افسوس ہے۲۴/جون کو صبح کے وقت بمبئی میں مولانا عبدالرزاق ملیح آبادی کا۶۵برس کی عمر میں انتقال ہوگیا، نعش بمبئی سے ملیح آباد لائی گئی اور بروز جمعہ ۲۶/جون کوسپرد خاک کردی گئی۔
مرحوم اردو اورعربی دونوں زبانوں کے نامور ادیب، صحافی اورانشاء پرداز تھے۔عربی کی تعلیم مصر میں پائی تھی اورسید رشید رضا مرحوم جواپنے عہد کے اکابر علماء اورمحققین اورمصنفین میں سے تھے ان کے تلمیذ رشید تھے، اس لیے مرحوم عربی زبان بالکل مادری زبان کی طرح بولتے اورلکھتے تھے۔ مصر سے واپس آکر کلکتہ سے عربی کاایک جریدہ’’الجامعہ‘‘کے نام سے نکالا جو عربی کے اساتذہ اورطلباء میں بڑا مقبول ہوالیکن یہاں مولانا ابوالکلام کے دامان دولت سے وابستہ ہونے کے بعد انھوں نے اردواخبار نویسی کواپنا مستقل نصب العین زندگی بنا لیا اور بڑی محنت کاوش اورمشق ومزاولت کے بعد اس میں بھی اپنا خاص ایک ایسا اسلوب پیدا کیا کہ اردو زبان کے بھی صاحب طرزادیب بن گئے۔ اُن کی تحریر صاف سپاٹ،بہت سلیس وعام فہم مگرساتھ ہی ولولہ انگیز اور پُرجوش ہوتی تھی۔اس سلسلہ میں وہ اوّلاً ’الہلال‘ اور’البلاغ‘ کی ادارت میں مولانا ابوالکلام کے رفیق رہے اور پھر کلکتہ سے ہی متعدد اخبار خوداپنے نکالے، تقسیم کے بعدا پنا اخبار روزانہ ’آزاد ہند‘ اپنے لایق فرزند احمد سعید صاحب ملیح آبادی کے حوالہ کرکے دہلی چلے گئے اور انڈین کونسل فارکلچرل ریلیشنزکے سہ ماہی عربی مجلہ ’ثقافۃ الہند‘ کوبڑی قابلیت سے ایڈٹ کرتے رہے۔ اس کے علاوہ آل انڈیا ریڈیو اسٹیشن دہلی کے عربی پروگرام کے بھی ڈائریکٹر رہے۔ اخبارات و رسائل کی اڈیٹری کے باوجودتصنیف وتالیف اورترجمہ کا مشغلہ بھی رکھتے تھے چنانچہ متعدد کتابیں ترجمہ کیں اور کئی کتابیں تالیف کیں جن میں آخری ضخیم کتاب وہ ہے جومولاناابوالکلام آزاد پرہے اورغیر مطبوعہ ہے۔

Since from the beginning of humanity means of communication have always been an essential need for mankind. To convey the message and to find means to communicate and express one’s thought one needs a mean to transmit the information to others. That is called communication. With the passage of time and advancement communication means also took modern shape and became advance. Islam as a complete code of life, guides humanity in the all fields of sociology, economic, politics, including mass communication. Allah the Almighty sent messengers and Prophets for the guidance of people. So they served the humanity in different periods of time in different areas. Ḥaẓrat Muḥammad (ﷺ) the last prophet of Allah used these means of communication for the prevalence and preaching of Islam, and left behind a remarkable legacy in the field of mass communication for the guidance till dooms day. Where there have been great changes in other fields and professions of life in the advanced world of contemporary era there had become a revolutionary change in the field of media. News all over the world spread in seconds. Media which is the strongest tool to approach people, but sorry to say that it is detracted badly by prevailing wrong values, vulgarity, jealousy and selfishness. There is a dire need to change the direction of noble that so (صلى الله عليه وسلم) Muhammad Prophet of methodology the towards media values like piousness, self-sacrifices, brotherhood and cooperation should be developed in people and for this purpose youth can play a pivotal and effective role in the field of mass communication. Eyes are looking towards youth of contemporary era to step forward by following our Holy contemporary the how that attempt humble a is article This. Standardization of Different Aspects of Radish Seed Production

This study was conducted to standardize plant spacing (Exp. # 1), planning geometry (Exp. # 2) and nutrients input (Exp. # 3 & 4) for quality seed production of radish. Field experiment were conducted during 2013-14 and 2014-15. The results of 1st experiment exhibited that though the growth characters like number of branches, branch length, silique length, silique weight, number of siliques/plant, 1000 seed weight and seed yield/plant were maximum in treatment combination of row and plant spacing 75×45 cm, but seed production/plot was highest in treatment combination of row and plant spacing 60×45 cm, due to higher plant population per unit area. Up take up of NPK was maximum for treatment combination of 75×45 cm due to less inter-plant competition. So, maximum seed production can be obtained by adopting the row and plant spacing of 60×45 cm. In 2nd experiment, it was observed that ridge sowing technique was the best for seed production of radish, is optimal. While, Mino Early variety, performance was better than forty days variety in ridge sowing method. Maximum, N, P and K contents in seed were also observed in ridge sowing. Least seed production was recorded in flat sowing. The results obtained from 3rd experiment indicated that the application of N, P and K @ 100: 100: 75 kg/ha was effective for getting higher seed yield of radish under climate of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. Plant lodging increased at higher application rates of nutrients, especially nitrogen. Maximum N, P and K contents in seed were recorded in response to NPK application @ 125:100:50 kg/ha, 125:75:75 kg/ha, 125:50:75 kg/ha, respectively. There was no significant impact of various fertilizer doses on number of seeds/silique, silique length and seed germination. The results of 4th experiment exhibited stecklings produced from healthy roots ensured higher and uniform seed production of radish crop. Addition of N, P and K @ 75: 65: 65 kg/ha were found effective for getting higher yield of radish root crop, these roots, when subsequently used for steckling preparations, gave higher seed yield than other fertilizer application rates. Plant lodging increased with increase in nutrient application rates, especially nitrogen. There was no significant impact of various fertilizer doses on seed germination. In crux, for highest seed production, steckling should be planted on ridges, keeping row to row and plant to plant spacing of 60×45 cm, and NPK should be applied @ 100: 100: 75 kg/ha under the agro climatic conditions of Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. While, addition of NPK @ 75: 65: 65 kg/ha to root crop for higher root yield and such roots produced higher seed yield than other fertilizer treatments.
