حکیم شریف الدین بقائی
دہلی کی ایک عظیم خاندانی شخصیت اوربزرگان دین کے محب ِ خاص حکیم شریف الدین بقائی ۲؍ جنوری ۱۹۹۰ء کواس جہانِ فانی سے کوچ کرگئے۔اِنَّالِلّٰہِ وَاِنَّا اِلَیْہِ راجعُون۔
مرحوم بقائی انتہائی نیک،عابد وزاہد اور مُخیر تھے۔دینی اداروں سے ان کی وابستگی قابل قدر تھی۔ادارہ ندوۃ المصنفین کے قدیم ترین ممبر تھے اور حضرت مفتی عتیق الرحمن عثمانی صاحب ؒسے ان کا بڑاہی قریبی تعلق وشغف تھا۔بلکہ یہ کہنا زیادہ مناسب ہوگاکہ حکیم شریف الدین بقائی مفتی صاحبؒ کے شیدائی تھے۔مفتی صاحب کے ساتھ اکثر ان کی نشست رہتی تھی۔ان کے انتقال سے جہاں ان کے متعلقین اوردلّی والوں کوصدمہ عظیم ہواہے،وہیں ادارہ ندوۃ المصنفین وبرہان بھی اپنے قدیم ترین مخلص سے محروم ہوجانے کی وجہ سے سخت رنج وغم سے دوچار ہے۔ ان کے لائق ہونہار صاحبزادے ڈاکٹر معین الدین بقائی سے اظہار تعزیت کرتے ہوئے ادارہ مرحوم کی مغفرت کے لیے دعاگو ہے۔ [جنوری ۱۹۹۰ء]
Islam is a religion of peace, love and prosperity. It emphasis on moral values and strongly forbids from immoral acts. Commitment to the former is ultimate way to the paradise, while the latter leads to Hell, which is an abode, where deviants from the righteousness are punished for their misdeeds. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) showed the importance of morality through the deeds and actions. “Ta┴riyā” is an act which is a part of morality. It is an act which escapes a human being from telling a lies strongly forbidden in Islam, being a root cause of manly social avoid. Usually“Ta┴riyā” is adopted so as to avoid differences and turmoil on a group of individuals. By“Ta┴riyā” means speaking a statement which is equivoques i.e. At the same it gives too meaning apparent and the hidden. Now the question arises whether “Ta┴riyā” is considered as lie or truth. It cannot be termed either lie or truth. However, in many traditions, it has been negated as a lie. At some occasions, when a person feels to tell a lie, for the sake of bringing peace, then it is advised than he should bring on use the act of “Ta┴riyā” but. The reality manipulated be in such a way so it could be termed as lie.
The Impact of Strategic Human Resource Planning on Organizational Performance Human resource is undoubtedly the most precious asset of an organization. In the modern era, this business
function is bringing ever increasing returns to the firms. Among the hot pursuits of reaching the International
standards, human resource management is at the top priority.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of strategic human resource planning in ISO certified
companies of the paper and board manufacturing industry of Pakistan. Among all the organizations, two are
found to be worthwhile for this study. It is a descriptive research that turns out the impact of strategic human
resource planning on performance indicators such as sales, production, material consumed, gross profit
margin, employee remuneration and paid-up capital. The data of the companies was taken from their annual
reports.
The findings suggest that there exists a strong association between the two variables i.e. strategic human
resource planning brings a positive impact on organizational performance. Companies have been seen to
improve performance in the analysis of past five years. Human resource planning is being embedded as a core
competency in the extravaganzas of the organizations.
It is forecast that if the entire economic sector utilizes the human resource optimally, the improvement in the
performance shall be much more superior in the coming years. This research will be helpful in giving the chance
on the debate of strategic human resource planning in the stated economic sector.
