قصيدة " إلی عيني الحزينتين " لنازک الملائكة[1]
عینيّ، أيّ أسیً یرین[2] علیکما
ویُثیر[3] في غسق[4] الدجی[5] دمعیکما؟
إني أری خلف الجفُون ضراعۃ[6]
تستنطق[7] الکون[8] العریض المبھما[9]
أفقان تحت اللیل ألمحُ فیھما
فطرات ضوءٍ یرتشفن[10] الأنجما
ألکونُ مبتسمُ فأیّۃُ لوعۃٍ[11]
یا مقلتيّ[12] تلوح[13] في جفنیکما؟
مسکینتانِ، رأیتما ما لا یَرَی
جیلٌ أقام علی الضلال[14]، وحوّما [15]
جھل الحقائق في الحیاۃ، فلم یُطق[16]
عن زیفھا ھرباً وعاش مھوما [17]
مسکینتان کتمتما حمم[18] الأسیٰ[19]
فأبی[20] تأوّہ[21] خافقي[22] أن تکتما
فاذا الدموع غشاوۃ[23] رفّت[24] علی
جفنیکما، ، سیلاً سخیناً مفعما[25]
ورأیتما، خَلَلَ الدّموعِ، مفاتن ال
ماضي وطاف الشوقُ فی أفقیکما
عبثاً تصوغان[26] التوسّل في الدجی،
قلبُ القضاء[27] قضی[28] بألا تَنعما
عبثاً ، فیا عینيّ لا تتضرّعا[29]
لا شيء، یرجعِ بالجمال إلیکما
حسبي[30] وحسبکما الرضوخُ[31] لما قضّی
قلب اللیالي فارضخا[32] واستسلیما
کم حالمٍ من قبلنا فقد المنّی
This study is about the impact of different global and regional changes resulting from PakistanChina’s defense cooperation and further examines the increasing range of diplomatic cooperation in the social, tactical, and economic realms. The paper focuses on three events: (i) the 1978 transformation of China and its opening-up policies; (ii) disbanding of the U.S.S.R (1991); and (iii) the event of 9/11 in the United States. These events had a significant influence on Pak-China ties. This study is a literature review and contributes to a better understanding of the evolving international systems namely the India-U.S. Tactical relations and strategic cooperation. The paper concludes that China and Pakistan need to preserve amicable, strategic, and diplomatic connections with one another as it is necessary for the peace, security, and economic development of not only China and Pakistan but for the region overall.
This research was an experimental study based on pre-test post-test equivalent group design. The
population of the study was comprised of all the students (boys and girls) of 7th class studying at
elementary level in district Abbottabad. Sample of the study was comprised of 240 students (120 each
from both genders). Both the samples were further divided into two equal groups. One served as control
while the other as experimental group. The researcher under the guidance of supervisor, after thorough
and comprehensive review of test construction techniques, developed pre-test, post-test and an attitude
scale. Pre-test was administered to the sample of study in order to formulate two equivalent groups-
the experimental and the control group. Then both the groups were taught by dimensions of learning
model and prevailing rote learning model respectively. After the completion of one hundred and twenty
days teaching, post-test and the attitude scale were administered to both the groups.
At the end, data was collected and analyzed. The analysis of data showed that there was a significant
difference between the achievement of experimental and the control group. Experimental group
showed better performance in post-test as well as on attitude scale and achieved high scores as
compared to the control group. This reflected that by applying modern approaches like Dimensions of
Learning Model for teaching science at elementary level, we can attain better results.
