nor they have any religious ties.
