اثر صہبائی
اثر صہبائی (۱۹۰۱۔۱۹۶۱ئ) کا اصل نام خواجہ عبد السمیع پال تھا۔ اثر ؔسیالکوٹ میں پیدا ہوئے۔ اثرؔ کے بزرگوں نے کشمیر سے ہجرت کی تھی اور سیالکوٹ میں آباد ہوئے تھے۔ آپ نے گورنمنٹ کالج لاہور سے ایم۔ اے فلسفہ اور ایل ایل بی کیا۔ ۱۹۳۱ء میں ان کی رفیقہ حیات ان سے جدا ہو گئیں تو افسردگی ‘ تاریکی اور مایوسی کے بادل ان کی زندگی پر چھا گئے۔ ۱۹۳۴ء میں آپ اس غم و اندوہ کی یورش سے گھبرا کر سری نگر کشمیر چلے گئے۔ کشمیر میں ان دنوں ادبی مجلسیں اور ادبی نشستیں ہو رہی تھیں جن میں ڈاکٹر عبد الحکیم‘ نواب جعفر خان اثر لکھنوی‘ ڈاکٹر تاثیر اور پنڈت برج موہن دتاتر یہ کیفی دہلوی جیسے شعراء و ادبا شرکت کرتے تھے۔ اثر ان ادبی محفلوں کے روح رواں ہوتے تھے۔ آپ نے کشمیر ہائی کورٹ میں قائد اعظم کے ساتھ جونیئر وکیل کی حیثیت سے بھی کام کیا۔ قائد اعظم نے مقدمہ جیتنے کے بعد صہبائی کی محنت کو سراہا۔ (۳۴۵)
اثرؔ صہبائی کی پہلی تصنیف ’’جامِ صہبائی‘‘ ہے۔ قطعات و رباعیات پر مشتمل یہ شعری مجموعہ ۱۹۲۸ء میں دارالتالیف بیڈن روڈ لاہور سے طبع ہوا۔
’’خمستان‘‘ اثر کا دوسرا مجموعہ کلام ہے جو غزلوں‘ نظموں‘ قطعات و رباعیات اور متفرق اشعار پر مشتمل ہے۔ اس کا پہلا ایڈیشن ۱۹۳۳ء میں آزاد بک ڈپو سیالکوٹ سے شائع ہوا۔ اثر ؔکا تیسرا شعری مجموعہ ’’جامِ طہور‘‘ ۱۹۳۷ء کو تاج کمپنی لمیٹڈ لاہور نے طبع کیا۔ اس مجموعے میں رباعیات اور قطعات ہیں۔ ’’راحت کدہ‘‘ اثر ؔکا چوتھا شعری مجموعہ ہے جو ۱۹۴۲ء میں تاج کمپنی لمیٹڈ لاہور کے زیر اہتمام طبع ہو کر شائع ہوا۔’’ راحت کدہ ‘‘حضرت اثر صہبائی کے اس کلام پر مشتمل ہے جو انہوں نے اپنی جواں مرگ رفیقہ حیات راحت کی موت سے متاثر ہو کر...
Every single thing made by Allah, the Creator of all things has its own essence of beauty and attraction to it. However, out of all the stunning creations of Almighty Allah, humans are the most superior creation which has the ability to gain knowledge. We, humans, have been given the power by Allah to explore the rest of his creations in nature and fully understand the beauty and functions of each and every aspect of it in order to take advantage of it. Islam is a religion based on nature and Shariah is a law which lays down rules for Muslims to follow which also allows us to move forward with the advancements in the world. It has a unique way of life for any person of any time to follow which cannot be found in any other religion. However, any development which takes place creates new problems and new obstacles which can only be manoeuvred by the researchers and scholars of that specific time who will decide the right use of that commodity and explain the commodity. This will allow the new invention to be utilised fully. Moreover, in this world many people want to look their best and feel their best and will be willing to go through many ways for their ideal look. With this desire, many jobs become associated with achieving this for people. Nonetheless, this leads to people putting their time, money and effort into something which can risk their entire life which can result in either an advantage or disadvantage. Moreover, they should know whether this is against their religious values. Those acts which cross your religious boundaries and are considered “haram”or not permitted are wrong. Thus, it is necessary for us to first consider whether it is crossing the boundaries and proving to be disadvantageous for you so that the wrong norms and values are not transmitted into the future generations.
The final divine message in the form of Qur'an was revealed on Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as the guidance for the believers in particular and for humanity in general. So, its study and understanding is essential not only for the Muslims but it has many secrets for the success and prosperity for the whole humanity as well. The exegetes of the Qur'an have explained these practical and scientific
guiding principles as per their deliberations and depth according to their specific methodologies. They
have made their utmost efforts in this regard so that the understanding of the Qur'an could be made easy.
It would be possible by understanding first their methodologies and through the comparisons of some
different methodologies having some common points. Therefore, I have selected there exegeses of the
prominent Islamic Scholars of Indo-Pak subcontinent, named Mu'arif-ul-Qur'an by Mufti Muhammad
Shafi, Tafhim-ul-Qur'an by Syed Abu Al Ala Maududi and Zia-ul-Qur'an by Syed Muhammad Karam Shah
Al-Azhari.
The underline objective of this thesis is also to minimize or reduce the sectarian sentiments among some
muslims against one other. It would be achieved through describing or elaborating the common salient
features of these three books. A Tafsir in this way we will be able to remove the misgiving among the sects
and thus have an opportunity to resolve the differences for the great cause of the unity of Muslim Ummah.
