مولانا سید محمد مرتضیٰ مظاہری مرحوم
ندوۃ العلماء کے کتب خانہ شبلی کے ناظر مولانا سید محمد مرتضیٰ مظاہری بھی ۳؍ اور ۴؍ نومبر کی درمیانی شب میں لکھنؤ میں انتقال فرماگئے، وہ قریباً چالیس برس تک ندوہ کے کتب خانہ کی ترقی و تزئین کے لیے وقف رہے، لائبریری سائنس کی کسی مروجہ عصری سند کے بغیر انہوں نے جس طرح اس کتب خانہ کو ملک کا بہترین کتب خانہ بنایا وہ اپنی مثال آپ ہے، انہوں نے عرصہ تک ندوہ کے مدرسہ ثانویہ اور دارالاقامہ سلیمانیہ میں اتالیق و مربی کے فرائض بھی انجام دیے ندوہ اور مولانا سید ابوالحسن علی ندوی سے ان کو عشق تھا، ندوہ کے لیے انہوں نے کثرت سے سفر کئے، نہایت مرنجاں مرنج خوش اخلاق، ہنس مکھ اور خلیق و شفیق تھے دارالمصنفین سے بھی ان کو خاص تعلق تھا، سید صباح الدین عبدالرحمن مرحوم جب بابری مسجد مرتب کررہے تھے تو مولانا نے بڑی دلچسپی سے ان کو ضروری مخطوطات و کتابیں مہیا کیں جن کا اعتراف کتاب کے مقدمہ میں کیا گیا ہے، گزشتہ مہینہ جب دارالمصنفین میں رابطہ ادب اسلامی کے سمینار کا اعلان ہوا تو وہ اس میں شریک ہونے والے تھے، لیکن قضاو قدر نے اس سے پہلے ہی ان کو اپنے خالق حقیقی کے حضور میں بلالیا، اﷲ تعالیٰ پس ماندگان کو صبر جمیل اور مولانا مرحوم کو جنت الفردوس میں جگہ عطا فرمائے، آمین۔ (’’ع ۔ص‘‘، دسمبر ۱۹۹۵ء)
Inter-Faith Harmony and Contemporary Demands: An Analytical Study in the Light of Divine Teachings Abstract Over the course of time and with the rapid increase in human population need for mutual relations become crucial. Resultantly on behalf of this closeness, separation, anti-standpoints and comparisons also emerged. As the time passed by hatred and hypocrisy and other social vices spread on large scale. Thus human society was waiting for such liberator who may lead and work for the betterment of this society. With the dawn of Islamic civilization all such issues were not only resolved but also provided with a model for containing the difference of opinion and multiple traditions under its unique worldview. Islamic History presents itself as a model where the minorities were provided with the opportunities of participating in political, social, educational and collective affairs. Thus in a society where tyranny, injustice, un-forbearance, religious intensity, terrorism and the activities of violating the human rights were very common, were substituted by the Islamic ideal of forbearance. It is argued here that the solution of all these issues was only in religion contrary to what is being claimed about an idea of social harmony where religion is not given its due position. Today it’s our dire need to develop a sense of harmony, modesty, affection and peacefulness among the masses of various religions of Pakistani society. It is further argued that for this very noble cause all the religious scholars and their followers can come forward playing their pertinent role. In Pakistan, offshore development is being carried out in most of the software development organizations. Agile methodology is being used in these organizations as their SDLC method to develop software. Scrum is one of the famous forms of agile which is equipped with light weight, better customer involvement/interaction and prototyping for review requirements engineering practices. These Scrum practices are contrary to old-fashioned requirements elicitation practices. Requirements elicitation using Scrum in this paradigm becomes more difficult during offshore development of a software system. Literature reports that the third most significant reason in failure of a project is elicitation of incomplete requirements. This study will examine different elicitation techniques which are used in Scrum Offshore development and will highlight the issues. Moreover, this study will also propose an appropriate framework using scrum elicitation technique for requirement capturing in offshore development. For the validation, the proposed framework technique will be tested in software industry.
