سو آؤ کرتے ہیں اپنے رسولؐ کی باتیں
خدا کرے کہ یونہی عمر اپنی کٹ جائے
کبھی خدا کی تو گاہے رسولؐ کی باتیں
ہر ایک شے پہ مقدم نبیؐ کا فرمایا
ہر ایک بات سے آگے رسولؐ کی باتیں
سو سیدھی سچی ضمانت ہیں کامیابی کی
ہمارے حق میں ہمارے رسولؐ کی باتیں
زمانہ اُس کو خس و خاک میں بدلتا ہے
ہوا میں جو بھی اُڑائے رسولؐ کی باتیں
جو دین سیکھنا چاہے خلوصِ نیت سے
وُہ عائشہؓ سے تو پوچھے رسولؐ کی باتیں
زمانہ یوں ہی تو روشن خیال ہوتا ہے
کہ لو دکھاتی ہیں سچے رسولؐ کی باتیں
خدا بھی اُس کو یقیناََ بُھلائے گا عابدؔ
وُہ شخص جو کہ بھلائے رسولؐ کی باتیں
This article discusses the effectiveness of the new student admission socialization program on the decision of the prospective student to enroll in the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Palu. The problem studied is How are the efforts of socialization of new student admissions applied at IAIN Palu? What is the most effective socialization attempt for student candidate's admission at IAIN Palu? This research uses survey research design combined with descriptive qualitative analysis model. Data collection using questionnaire method supported by interview and collecting a documentations. The results showed that the socialization efforts applied in IAIN Palu was by utilizing mass media and school visit. An effective efforts of socialization for introducing institutions to the public is unprogrammed in schedules, they used word to word (door to door) and publicity promotion. Nevertheless, regular programmed socialization models are held regularly every day before the admission of new students, usually used advertising and “personal selling” through visits to schools, is still quite effective. While the main consideration factor for enrolling in IAIN Palu is the availability of courses appropriate to their interests.
In the modern business era of competition, companies are required to find out the ways to survive in the market and they try to maintain an upper hand over competitors. It is evident from the literature that investing in the intangible assets is as important as investing in the tangibles. This study is based upon determining the relations between the intangible assets and operating cash flows, and operating efficiency with the control variables of company age and company size by taking the panel data of companies listed on Pakistan Stock-Exchange (PSX) from period 2007-2017. STATA is used in this study to analyze the panel data of selected listed companies and has been found that the intangible assets have the significant positive influence upon the operating cash flows while the intangible assets have the negative insignificant influence upon the operating efficiency of the non-financial companies of PSX. In order to reap the true benefits of intangible assets by way of improved cash flows, the management of the companies is also required to set the policies and procedures to manage the operating expenses.
