Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas pembelajaran daring mata kuliah fisika di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur dengan mengambil referensi dari beberapa jurnal dan sumber pustaka dengan pemaparan secara naratif untuk melihat efektifitas pembelajaran daring di perguruan tinggi. Sebagai pendidik, dosen memanfaatkan berbagai media pembelajaran dan aplikasi digital yang diharapkan dapat terintegrasi pada pengalaman belajar mahasiswa dan tetap mengacu pada capaian pembelajaran dalam rencana pembelajaran semester (RPS). Fisika merupakan salah satu mata kuliah wajib. Pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah fisika di perguruan tinggi memang cukup baik, namun memiliki kendala terhadap pemahaman terhadap materi fisika yang diajarkan oleh dosen di antaranya pembelajaran yang diberikan lebih dominan teoritis dan kegiatan praktikum tidak optimal dilaksanakan. Sehingga efektivitas pembelajaran daring mata kuliah fisika di perguruan tinggi dapat dikategorikan cukup efektif karena hasilnya tidak optimal.
In today’s world of effervescent and intriguing knowledge creation, there are ample evinces of cultures and societies where wisdom transfer is de-linked with wisdom creation. One of the most challenging issues facing modernization of education is to investigate the methods and means through which the method of knowledge transfer can be assisted by the practice of modern technology. The involvement of modern technology has to be managed and should be monitored constantly in order to bear effectiveness and efficiency. This research is aimed at investigating the ways and means of modernizing the knowledge transfer process in direction to create an effective learning environment (ELE). The research is focused towards the application and effectiveness of TEL tools and explores the effects of these learning tools on creation of effective learning environment. The core area of investigation in this research has been the application of the concept of Flipped Learning combined with technology in order to make knowledge transfer. The students are made part of this investigation. In order to make this research as realistic and applicable as possible “Impact of acceptance for un-conventional learning techniques” is added in the research framework. The outreach of this research is not limited to its area of application i.e. Pakistan, this research can be applied in any environment and condition thus, giving this research an international outreach. The respondents of this research has been the higher education system students of Pakistan particularly Rawalpindi/Islamabad/KPK region due to the dense presence of educational institutes of higher learning. This research explain the development of a unique framework, using the flip (FL) learning methodology, leading to ELE. The frame work explain the new concept of student centric approach by integrating TEL strategy, instant response system, content analysis and comparative bench marking, student question generation, and education technology in higher education institutions (HIs). It analyze the effect of above identified factors on ELE and on important learning indicators i.e learning motivation, learning engagement and learning attitude. And overall impact of Flipped learning. Data were obtained from 450 respondents at different colleges and universities of Pakistan and the data were tested using regression, Pearson Correlation, T-test, Comparing of means, Z score for significant level, and different reliability and validity tests approaches. The analysis results explained positive impact of Flipped learning based on flipped learning.
