                قائم دین ناطق کا پہلا افسانوی مجموعہ ہے جسے 2010ء میں آکسفورڈ اور پھر 2018ء میں سانجھ پبلی کیشنز نے چھاپا یہ کتاب 128 صفحات پر مشتمل ہے اور اس کا انتساب افتخار عارف کے نام ہے۔یہاں  ہر ایک افسانے کا الگ الگ جائزہ پیش کرنا مشکل ہے۔

                مصنف مذکور نے مشاہدے کی کیا صورت حال  بیان کی ہے۔اس کا طرز بیان کیسا ہے اس کے مطابق یہ بتانا مقصود ہے کہ جہاں انہیں زبان پر عبور حاصل ہے وہاں ان کا طرز بیان بھی نہایت سادہ اور جلد سمجھ آجانے والا ہے۔قاری کو اپنی گرفت میں رکھتا ہے۔ قائم دین کے تمام افسانوں میں ان کا ایک خاص انداز تحریر ہیکہ قاری ایک ہی نشست میں تمام افسانے پڑھ لینا چاہتا ہے۔ ہر افسانہ اپنے اندر ایک منفرد کہانی رکھتا ہے،قاری افسانے میں پڑھنے والے واقعات کو اپنی زندگی کا حصہ سمجھتا ہے۔ظفر اقبال ناطق کے افسانوں پہ انھیں  داد دیتیہوئے لتین  ہیں کہ:

ہم تو جو ہیں جہاں سے آئے ہیں

آپ لیکن کہاں سے آئے ہیں

 

                ناطق کا کام دادکے قابل ہے جو انھیںدوسرے ادیبوں سے ممتاز کرتا ہے ہر افسانہ اپنے اندر ایک امتیازی وصف رکھتا ہے۔افسانوں میں موجود تمام کہانیاں حقیقت سے اس قدر قریب ہیں کہ قاری کو اپنی زندگی کا حصہ معلوم ہوتی ہیں۔

There is no doubt that Islam is a religion of peace which ensures peace regionally and globally in the light of its teachings. It is not only a religion of worship, but it is a religion includes ethics and caring for others and takes care of the rights of individuals as well as society. The life of Prophet Muhammad, r is the best role model in creating world peace atmosphere as He had ordered his followers and believers to realize peace in their societies. Islam guarantees peace even in war situation as it provides full protection and refuge to all those innocents who do not participate in the war. It is not unknown now that the contemporary world is witnessing events that souls hate and hearts alienate which caused racisms and populism and that their effects threatened communities and destroy firm foundations of peace. So in this contemporary perspective, the importance of research and writing about world peace increases subject to all of the studies levels, whether in universities or conferences especially in light of the biography of Holy Prophet Muhammad r. In this research, I will focus on the following points: Peace and its practical examples in of Holy Prophet Muhammad r. Explanation about the concept of peace and its practice in life of Holy Prophet Muhammad r. Clarifying the most prominent contemporary security challenges in the light of the Prophet's biography. Discussion on common misconceptions about Global peace matter and their correction in the sacred Biography of the Prophet Muhammad r

Exploring the Process of Progression Towards Senior Leadership

The availability of competent leaders for the sustainability of school improvement requires the development of potential leaders for the senior leadership positions. Mostly professional development of leaders is focused in the research studies (Turner, 2007) but the process of progression to senior leadership and factors affecting that process remain unpacked and unobserved, which create uncertainty and confusion for the potential leaders about their standing position in the process of progression. The purpose of this study was to explore the process of progression to senior leadership in a community based school in Karachi and to highlight the perception of teachers about the existing process of progression. Two phase sequential mixed method study was conducted to present a holistic picture of progression towards senior leadership. In the first phase through, interviews of a senior leader, the head of section and a class teacher; observations and document analysis, emerging themes about existing process were highlighted. A linear process of progression was identified within supporting and hindering factors' In the second phase, a five point rating scale survey questionnaire based on the emerging themes from phase one and research literature was used to gather teachers' perceptions about the existing process of progression, supporting factors, hindering factors and the teachers' satisfaction with the process. Survey findings were helpful to understand the teachers' perceptions about the process' A general agreement was observed among the teachers about the process of progression to leadership in the school. Their perceptions were similar to the leadership perceptions regarding process of progression and affecting factors. The dissertation also presents implications and recommendations for the future research in the area of leadership development' This study is helpful to potential leaders including teachers to plan their progression' It is also useful for the school leadership to enhance enabling factors and control the hindering factors involved in the process of progression.
