علمی اور تعلیمی حلقوں میں جناب ریاض احمد صاحب کی وفات سے جو خلا ہوا ہے اس قحط الرجاں میں اس کا پرُ ہونا مشکل ہے۔ ان کا اصل وطن غازی پور تھا۔ لیکن وہ الٰہ آباد میں متوطن ہوگئے تھے۔ انہوں نے مجیدیہ اسلامیہ انٹر کالج کے نیک نام اور کامیاب پرنسپل کی حیثیت سے بڑی شہرت و عزت حاصل کی وہ طلبہ کی ذہنی و دماغی اور علمی تربیت بڑی دلسوزی سے کرتے تھے، ان کے زمانے میں کالج کا معیار تعلیم بہت بلند تھا، ان سے فیض حاصل کرنے والے طلبہ کی تعداد بے شمار ہے۔
ریاض الدین احمد صاحب کا خاص مشغلہ درس و تدریس تھا لیکن انہیں علم سے شغف اور تحریر و تصنیف کا اچھا ذوق تھا، طلبہ کی درسیات کے لیے متعدد کتابیں لکھیں جو مقبول ہوئیں، سائنس ان کا خاص موضوع تھا، اس پر جو کتابیں لکھیں وہ مدارس کے طلبہ کے لئے خاص طور پر مفید ہیں، قرآن مجید کے درس و تعلیم کا اچھا منصوبہ بنایا تھا۔ ان میں بڑی دینی و ملی غیرت تھی، مسلمان بچوں کو اپنے عقیدہ و مذہب پر استوار اور ملی شناخت باقی رکھنے کے لیے انہوں نے ایمانی پرائمر وغیرہ کے نام سے کئی مفید کتابیں لکھیں۔

Allama Jarullah Al-Zemakhshari was a great scholar, linguistic, and a man of letters. His book, Tafseer al- Kasshaaf ‘an- Haqaiq et-Tanzeel, is one of the most famous and universally acknowledged book in which he has discussed Arabic grammar, literature and rhetoric. It is an extremely important Tafseer and is considered a primary source by all great scholars. It is famous for its deep linguistic analysis, rhetoric and grammatical issues. Allama Al-Zemakhshari has cited many poets’ poetry both from Pre-Islamic era and Islamic era as a proof to support his arguments. In this article the researcher has cited Al-Zemakhshari’s attitude towards Quoting the Poetry of Mowalldeen (postclassical poets) and to point out those places where he has quoted Mowalldeens’ (postclassical poets) poetry for proof in his Tafseer Al-kasshaff.
The present study deals with the perception of autonomy support, self-concept and educational aspirations of adolescents. This study examined the relationship between parental autonomy support, teacher autonomy support, self-concept and educational aspirations of adolescents. Additionally, this study examined the moderating effect of personal and demographic variables on the relationship between parental autonomy support, teacher autonomy support, self-concept and educational aspirations. For this purpose the Perception of Parental Autonomy Support Scale, Learning Climate Questionnaire and Tennessee Self-Concept Scale were used to measure the constructs. The research was carried out in three phases. Phase-I dealt with translation of scales into Urdu. Phase-II was consisted of pilot testing (n= 220) and carried to determine the cross language validation and to establish the psychometric properties of all the three scales. Item total correlations and internal consistency was determined through alpha coefficients for all the three scales. Phase-III was main study conducted on the sample of 560 adolescents including boys (n=255) and girls (n=305) of age ranged from 13-18 years (M=16.37, S.D=1.39) from different government and private educational institutes. The findings revealed significant relationship of parental and teacher autonomy support with self-concept and educational aspirations of adolescents. The findings of multiple moderated regression and binary logistic regression revealed significant moderation of personal and demographic variables in relationship of parental autonomy support, teacher autonomy support with self-concept and educational aspirations of adolescents.
