علامہ جمیل مظہری اردو کے بلند پایہ شاعر،ادیب اورنقاد تھے، انہوں نے مشرقی ومغربی فلسفہ،ادبیات ومذہبیات اورانسانی فکر و نظر کی تاریخ اورطلسم کدۂ کائنات وحیات کامطالعہ اس عمیق و دقت نظر سے کیا تھا کہ ان پر عالم حیرت طاری ہوگیا اوراس میں تشکیک کارنگ پیدا ہوگیا تھا۔ اس تشکیک نے رمزیت، تفلسف اوراظہار کی ندرت وبرجستگی کے ساتھ آمیز ہوکران کے کلام کوگہری انفرادیت سے ہم آہنگ کردیا تھا۔اس میں کوئی شبہ نہیں ہوسکتا کہ ایک فنکار کی حیثیت سے برصغیر کے شعراء میں وہ ایک ممتاز مرتبۂ ومقام کے مالک تھے لیکن ان کی طبیعت ہنرفروشی جوہنرنمائی کی ایک شاخ ہے ا س سے ہمیشہ سخت متنفر رہے۔ مزاج میں کمال استغناء وبے نیازی کے ساتھ گوشہ گیری وکم آمیزی کی خُو تھی اس لیے ان کو شہرت وعظمت کے دربار میں وہ مقام نہیں ملا جس کے وہ بجا طورپر مستحق تھے۔ افسوس ہے۲۳/جولائی کوان کابھی انتقال اپنے وطن مظفرآباد میں ہوگیا۔مرحوم اوران کے برادرخورد سید امیر رضاکاظمی میرے ان احباب خاص میں تھے جن کی صحبت ومعیت کی وجہ سے کلکتہ میرے لیے باغ وبہار تھا، اس لیے علامہ جمیل مظہری کاانتقال دنیائے شعروادب کاہی ایک سانحہ نہیں، ذاتی طورپر بھی ایک المناک حادثہ ہے۔
اردو کا ایک نوزائیدہ ادبی مجلہ ’’مظہری نمبر‘‘ شائع کررہاہے، اس میں مرحوم پرمیرا مفصل مقالہ بھی ہوگا اس لیے یہاں صرف اس نوٹ پراکتفا کیاجاتا ہے کہ مرحوم حضرت ابوالکلام آزاد کے خاص صحبت یافتہ تھے، ان کو موصوف سے اورموصوف کوان سے ربط و انس خاص تھا۔ ایک مدت تک ادھر ادھر تلاش معاش میں سرگرداں رہنے کے بعد پٹنہ یونیورسٹی میں پہلے اردو کے لیکچرر ہوئے اورپھر ریڈر اوراسی پوسٹ پرسبکدوش ہوگئے۔ نظم اورنثر میں متعدد کتابیں اپنی یادگار چھوڑی ہیں، درویش صفت وقلندر منش، نہایت بے تکلف اور بے...

It is clear from the fact that Allah has revealed the Quran in seven letters. And there are many things hidden in it. These are important to make Quranic readiness easier for people who read, and translate translation of Quranic words, in the contemporary interpretation of the meaning of Wafa'am and Ahmah Mussel, to smooth the path of extravagance and ease for the Umrah period. There are many such sciences that stand on the basis of different types of trees. These verses are explaining the meaningful meaning of Quranic interpretation in the Qur'aan, based on the verses of the Qur'aan, a faqha is a knowledge of a profession in the verses of the Quran, that is, in fact, the interpretation of Salaf is mentioned in the verses, On the basis of them, the Koran receives discrimination and Ejaz, which is mentioned in Koran in case of Kaafir's challenge. وَإنْ کُنْتُمْ فِیْ رَیْبٍ مِّمَّا نَزَّلْنَا عَلٰی عَبْدِنَا فَأتُوْا بِسُوْرَۃٍ مِّنْ مِّثْلِہِ وَادْعُوْا شُھَدَاء کُمْ مِّنْ دُوْنِ اﷲِ إنْ کُنْتُمْ صٰدِقِیْنَ فَاِنْ لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوْا ولن تفعلوا۔ "And if you suspect that this book which we ascend to our servant, it is not ours, so make one Surah like it, call our new ones, except for Allah Take the help you want, if you are truthful then do this work, but you did not do this and could never believe. " In relation to knowledge, other scholars and scholars (interpretation, jurisprudence, problems, beliefs, knowledge, knowledge and virtue of Muslim tradition) will be cleared.

Effective Training and Development Practices and Their Influence on Performance

This study pursues the perceived training effectiveness by applying the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and Technological acceptance model (TAM)and intend to examine the effects of individual differences on perceived training effectiveness and performance of individuals. The main focus is to evaluate the perceived training effectiveness, and role of individual differences in terms of learning. The significant application of this study isto explain the role of individual differences, measured in terms of creative self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, creativity and emotional intelligence. Implications for theory, task and contextual performance are discussed. Despite the relatively a big portion of literature concerning training and development effectiveness, most of the studies focusing the evaluation of effectiveness of training and development practices in terms of environment and delivery and in few studies generalized individual differences were focused. This study is based on the Theory of planned behavior (TPB) and Technology acceptance model (TAM)and intend to examine the effects of individual differences on perceived training effectiveness and performance of individuals. The main focus is to evaluate the perceived training effectiveness, and role of individual differences in terms of learning. Implications for theory, task and contextual performance are discussed. This study draws on cross sectional type of data of trainees: academia and bureaucracy. The sample data of 204 trainees were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Validity and reliability of scales were checked prior to use SEM. The results of this study supported all the hypothesis that participants with higher level of creative self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, creativity and emotional intelligence (EI) will have greater inclinations to learn. Results showed that perceive training effectiveness is positively related to training transfer and training transfer increase the performance of individuals. In general, results significantly agree with the Theory of planned behavior (TPB) which was applied to measure the perceived training effectiveness and suggest trainee’s perception of usefulness, ease and benefits enhance learning dimensions of participants that make any program effective. The study has highlighted a number of issues that influence the perceived training effectiveness. As this is included as a first endeavor to situate training effectiveness within the TPB, and individual differences (creative self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, creativity and EI) with Pakistani focus because most of the studies covers the western culture. This study thus contributes to frame a pragmatic approach in developing the new concepts of effectiveness of training and development practices for future research.
