عروجِ آدم خاکی سے یہ انجم سہمے جاتے ہیں

عروج آدم ِخاکی سے ا نجم سہمے جاتے ہیں
نحمدہ ونصلی علی رسولہ الکریم امّا بعد فاعوذ بااللہ من الشیطن الرجیم
بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
معزز اسا تذہ کرام اور میرے ہم مکتب شاہینو!آج مجھے جس موضوع پر اظہار خیال کرن ہے وہ ہے:’’عروج آدم خاکی سے انجم سہمے جاتے ہیں‘‘
جنابِ صدر!
انسان کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اعلیٰ مقام عطا فرمایا ہے، اس کو کلامِ مجید میں اشرف المخلوقات کا تاج پہنایا ہے، اس کی عظمت کو فرشتوں سے منوایا ہے، اس کو مسجودِ ملائکہ بنایا ہے، اس کے شرف سے دیگر مخلوقات کو آگاہ فرمایا ہے۔
فرشتے سے بہتر ہے انسان بننا
مگر اس میں پڑتی ہے محنت زیادہ
صدرِذی وقار!
انسان جب اپنی تخلیق کا مقصد پہچان لے، اپنے وجود کے بارے میں آگاہی حاصل کر لے، اپنی حیات کوصحیح خطوط پر گزارنے کا سلیقہ حاصل کرلے، اپنے لمحات زیست سودمند مواقع کی تلاش میں صرف کر دے، اپنے حواسِ خمسہ کا صحیح استعمال کرنا سیکھ لے تو اس کو اپنی منزل آسمانوں پر نظر آنی شروع ہو جاتی ہے۔
عقابی روح جب بیدار ہوتی ہے جوانوں میں
نظر آتی ہے ان کو اپنی منزل آسمانوں میں
صدرِمحترم!
اس آدم خاکی نے جب سرحدوں کا رخ کیا تو دشمن لرزہ براندام ہو گئے ، دشمن کو قہر آلود نظروں سے دیکھا تو ان کے رونگٹے کھڑے ہو گئے ، اعداء پر ضربِ کلیمی لگائی تو فضاء گونج اُٹھی، اس نے دشمنوں کی زندگی اجیرن کر دی ، اس کی نسلوں تک مار کرنے والے تصورات پیش کیے، دشمنِ اسلام کو بتایا کہ خدا اور اس کے رسولﷺ کے پیروکارکبھی گھبراتے نہیں۔
دو نیم ان کی ٹھوکر سے صحرا و دریا
سمٹ کر پہاڑ ان کی ہیبت سے رائی

فقہی اختلافات کے مابین امام شعرانی اور شاہ ولی اللہ کے اسالیب تطبیق

In the Islamic Sharia there are two types of texts, as for the first one, there is no need for any interpretations. For instance: Tauhid (unity of Allah), while few interpretations have modiefied with the changing circumstances. The expertises of Islamic jurists highlight the interpretations of the text according to prevailing social and political environment which can create harmony between Islamic Sharia and importunity of nature. Imam Sharani and Shah Wali Ullah are those personalities who evaluated the intellectual efforts of Islamic jurists and describe their diligencial and margenial secondary level differences. They created a road of conformity between their minor level marginal differences which are legitimate. Imam Sharani and Shah Wali Ullah‘s methodologies of uniformity represent the facts that differences in the approaches of jurists, which are considered as segregation in the reality that is benevolence for Muslim Ummah. Their methodologies of uniformity are not only practical but also very useful in the context of global village. In this age ethical, social, and family problems can be solved through the method of uniformity. For the solution of issues like intellectual extremism, prejudice and terrorism, Imam Sharani and Shah Wali Ullah‘s methodologies of uniformity are beaconhouse.

Al Qaida, Apologist and Agents: Narratives and Counter Narratives of Violence

The study aims to test the hypothesis that the conflict between the militants and the west being inherently ideological involves three parties which include, the militants, the apologists and those whom Al-Qaida label as agents of the west. The conflict has serious implications internalized to the Muslim societies in terms of even changing the boundaries of faith through the interplay of socio-political variables. Though, violence emerged in the Muslim societies in terms of a means of emancipation or identity when the state became irrelevant to deal with the conflict situation. The failure of state apparatus resulted in codification of violence at individual or group level and sometimes between the states as well. The grounds for codification were secured from juxtaposition of socio-political variables with the religious beliefs. Since, the paradigms of codification were largely provided by socio-political variables, thus, these variables continued to be relevant to the espousal of the codes of war by the militants. However, the militants have always looked towards religion to seek legitimacy to their acts of violence. The study exposing the fallacy of the narratives offered by the militants, the apologists and Al-Qaida labeled agents, offers a counter narrative to unmask their true facets. The counter narrative will reinterpret the primary sources, unravel the historical and socio-political constructs, unmask the heroes and enemies, challenge the theories and dichotomy of practices, re-establish the boundaries between heresy and faith and attempts to transform the current ideological discours
