استفہام بمعنی اقرار
بعض اوقات استفہام اقرار کے معنی میں استعمال ہوا ہے ۔ مقصد غور و تدبر کے بعد مخاطب کو اقرار واعتراف پر آمادہ کرنا ہے۔ قرآنی ادب میں اسلوب کے بڑے عمدہ طریقے سےاستعمال کیا گیا ہے ۔ جیسے :
"أَفَتُؤْمِنُونَ بِبَعْضِ الْكِتَابِ وَتَكْفُرُونَ بِبَعْضٍ فَمَا جَزَاءُ مَنْ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا خِزْيٌ فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا”[[1]]
"کیاوہ بعض احکام پر ایمان رکھتے ہو اور بعض کے ساتھ کفر کرتے ہو (١) تم میں سے جو بھی ایسا کرے، اس کی سزا اس کے سوا کیا ہو کہ دنیا میں رسوائی) اس آیت میں اللہ تعالیٰ بنی اسرائیل سے ان کا یہ جرم باور کرانا چاہتاہے کہ تمہاری ازل سے یہ کوشش رہی ہے کہ تم کتاب کے اس حصے پر ایمان لاتے ہو جو تمہاری خواہشات کےمطابق ہو اور جو تمہاری ہوائےنفس کی تکمیل میں رکاوٹ بنے اس کا انکار کر دیتے ہو کیا تمہارے یہ رویہ نہیں رہا ہے" ۔
"أَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ كَيْدَهُمْ فِي تَضْلِيلٍ ، وَأَرْسَلَ عَلَيْهِمْ طَيْرًا أَبَابِيلَ"[[2]]
"کیا اس نے ان لوگوں کی ساری چالیں بیکار نہیں کر دی تھیں؟ او ران پرغول کے غول پرندے چھوڑ دیے تھے"۔
یہاں سوال کرنا مقصود نہیں بلکہ مخاطب کو یہ باور کرانا مقصود ہے کہ ایسا ہو چکاہے ۔
" قَالَ أَتَعْبُدُونَ مَا تَنْحِتُونَ (۹۵) وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمْ وَمَا تَعْمَلُونَ"۔[[3]]
"تو آپ نے فرمایا تم انہیں پوجتے ہو جنہیں (خود) تم تراشتے ہو حالانکہ تمہیں اور تمہاری بنائی ہوئی چیزوں کو اللہ ہی نے پیدا کیا ہے "۔

This study discusses the strategy of strengthening religious education in Qurrota A'yun Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) in Marawola Subdistrict, Sigi Regency, with the problem is how the model of religious education learning in Qurrota A'yun Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) in Marawola Subdistrict, Sigi Regency. What is the strategy of strengthening religious education in the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Qurrota A’yun Marawola District Sigi Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. The research results are a model of religious education learning in SDIT Qurrota A’yun is to implement an integrated curriculum, namely between religious and general subjects, where the curriculum is designed by integrating Islamic values in learning activities. While the strategy of strengthening religious education at SDIT Qurrota A’yun was carried out in two activities namely learning and habituation. Learning activities are carried out through curricular learning and extracurricular learning.
This study involves aerobic decolorization of three reactive azo dyes: REACTIVE ORANGE 16, REACTIVE BRILLIANT RED K2BP AND REACTIVE BLACK B by newly isolated microbial strains. After optimization of reaction conditions bacterial strain B1 gave 73%, 74% and 84% decolorization, Bacterial strain B2 gave 85%, 77% and 78% decolorization while fungal strain gave 90.5%, 94% and 90.4% decolorization of REACTIVE BLACK B, REACTIVE ORANGE 16 and REACTIVE BRILLIANT RED K2BP respectively. No cometabolic role of any organic substrate was found. Color removal rates went on decreasing by addition of heavy metals. Cobalt and Nickel showed greater inhibitions on % decoloristion than zinc copper and iron there was about 50% color reduction by adding 6mg ml -1 of all heavy metals. Hydroquinone was proved to be a good redox mediator enhancing decolorization rate but only at lower concentrations. Biodegradation analysis was monitored by UV-VIS SPECTROSCOPY, HPTLC and GC/MS. None of the formed dye metabolite was from carcinogenic, toxic banned amines.
