۹؍ مئی ۱۹۳۶ء کی شام کو سات بجے کے قریب میں ڈیرہ دون کی ایک سڑک سے گزر رہا تھا کہ پیچھے سے ایک موٹر تیزی سے آئی اور نکل گئی، میں نے دیکھا کہ اس پر ڈاکٹر انصاری بیٹھے ہیں، سرکھلا تھا اور چہرہ سے بے حد تکان معلوم ہوتا تھا، رات گزر گئی اور صبح کو ان کی قیام گاہ کی تلاش کی، معلوم ہوا کہ وہ رات ہی دلّی چلے گئے، لیکن جب شام ہوئی تو معلوم ہوا کہ وہ رات دلّی نہیں گئے، راستہ سے سیدھے جنت کو سدھارے، دل دھڑکا آنکھیں پرنم ہوئیں اور سینہ سے آہ کا ایک شعلہ اٹھا، جس نے صبر و تمکین کی متاع کو جلا کر خاکستر بنادیا۔
ڈاکٹر مختار احمد انصاری گو نسب و وطن کے لحاظ سے ضلع غازی پور کے ایک ممتاز قصبہ یوسف پور کے ایک نہایت شریف خاندان سے تھے، مگر در حقیقت ان کا تعلق پورے ہندوستان سے تھا، اس یوسف کا کنعان، وہ محدود مقام نہ تھا، جس کو یوسف پور کہتے ہیں، بلکہ پورا ہندوستان تھا، اسی لئے آج پورے ہندوستان نے ان کی موت کا ماتم کیا، کیا مسلمان، کیا ہندو، کیا سکھ، کیا عیسائی سب نے یہی جانا کہ آج ان کا حقیقی بھائی اس دنیا سے چل بسا۔
میں نے ڈاکٹر انصاری کو سب سے پہلے ۱۹۱۲ء میں اس وقت دیکھا جب وہ بلقان کی جنگ میں طبی وفد لے کر ترکی جارہے تھے اور اس تقریب سے لکھنؤ اسٹیشن سے گزر رہے تھے، مولانا شبلی اور بہت سے لوگ لکھنؤ اسٹیشن پر ڈاکٹر صاحب کو الوداع کہنے گئے تھے، اس وقت ڈاکٹر صاحب کی عمر ۳۰، ۳۲ برس کی تھی، کھلتا ہوا رنگ، دُبلا پتلا چھریرا بدن کشیدہ قامت، ہنستا چہرہ، انوری یا قیصری مونچھیں، جسم پر چست خاکی وردی،...
هدف البحث للتعرف على أحكام ما يلبس المحرم من الثياب وفق الثابت من السيرة النبوية، ولتحقيق هدف البحث فقد اعتمد الباحث على أسلوب واضح في كتابة بحثه، وذلك من خلال: تخريج الحديث المطلوب ودراسته تخريجا إجمالياً من الكتب التسعة، وتخريج الأحاديث الواردة في البحث، والحكم عليها حكما إجمالياً لما كان خارج الصحيحين، وأما ما كان فيهما أو بأحدهما فالعزو إليهما أو إلى أحدهما مؤذن بالصحة وبيان المرتبة. وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها حرص الشريعة على تعليم المسلمين أمور دينهم في كل شؤونهم، وإيجاد الحلول لمن لا يقدر على الأداء، وأوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الاعتناء بعلم التخريج قراءة وتطبيقًا، وكذا علم علل الحديث؛ فإن هذين العلمين من أهم ما يسهل على الطالب تخريج الحديث تخريجًا متقنًا.

This study focus on dynamics of training and its institutional role for enhancing human productivity; therefore, a comparative study of selected public and private sector universities of Sindh would be carried out to know that how to optimize the human productivity and its continuity at the public and private sector university in this era of drastic competition with the help of training dynamics. This study is descriptive in nature so qualitative approach will be applied to determine the results. It would be conducted through survey research with the help of closed ended questionnaires. This is not possible to cover all employees of each university, therefore, we design random stratified sampling method as from each university there is a subset of teaching and non teaching field of profession then select proportion of male and female employees. Close ended questionnaires data would be interpreted by descriptive statistical methods with the help of frequency tables and graphs. This research study would elaborate the dynamics of training and its institutional role for enhancing human productivity as it sharpness the human sensors and resultantly such sharpened human sensors help in minimizing the loss and increasing the profit and leads towards world of professionalism. This research work is very specific and confined to the selected public and private sector universities of Sindh; however, some part of the work may help in generalizations. This study will help in addressing the problems and challenges being faced by the employees of public and private sector universities with reference to their training and development and will also provide guidelines for improving human productivity through training. This study would work out the different ways to achieve best possible human productivity contribution towards the development of an organization through dynamics of training.
