4ُٓاپریل 1979ء کو گلگت کے جیالے محمد اسمعیل نے ریڈیو پر اپنے محبوب قائد ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کی خبر سنی تو ان کی جدائی برداشت نہ کر سکا اور محبت عشق کی اگلی منزل تک چلی گئی ۔اس نے جلتے ہوئے تیل کا چولھا اپنے اوپر انڈیل لیا ۔جیالے کے سارے جسم کو آگ نے لپیٹ لیا ۔اس کا منہ ، ہاتھ ،ٹانگیں اور جسم کے دیگر اعضاء جل گئے ۔کئی مہینے زندگی موت کی کشمکش میں رہنے کے بعد وہ زندہ بچ گئے ۔جب محترمہ بے نظیر بھٹو پہلی مرتبہ وزیر اعظم بنی تو انہوں نے گلگت آ کر خود محمد اسمعیل سے ملاقات کی اور سرکاری ملازمت دلائی ۔طویل عرصہ گزرنے کے بعد جب بھی اس کے سامنے بھٹوکی پھانسی کا ذکر کیا جائے تو اس کی آنکھیں بے ساختہ آنسوئوں سے چھلک پڑتی ہیں ۔
Seal of Prophet-hood (Khatam-e-Nabuwat) is one of the critical issues which Islam has particularly emphasized to such a degree that a person cannot enter in the fold of Islam or may remain a Muslim without it. People, who believed in Torah & Gospel also believed that a prophet of mercy will descend with clear signs of prophet-hood. He will lead the world and guide them to the righteous path and will disclose the changes in Gospel. They also believed that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) will reveal the prophet-hood of Jesus and confirm that Jesus is a man of Allah with bestowed miracles. The world knows that the complete code of life after Moses was given only to the last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The prophet-hood has been sealed with Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) is proven from Holy Quran as well as from Torah & Gospel. Torah & Gospel openly declare the prophet-hood of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as “The Stone of Corner”. So the Holy Prophet (PBUH) himself announced the seal of his prophet-hood which none of the prophets of Bani Israel claimed in their lives. The prophet Jesus (A.S) also made efforts to clarify this point in front of his followers through several parables. These parables openly depict the authenticity of Islam and Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) being the seal of prophets. This article provides information regarding predictions about Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as the last and final of the prophets of Allah Almighty, through Old & New Testaments as justified by Holy Quran. It also explains the status and value of the belief of “Finality of Prophet-hood” according to the Islamic teachings.
The way an individual performs is important for both; the organization as a whole and the employees working in it on an individual level. The behavioral and the outcome aspects constitute to form the concept of performance. In order to pursue their goals and reach their destination, organizations need individuals who perform to their utmost capacity, in order to perform their responsibilities towards their products and services they have gained expertise over and ultimately differentiating themselves from their competitors. Hence, organizations have started to take greater interest in the causes underlying the reasons for declining work performance. Therefore theoretical perspectives from psychology and organizational behavior supported with neurocognitive proof has been integrated in this research, for the sole purpose of examining the effects of sleep deprivation on the performance of working mothers with in educational sector of Pakistan. In particular, it has been argued that there is a negative relationship between sleep deprivation and employee performance and the given relationship is partially mediated by workplace deviance and stress at the workplace. Specifically, sleep deprivation was expected to increase anxiety among employees, and results in deviant behaviors at the workplace, which would in turn decrease the overall performance of working mothers ultimately. Personal survey technique has been applied here as a method of data collection and questionnaire has used as an instrument to collect the data. Sample size used for this study was 377 respondents. The sample has been taken from working mothers who are teaching and giving their services in different organizations of educational sector of Pakistan. Based on the findings and hypothesis results it can be concluded that the given negative relationship between sleep deprivation and employee performance is partially mediated by workplace deviance and stress at workplace
