مولاناامین احسن اصلاحی
۱۶؍ دسمبر ۱۹۹۷ء کو جامعۃ الفلاح بلریا گنج میں یہ اندوہ ناک خبر سنی کہ مولانا امین احسن اصلاحی صاحب کی وفات ہوگئی، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔
ادھر سال بھر سے اس کا کھٹکا لگا ہوا تھا کہ علم و کمال کا یہ مہر جہاں تاب غروب ہونے والا ہے۔ اور قرآن و حدیث کے بحر کا شناور اور غواص، علامہ حمید الدین فراہیؒ کا جانشین و ترجمان، ان کے علوم و معارف کا وارث و امین، حکمت قرآنی کا شارح و مبین، دین حق کا داعی و مبلغ، اسرار دین کا عارف و آشنا، شرک و توحید اور تقویٰ و نماز کا رمزو حقیقت شناس اپنے ہزاروں شاگردوں اور قدردانوں کو مغموم، اداس اور سوگوار چھوڑ کر جلد ہی سفر آخرت پر روانہ ہونے والا ہے۔
ابھی مولانا بدرالدین اصلاحی ناظم مدرستہ الاصلاح و دائرہ حمیدیہ کا غم تازہ ہی تھا کہ مدرسہ کا یہ گل سرسبد اور فکر حمید کا سب سے بڑا حامل و شیدائی بھی رخصت ہوگیا۔
کیا کہوں تاریکیٔ زندانِ غم اندھیر ہے
پنبہ نورِ صبح سے کم جس کے روزن میں نہیں
مولانا امین احسن اصلاحی صاحبؒ اعظم گڑھ شہر سے پورب میں واقع ایک گاؤن ’’بمہور‘‘ کے متوسط زمیندار گھرانے میں ۱۹۰۳ء میں پیدا ہوئے تھے۔ ان کے والد حافظ محمد مرتضےٰ صاحب ایک دیندار، متبعِ سنت اور تہجد گزار شخص تھے، وہ اپنے فرزند کو دینی تعلیم دلانا چاہتے تھے، اپنی اس تمنا کا ذکر انھوں نے اپنے ہم وطن دوست مولانا شبلی متکلم ندوی سے کیا جو علامہ شبلیؒ کے عزیز شاگرد اور مدرستہ الاصلاح سرائے میر کے منصبِ اہتمام پر فائز تھے۔ انھوں نے اسی مدرسہ میں مولانا امین احسن صاحب کا داخلہ کرادیا، جہاں انھوں نے ان سے اور دوسرے اساتذہ سے دینی علوم کی تحصیل کی، ان کو اپنی طالب علمی کے...
Since Covid-19, there has been a rise in e-commerce and online brands' influence on consumer buying behavior. It is crucial to investigate the factors that impact online consumer purchase behavior. Applying the theory of reasoned action (TRA), our study seeks to assess the extent to which customer satisfaction and perceived risks build trust and how trust, consumer engagement, and ease of purchase would act as reasons for consumers to engage in e-commerce in Pakistan. Using data gathered from 400 respondents via a questionnaire, we have demonstrated the precise relationship between these six constructs. Results indicate that customer satisfaction positively influences trust while perceived risks negatively affect it and that trust and consumer engagement positively and directly impact purchase behavior. Online retailers should improve these factors and modify the online environment to increase sales from their e-channels and improve customer retention
Clothing is not only a need but also is an expression, a way of thinking and a desire.Apparel Manufacturing Industry has to face unlimited variety in clothing styles due to infinite desires.Increasingly fierce competition, fast changing customer demands, decreasing prices, increasing quality demand and reduction in lead time has enforced the apparel industry to select a production system that can face all the challenges.
Market competition, loss on price control and frequent changes in the fashion apparel manufacturers have to work with target costing system; so to increase the profit margin garment manufacturers are always in search of higher production speed for the purpose of increasing machine and labor utilization leading towards reduction in per unit cost.
In the current state of market competition, volatility of product styles and unavailability of control on the prices it is becoming a crying need of the apparel companies to design its production system and line layout in such a way that the highest productivity can be achieved without disturbing the quality level because an improper line management or improper sequence of stitching operations may lead towards under utilization of labor force.Invention of different production systems is the result of thirst of optimization by improving layout efficiency, best material handling method and facilitating the machine operator.
This research is going to search that how different stitching production systems in denim jeans industry satisfy productivity needs through minimizing the production time and increasing quality level and why different stitching production systems are implemented in the same market.In this study the researcher will examine the production management systems (Unit Production System and Progressive Bundle System) of denim jeans manufacturing industry in Pakistan.
This research is a case study research so two companies ?Master Textile Mills Ltd.? and ?Umer Siddiq Apparel & Textile (Pvt) Ltd.? are selected as unit of analysis.The research has analyzed the line layouts, cutting averages, Production Capacity, Operational Breakup, Defect Hundred per Unit (DHU), Line Production Efficiency, Operation wise Time Study and wages rates in the Unit Production System and Progressive Bundle System.
No Production System is best or worst and not it satisfy all the constraints of the real world but the alignment of a system with the companies goals, resources and management makes it good; and the proper management, design and control ensures to make Production System reliable.
The research work provides a guiding map for the production managers as performance evaluation methodology. The results also help in the selection of appropriate production system as per the goals of the company.
