a. WE did not create the celestial realm and the terrestrial world and whatever is between them, except for a purpose and for a specified time.
b. Yet those who disbelieve continue turning away from what they are warned about – coming of The Time of Final Judgment.

46:04
a. Say O The Prophet:
b. ‘Consider those who call on other entities apart from Allah.
c. Show me what part of the terrestrial world they have created?
d. Or do they have any partnership in the creation and maintenance of the celestial realm?
e. Bring me any form of a Scripture that came to you before this Qur’an, or any tradition of
Divine knowledge, if you are truthful.’

46:05
a. And who could be more astray/misguided than the one who calls on other entities apart from Allah-
b. those who will not respond to him even until the Time of Resurrection,
c. while they are not even aware of their being called on?

a. And when people are gathered together for the Final Judgment they – their worshipful entities - will become hostile to those who worshiped them,

Pengaruh Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi S1 Manajemen UIN Suska Riau dan Program Studi S1 Manajemen UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung , Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Komparatif membandingkan dua gejalan pada objek yang berbeda,dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebesar 96 responden yaitu masing masing 48 sampel adalah mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen UIN Suska Riau dan 48 sampel adalah mahasiswa program studi S1 Manajemen UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung, Nilai R2 ( R Square ) Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Manajemen 0.490 atau 49 % dan Nilai R2 ( R Square ) Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Manajemen UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Saran dalam penelitian ini bahwa seharusnya mahasiswa UIN Suska Riau lebih bijak menggunakan fasilitas internet dan sebaiknya kecanduang internat pada mahasiswa UIN Bandung digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan untuk kegiatan bisnis seperti bisnis online yang sangat menarik dalam prospek bisnis di era digitalisasi sekarang.

Determinants of Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Case of Police Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The aim of the study was to investigate whether organizational justice, job satisfaction and affective commitment are the important determinants of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in KP Police and to check whether the relationship of organizational justice and OCB is mediated in serial by job satisfaction and affective commitment. Multi stage cluster sampling technique which is a type of probability sampling was employed and eight police stations were finally selected and considered as clusters. Questionnaires were distributed among all the available 386 policemen working in these eight police stations. 300 dully filled questionnaires were received making an active response rate of 78%. SPSS and PROCESS softwares were used data. The results of the study confirm previous findings that organizational justice, job satisfaction and affective commitment are related to OCB however, the relationship between organizational justice and OCB is partially mediated by job satisfaction and affective commitment in serial.The study found KP Policemen highly dissatisfied with the extrinsic factors such as duty hours, and working conditions, etc. In order to promote OCB among KP Policemen, concrete steps shall be taken to improve working conditions and justice perceptions among KP Police.
