مولانا محمد الحسنی
ایک عربی شاعر نے کہا ہے:
من لم یمت عبطۃً یمت ھرما
1للموت کاساًفالمرء ذائقاً
¹’’جولوگ جوانی میں نہیں مرتے وہ بوڑھے ہوکرمریں گے۔بہرحال موت کی شراب ہرشخص کے لیے چشیدنی ہے۔‘‘
افسوس ہے گذشتہ مہینہ ہمارے علوم دینیہ و عربیہ کے دومرکزوں میں چند روز کے فرق سے شعر میں مذکوردونوں قسم کی حسرتناک موتیں واقع ہوئیں، پہلا واقعہ دارالعلوم ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ میں مولوی محمدالحسنی کی اچانک وفات کاپیش آیا۔ مرحوم صحیح معنی میں متنبی کے اس شعر کے مصداق تھے:
وشیخ فی الشباب ولیس شیخاً
-یسمی کل من بلغ المشیبا
وہ کہنے کومولانا سید ابوالحسن علی میاں کے بھتیجے تھے مگردرحقیقت وہ مولانا کے لیے فرزند حقیقی سے بڑھ کرتھے۔مولانا نے اپنے فیض تعلیم وتربیت اورتوجہ خصوصی سے اس جوہر قابل کوایسا چمکایا کہ مرحوم عربی ادب وانشا میں مولانا کے مثنی بن گئے۔عرصہ سے’’البعث الاسلامی‘‘کے رئیس التحریر تھے، اس حیثیت سے انھوں نے جومقالات اوراداریے لکھے انہوں نے ہندوبیرونِ ہند کے اسلامی حلقوں میں دھوم مچادی۔ ان کی کتاب’’الاسلام الممتحن‘‘جوعالم اسلام اور خصوصاً عرب ممالک کے معاملات ومسائل سے متعلق اُن کے بیس برس کے اداریوں اورمقالات کامنتخب مجموعہ ہے، وہ عرب میں اس درجہ مقبول ہوئی کہ چندبرسوں میں اس کے متعدد ایڈیشن چھپ چکے ہیں۔ وہ اردو زبان کے بھی ادیب تھے۔مصنف اورمترجم کی حیثیت سے اس زبان میں بھی ان کی متعدد یادگاریں ہیں۔عمل وکردار اوراخلاق وعادات کے اعتبارسے وہ اپنے خانوادۂ والاتبار کی روایات کامکمل نمونہ تھے۔یعنی نہایت دیندار، صالح، متواضع، فقیر منش، طبیعت کے نہایت غیور و خوددار، خاموش اور باہمہ و بے ہمہ، دنیا اور اس کے زفارف عیش و عشرت سے قطعاً بے نیاز و روگرداں، عمر چالیس کے لگ بھگ ہوگی۔
خوش درخشید و بے شعلۂ مستعجل بود ۔

Imam Abu bakar al-jassas is famous jurist of Hanafi school of thought. He wrote a great interpretation of Quran named Ahkam ul Quran. He has written more than fifteen books. In his interpretation of Quran, he doesn’t interpret all Qur’anic verses, as is done by other commentators. He just explains the verses, which have directly a connection with fiq'h ul Ahkam. Al-jassas usually expresses his teachers as al-sarkhasi and other Hanafi's preferred opinion, and always gives systematic reasons for his preference. In the beginning of this article the methodology and characteristics of this interpretation are described in detail. There are many features in Ahkam ul quran that we have expressed i.e. Ahkam ul Quran is based on conventional narration, authentic quotations from the Islamic scholars and lingual and grammatical discussion with a critical explanation of Qur’anic words from lexical to technical and connection on the basis of grammatical and syntax regulations and illustration of differences between synonyms. He had been blamed by some traditionalists that he interprets some verses in wrong perspective and he discussed many irrelevant points in this. This article is an analytical study about these allegations. The result of this study is that kind of attitude towards his book is quite wrong by nature because imam Al-jassas describes his opinion in the light of his school of thought. Although, he got an Aggressive Behavior towards some famous Personalities of Islam, which is Inappropriate. In the end of study, the paper concludes that nobody can deny the importance of his interpretation at all.
Wheat is a vital crop providing important nutrients for human diet along with certain B vitamins i.e. B 1 (thiamin), B 2 (riboflavin), B 3 (niacin) and B 6 (pyridoxine) which are very important for metabolic processes of body. These vitamins are concentrated in grain outer layer thus milling process affects these vitamins to a larger extent and may reduce their level. These losses can be maintained by making yeast leavened bread and a further increase in the level of these vitamins can be achieved by escalating bread fermentation time. The present study was designed to estimate the inconsistency in B vitamin concentrations in spring wheats, grains and milling fractions of wheat, and also to identify the storing up of these vitamins from the grain to the bread for identifying the wheat varieties of elevated nutritional quality. Vitamin B concentration of ten spring wheats was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Different fermentation techniques (short, long and sourdough fermentation) were applied for bread preparation. Effect of these fermentation techniques on level of B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and pyridoxine) was also examined by HPLC and the products were evaluated for their sensory characteristics. The resultant data were subjected to statistical analysis to check the level of significance through software Statistics 8.1. Pearson’s correlation was also applied to evaluate the interdependence of different parameters studied.
