ناطق کیونکہ تاریخ کے آدمی ہیں اور ان کا کہنا ہے کہ تاریخ ہمیں دانش دیتی ہے۔اس لیے تاریخی رنگ ان میں نمایاں نظرآتا ہے۔ان کی شاعری اور نثر دونوں میں تاریخی رنگ پایا جاتا ہے۔عام طور پر شاعری میں اور خصوصاً غزل میں تاریخ کا پایا جانا کسی شاعر کے ہاں بہت کم دیکھا گیاہے لیکن ناطق نے شاعری میں خصوصاً اپنی غزلیات میں تاریخ کو شامل حال رکھا ہے، سیاست کا رنگ غالب نظر آتا ہے۔انہوں نے اپنی نظموں میں بھی سیاست کو موضوع بنایا ہے۔
ناطق نے چونکہ بہت اسفار کیے ہیں اس لیے وہ ملکی وغیر ملکی ثقافت کو بہت قریب سے جانتے ہیں۔ ان کی نظموں میں بھی ملکی وغیر ملکی سیاست کا ذکر ملتاہے۔اس سے پہلے دیکھا جائے تو شاعروں نے سیاست میں مارشل لا اور سیاسی اتار چڑھاؤ کو موضوع بنایا ہے جمہوریت اور آمریت پر بھی قلم اٹھایا گیا ہے۔لیکن انہوں نے ملکی وغیر ملکی سیاست پر بھی قلم اٹھایا ہے۔ان کی مختلف نظمیں ایسی ہیں مثلاً’’نام ونسب‘‘غلام قوم کادانشور،ہجرت ،شہرکاماتم اورخاص طور پر سفیر لیلی جسے کافی شہرت حاصل ہوئی۔ان تمام نظموں میں انہوں نے سیاسی نظریہ کو مد نظر رکھا ہے۔

The emergence of human milk banks for premature and underweight babies in the early twentieth century raised many questions about the proscription of breastfeeding kinship as are in Islamic jurisprudence. Many Islamic scholars tries to find its solution in the light of Quran, Sunnah and the sayings of early Imams of Fiqh, but their opinion about this matter was different like the differences of sayings of some Imams, until Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences based in Kuwait and Islamic fiqh Academy Jeddah, called Summits on this issue and decided against the establishment of such banks in Islamic world. The issue seemed to be almost solved until European Council for Fatwa and Research launched an appeal in 2003 against their solution and demanded to legitimate the use of Human Milk from these banks for the children of Muslim families in Europe and USA using the public scourge canon (Umum al Balwa) of fiqh. This appeal once again opened the door of discussion on this matter. This article is an overview of the sayings of early and modern jurisprudents and pros and cons of human milk banks in the quest of solution of this modern problem in the light of Islamic shariah, so that a just and balanced opinion may be adopted in this matter as it is motto of Islamic Law. This research is conducted on the selected topic of IMPACT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTRACT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE MEDIATED BY ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. The objective of this study was to find out the existence of psychological contract in the organizations and its impact on the performance of the employees, organizational commitment was taken up as mediating variable and it is used to find out the mediating effect between the two variables. Researcher has used linear regression analysis technique and sobel test for testing hypothesis. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire. For this particular study IT industry was selected due to options available for switch over from one organization to another, sample size was 200 and respondents include IT professionals. Results gives us same aspect of what literature has revealed, along with the existence of psychological contract there is a significant impact on employee performance as well as there is a presence of partial mediation.
