The Immensely Merciful to all, The Infinitely Compassionate to everyone.

Allah’s Judgment is coming.
So do not seek to hurry it – O the disbelievers.
All Glory be to HIM!
And HE is Exalted - far above what they ascribe to HIM in Divinity and Worship.
16:02
Tell them, O The Prophet, that everyone does not deserve to get the angels descend on to him.
HE sends down the angels with the Spirit by HIS Command upon whoever HE
Pleases of HIS servants, saying:
‘Warn people that there is no entity of worship except ME alone.
So keep away from MY disobedience’ in reverence, awe, and piety!

HE created the celestial realm and the terrestrial world in truth with a definite purpose.
HE is Exalted - far above what they ascribe to HIM.

HE created the human being from a drop of semen,
yet the same human being openly becomes a fierce adversary.

And the livestock - HE created them for you.
There is warmth in them - in clothing from their hides/wool - and other benefits,
and of them, you obtain meat to eat as well.

And there is beauty in them for you too -
when you bring them home in the evening, and
when you take them out to pastures in the morning.

And they carry your loads to distant far-off lands,
which you could not otherwise reach without hardship to yourselves.
In fact, your Rabb - The Lord is All-Gracious and All-Compassionate.

Abstract the phenomenon of the current disruptive era makes technology develop fast paced. The rapid progress must be matched with the ability of human resources as the executor of the organization. This study aimed to find out the management innovation in Islamic education institution that nowadays becomes a serious concern to face the global competition. The abilities of empathy and design thinking are the skills that need to be had by headmasters in facing the disruptive era. Innovation in Islamic education management is essential to do considering that the success of education goals is seen from how to manage an organization. This study is the result of literary research sourced from indexed scientific journals, books, and news on the internet. The procedures used included three phases, namely organize, synthesize, and identify. The result of content analysis showed the concept of design thinking as the process to obtain problem solving which is relevant to the education field namely the formulation of new policy and analysis towards a problem by collecting analyses so that it is helpful to obtain right and effective decision making. Abstrak Fenomena era disruptif saat ini menjadikan teknologi berkembang serba cepat. Pesatnya kemajuan harus diimbangi dengan kemampuan SDM sebagai pelaksana organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali inovasi manajemen di lembaga pendidikan Islam yang saat ini menjadi perhatian serius untuk menghadapi persaingan global. Kemampuan empati dan design thinking adalah skill yang harus miliki oleh kepala sekolah dalam menghadapi era disruptif. Inovasi dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam penting dilakukan mengingat keberhasilan tujuan pendidikan dilihat dari cara mengelola organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil riset kepustakaan dengan referensi jurnal ilmiah terindeks, buku dan berita di internet. Prosedur yang digunakan meliputi 3 tahap, yaitu organize, synthesize dan identify. Hasil analisis isi menunjukkan konsep design thinking sebagai proses menghasilkan problem solving relevan dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya perumusan kebijakan baru dan analisis terhadap suatu permasalahan dengan mengumpulkan analisa-analisa sehingga membantu dalam upaya pengambilan keputusan yang tepat dan efektif.
The ERP solutions contribute in making financial performance of companies in a long term period. The
demands of such systems are mostly raised by manufacturing companies in our country. The top management
support, implementation team support and end user training & support during implementation of ERP systems
directly and indirectly effect returns of investments of the companies. Initially success of ERP solutions is
dependent upon these three factors. The management, team and users focus on profitability of the company.
In this study the accounts & finance departments of production companies of Faisalabad are selected where
ERP systems have been implemented. The sample size constitute on three hundred respondents that are
selected from accounts & finance offices of companies. The gross profits, net profits, equity capital, and all other
expenditures & revenues are managed in database of ERP finance module. Our results show that ERP finance
module positively associated with ROI of company. The top management support, ERP implementation team
support and user support & training positively contribute in success of ERP systems and positively affect ROI
of company. Firstly the top management is more conscious to increase the profitability of company by focusing
on suitable ERP packages. For this purpose performance and support of ERP implementation teams is required
but these teams concentrate less on ROI of the companies. The ERP system users efficiently control financial
data on databases if sufficient training provide to them. The end users highly concentrate on profitability of the
companies.
