نوجوانوں کے مسائل
نحمدہ ونصلی علی رسولہ الکریم امّا بعد فاعوذ بااللہ من الشیطن الرجیم
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
معزز اسا تذہ کرام اور میرے ہم مکتب شاہینو!
آج مجھے جس موضوع پر اظہار خیال کرنا ہے وہ ہے:’’نوجوانوں کے مسائل ‘‘
صدرِذی وقار!
مسئلہ جیسا بھی ہو پریشان کن ہوتا ہے۔ ذہنی اور جسمانی قویٰ کے اضمحلال کا باعث ہوتا ہے اس کے حل کے لیے کوششیں کی جاتی ہیں ، اس کو عوام النّاس کے ذریعے اہل علم طبقہ کے ذریعے تگ و دو اور کاوش کے ذریعے حاصل کرنے کی ہر ممکن کوشش کی جاتی ہے تا کہ مسئلہ، مسئلہ ہی نہ رہے۔
جنابِ صدر!
مسائل کے شکار لوگ اپنی ذات کی حد تک سوچتے ہیں، ان کی قوت فکر محدود ہو جاتی ہے ان کے سوچنے کا انداز مختلف ہو جاتا ہے، دوست و احباب ان کے عظیم مشوروں سے محروم رہتے ہیں یہاں تک کہ تہذیب وتمدن اور کلچروثقافت تک متاثر ہوجاتے ہیں۔
صدرِمحترم!
مسائل کسی کی شکل وصورت دیکھ کرنہیں آتے ، یا قد کاٹھ والے شخص ہی مسائل کا شکار نہیں ہوتے، مسئلہ کسی کو بھی درپیش ہوسکتا ہے، غریب ہو یا امیر ہو، شاہ ہو یا گدا ہو ، چھوٹا ہو یا بڑا ہر ایک کو کوئی نہ کوئی مسئلہ درپیش رہتاہے۔ اور یوں ہی اس کے شب وروز مسائل کے حل میں گزرتے رہتے ہیں۔
ہر دل میں نئی طرح سے ہے یاد کسی کی
ملتی نہیں فریاد سے فریاد کسی کی

Every person in the world is respectable because he is a human being. All religions of the world have taught respect for humanity. It will not be wrong if we say that respect is the common heritage of humanity living in the world. Mutual respect is the secret and distinction of the development of nations. How many nations and cultures became enviable simply because they respected each other? In the present era, the dignity of humanity is being trampled everywhere. The murder market is hot everywhere. The standards of human respect are changing, sincerity, truth, human equality, and values ​​are being replaced by deceit, greed, envy, and selfishness. And it is done according to the resources. Man is the best of creation and legitimate respect and honor is his basic right. Therefore, no one can see his self-respect being undermined. That's why it has become very important to bring up topics like respect for humanity and explain the position and status of human beings in the light of religious books so that the respect and dignity of human beings are being trampled underfoot today, people should be made aware of the true status and status of human beings should be informed so that the importance of human blood can be estimated. An attempt will be made in this paper to present a comparative review regarding the respect and reverence that human has for Islam and Hinduism. The Impact of Social Class on Educational Achievement and Lived Experiences in Two Private A-Level Schools in Karachi

This study attempted to explore the effects of social class on educational achievement in two private Advanced-level (A-level) schools in Karachi. The schools that are generally known as ‘A-level schools’ in Pakistan are the ones that offer Cambridge International Examination (CIE) curriculum for A-level examination. By using semi-structured interviews and observations, the researcher sought to highlight how social class played out in different levels of achievement within the A-level stream, whereby the themes of grades/university admissions, lived experience of social class, advantages and disadvantages of belonging to a particular social class and teacher interaction were investigated using qualitative research methodology. This helped to point out and highlight how crucial social class is in terms of its effects on student achievement and how varied its effect could be. The Pakistani literature focusing on class distinctions and education generally focus on three different streams of schools i.e. madrassa, government and private. This research focuses on English medium stream and particularly the A-level schools, which are supposedly catering the higher social class. The research findings indicate a case of ‘class within class’ whereby relative deprivation exists within this stream. The research findings indicate that relative poverty disadvantages students in a number of ways, such as low availability of resources and to overcome that, students work part-time. This then has effect on their performance and career ambitions. Therefore, the study recommends that in any overhauling of the system of education within the country, care must be taken to address the fundamental class barriers that create fissures in our educational system and educational experience of many of our students. This study can be taken to be a first step to bringing about meaningful educational change in A-level schools in Karachi where barriers to learning for the lower socioeconomic classes are addressed.
