a. The sending down of this Book - The Divine Qur’an - is from Allah,
b. The Almighty, The All-Wise.
45:03
a. Indeed, there are Wonders of Allah’s Creative Power throughout the celestial realm and the terrestrial world for all who are willing to believe.
45:04
a. And as they exist in your own creation and in the creation of a variety of other living creatures,
b. that HE scatters throughout the terrestrial world are Wonders for a people who are firm in
belief.
45:05
a. And so too in the alternation of the nighttime and the daytime,
b. and in the means of livelihood which Allah sends down from the sky clouds then HE enlivens the land after it had been made lifeless by prolonged exposures to drought,
c. and in the changing of direction, velocity, and temperature of the winds,
d. in all these are Wonders of Allah’s Creative Power for a people who understand.

b. that WE recite/convey to you in all truth.
c. So then in what other kind of a discourse will they ever believe if not in Allah and HIS Messages?

From the very first day, the scholars of the Ummah, Particularly from the time of Imm Shf movements of Islamic thought originated, which affected not only the Arabic world but the whole Islamic world. There had been movements of severe revenge and bloodshed and a lot of people were killed. Imm Nawras is one of those unique people who served the Islamic thought from such dangerous storms. Day and night he made selfless efforts. He criticized the falsehood and injustice. The period of Imm Nawras was plagued with severe gales of argumentations. This became the cause of Invitational, reformative and renewing movement of Imm Nawras. It faced the western and European attacks which appeared after Industrial and ideological revolutions of Europe. Before starting the movement, he did deep study of current affairs, Islamic thought and history. He studied the reasons due to which chaos of Islamic thought began. It was necessary to study all the situations and to fight with the contemporary Atheistic thought and wipe out its effects. So this article discusses intellectual contributions of Imm Nawras. He is great in handling the critical situation, and his conservative positive criticism is excellent. He is one of those luckiest persons who survived and got a chance to serve humanity. He was unique in handling intellectual issues away from dialectical demagoguery. Imm Nawras really worked great for Islam. His principles regarding intellectual positive criticism, his philosophical thoughts, his criticism on mystic issues are presented here in this article. It is important to study and analyze Nawras ’s amazing ability and his critical positive approach and treatment of constructive issues away from the ego.
This study analyzed the impact of high involvement Human Resource practices on IWB of employees working in software companies of Pakistan in the context of the AMO Framework. Ability-enhancing, motivation-enhancing, and opportunity-enhancing HR practices were taken as independent variables. Drawing on the social cognitive and exchange theories the mediating role of psychological empowerment (PsyEmp) and the moderating role of the supportive work environment were also examined. Data was collected randomly from 538 employees and their supervisors working in software development and R&D departments of software companies in Pakistan. Structural Equation Modeling was employed to estimate the research model by using SmartPLS Version 3.0. The results showed that PsyEmp mediates the impact of only two group of HR practices, i.e., ability and opportunity enhancing HR practices and IWB. Individually, coworker support is a significant while management support is an insignificant direct predictor of IWB. The results contributes to the AMO theory of HRM and Social Cognitive theory by examining the indirect conditional effect of three groups of HR management practices on the IWB at different levels of coworker support and management support, which were neglected by previous researches. Future studies may consider cross industry longitudinal design after inclusion of personality related variables to see their moderating effect on the relationships. Managers should develop a psychological contract between the organization and employees through the alignment of the HR practices with the strategic goals. They should also consider balance between participatory management and productive competition between coworkers to capitalize on the strength of management and coworker support, respectively.
