الواو والدال والحرف المعتل: ثلاثُ كلماتٍ غير منقاسة: الأولى وَدَى الفرسُ ليَضرِبَ أو يبول، إذا أدْلَى. ومنه الوَدْي: ماءٌ يخرج من الإنسان كالمَذْي. والثانية: وَدَيْتُ الرّجلَ أُدِيهِ دِيةً.والثالثة: الوَدِيُّ: صِغار الفُسلان.وإذا هُمز تغيَّرَ المعنى وصار إلى بابٍ من الهَلاك والضَّياع. يقولون: المُوَدَّأة المَهْلَكة، وهي على لفظ المفعول به. ويقولون: ودَّأْتُ عليه الأرضَ، إذا دَفَنْتَه. ووَدَّأ بالقوم، إذا أرْدَاهم۔ 162
"مادہ " وَدَیَ " اور اس کے تین معنی ہیں جو جدا جدا ہیں پہلا معنی یہ ہے کہ گھوڑے نے ٹانگوں کو اکٹھا کیا کہ وہ مارے یا پیشاب کرے اور اسی سے ودی ہے جو انسان سے نکلتی ہے مذی کی طرح اور دوسرا معنی ہے کہ میں نے فلاں شخص کو خون بہا ادا کیا اور تیسرا معنی ہے دودھ پینے والے بچے اور جب یہ مہموز سے آئے تو اس کا معنی تبدیل ہو جائے گا یعنی ہلاک اور ضائع کرنے کے معنی میں آئے گا ہلاک ہونے والی چیز کو المھلکۃ کہتے ہیں۔یہ مفعول بہ کے وزن پر ہے اور کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے اسے زمین میں دفن کردیا اور ودا بالقوم کا معنی قوم کو ہلاک کر دیا ۔ "

The Islamic scholars have identified several rules which deal with the reciting and reading of the Quran and touching/handling the al-Mushaf: the script of the Quran. One of the most important prerequisites, as viewed by the classical Sunni schools of Islamic law, is taharat, which includes both the physical cleanliness—by ablution (wudu) or complete body wash (ghusl) or both—and the purification of thought from allkinds of disbelief (shirk). By extending the rule of taharat, the mainstream Sunni jurists categorically forbid all non-Muslims from touching the Quran; although they are allowed to touch and read its translation as well as to listen to its recitation. This paper analyzes the views of the mainstream jurists and argues for reappraisal of several aspects of the said condition of taharat for both Muslims and non-Muslims, relying upon those jurists whose views are though different from the mainstream but are more practicable and closer to the objectives of the Islamic Sharia today.
In the last two years of using mobile apps, world today expanded its readership as much as it did in the first 29 years of its existence. Accessing the usability issues allows improving its users more. For this, one trendy method for detecting usability evaluation is heuristic evaluation. In this traditional usability evaluation method, evaluators use a set of usability heuristic as a guide or set of principles. A Standard set of heuristic provided by Nielsen is good but it is not sufficient to fulfill the usability issue of mobile applications in context of domain (specifically for News Applications). Especially, related to the gestures which are more common in touch screen mobiles. Therefore, the objective of this study is to create new/Modified set of heuristic for News mobile applications to find out the usability issues.
To do so, we reviewed previous studies specific to the mobile domain and try to find out the missing factors in these studies. We checked the applicability of different heuristics on mobile applications proposed in previous studies (i.e Nielsen?s and Rodolfo?s) as well as newly suggested heuristics.In this paper, we present a modified list with 14 set of heuristic for Mobile News Media Applications, also some for their gestural operations. Based on this heuristic we conducted evaluation; so, those weaknesses found in this way provide useful hints in making improvement to news applications. Overall, we find out that using the newly suggested set of heuristic found very useful for evaluators to find more usability problems on mobile media news applications efficiently and effectively.
