اسلم ملک (۱۹۳۱ء پ) سیالکوٹ کے محلہ دھارو وال میں پیدا ہوئے ۔(۱۰۴۱) نثر نگاری ان کی پہچان ہے لیکن اظہار کے لیے انھوں نے شاعری کا لطیف پیرایہ بھی استعمال کیا ہے۔ اسلم ملک نے بچوں کے ادب کو زیادہ اہمیت دی ہے۔ اس لیے ان کی شاعری کا بڑا حصہ بچوں کی شاعری پر محیط ہے۔اسلم ملک نے حمد سے نعت ،غزل نظم اور ہائیکو جیسی اصناف میں طبع آزمائی کی ہے۔ اسلم ملک کا شعری مجموعہ ’’خواب اور خوشبو‘‘شائع ہو چکاہے۔ تصوف اور عشقِ حقیقی اسلم ملک کی شاعری کا ایک بڑا موضوع ہے۔ اسلم ملک کے نزدیک صرف خدائے رحیم و کریم ،تعظیم ،عظمت اور تمہیدو ستائش کا حقدار ہے۔ لالہ و گل میں اس کی خوشبو ہے۔ اور سورج چاند ستاروں کی روشنی بھی اسی سے ہے کیونکہ وہ نور اور نور کا منبع ہے:
لالہ و گل میں جو خوشبو ہے فقط تری ہے
چاند ستاروں کی چمک میں بھی ہے فیضان تیرا
گیت تیرے ہی سناتے ہیں پرندے سارے
بزمِ قیمتی کا ہر اک فرد ثنا خواں تیرا

> اﷲ تعالیٰ ہی کل کائنات کا خالق و مالک ہے۔ یہ ساری خلقت اس کا کنبہ ہے۔ وہ ساری مخلوقات کا پروردگار ہے۔ عرش و فرش اس کے جلال سے بھرپور اور معمور ہے۔ وہ بنی نوع انسان کے ہر درد کا درماں اور ہر مشکل میں عقدہ کشا ہے۔ اسلم ملک اپنی ایک حمدیہ نظم میں انھی خیالات کا اظہار اس طرح سے کرتے ہیں:

Islam is an entire way of life. It illuminates every facet of daily existence. There is no problem for which Islam has not provided a remedy. Every aspect of beliefs and ethics, including human affairs, has also been examined. Islam is the only religion on earth that can be compared the height of Western culture and civilization. People have become its slavish disciples in the most literal sense. To stay up with the rest of the world, they are creating new interpretations of Islam for this reason. Accepted wisdom is a benefit, but only within the bounds of Sharia. Otherwise, it is Shaytan's legacy. ۔(شیطان)
One of the most significant and crucial stages in a person's life is the nikah. It is expressly covered in the Qur'an and Hadith. It is created necessary for sustaining human existence. It is referred to as the culmination of human life and one of the Prophet's (ﷺ) required Sunnas. However, one of the most despised actions is the dissolution of a marriage. Islam, however, differs from other faiths. It contains the entire procedure/laws for dissolving a marriage. The appropriate discussion of Talaq and Khula is illustrated by the jurists' use of Estihsan and Qayas.
Recent years have seen various crises and a collapse in Pakistani society. Smear and family system disturbance are the main issues among them. "Nikkah" is the fundamental element of a family system; in reality, a family system is based on Nikkah. If this Nikkah is intact, the entire family system is stable; nevertheless, if this Nikkah is broken, not only is the family system traumatised, but the entire society begins to suffer.
The summary of this thesis explains that the Islamic Ideological Council's recommendations have been reviewed in light of the non-Sharia practises of the judicial authorities in relation to Khula and judicial powers related to Khula, as well as an analytical study of the remarks and opinions of commentators and jurists, including future jurists, regarding Khula.

The purpose of the research was to understand the process of implementation of inquiry teaching strategies in lower secondary mathematics classroom in Pakistan. The research methodology was action research (Kemmis, 2004) in which I played the dual role of teacher and researcher, and taught Mathematics to class seven in a private English medium school in Karachi. The inquiry teaching strategies were implemented by using the model of inquiry called exploration, invention and expansion (E-I-E)' Data was generated through observation, conversation with students, reflective journals, sample of students' work and teacher interviews. Some key findings and conclusions can be drawn which are: inquiry teaching and learning was facilitated through change in the physical and social environment of the classroom which provided the students with physical, social and intellectual space in learning. This change was achieved through designing teaching tasks which required questioning, discussion and group work. The E-I-E model of inquiry enabled the students to learn Mathematics concepts, relationships and rules in a holistic manner and inquiry teaching provided students the autonomy to learn by building on their prior knowledge. Moreover, the teacher's role in an inquiry classroom was that of a facilitator who was also engaged in inquiry. Finally, the study explored many issues like the use of textbooks, exams, and course completion as debilitative factors in the implementation of inquiry teaching strategies.
