افسوس ہے کہ ۶؍ ذوالحجہ شب جمعہ کو بوقتِ نماز عشاء مولانا اصغر حسین نبولوی سابق پرنسپل مدرسہ شمس الہدی پٹنہ نے داعی اجل کو لبیک کہا، اناﷲ وانا الیہ راجعون۔ مرحوم محلہ نبولیہ بہار شریف کے رہنے والے اور صوبہ بہار کے طبقہ علیا کے فضلاء میں سے تھے معقولات کے ساتھ منقولات میں بھی یدطولی رکھتے تھے، حدیث و سنن سے خاص شغف تھا۔
طالب علمی میں عسرت کی زندگی بسر کی، آپ کی تعلیم کے ابتدائی مراحل مدرسہ اسلامیہ بہار شریف میں طے ہوئے امیر شریعت حضرت مولانا سجاد صاحب مرحوم و مغفور سے شرف تلمذ تھا، دارالعلوم دیوبند میں تکمیل کی تھی اور حضرت شیخ الہند مولانا محمود الحسنؒ کے مشکوۃ علم و عمل سے اقتباس نور کیا تھا، فراغت کے بعد مدرسہ اسلامیہ بہار میں درس و تدریس کی مسند پر جلوہ فرما ہوئے یہیں سے مدرسہ شمس الہدیٰ پٹنہ گئے اور مولانا حاجی معین الدین ندوی مرحوم کے بعد اس کے پرنسپل ہوئے، تقریباً دو برس ہوئے اس سے ریٹائر ہوئے اور اپنے وطن میں تبلیغ دین و تصنیف و تالیف میں مصروف تھے کہ ۶؍ ذوالحجہ کو سفر آخرت کیا، کُل نفس ذائقہ الموت [العنکبوت: ۵۷] موصوف کی یادگار صرف لڑکیاں ہیں اور اولاد ذکور میں کوئی نہیں۔
آپ کو تصنیف و تالیف کا بھی ذوق تھا، مدرسہ کے فرائض اور ذمہ داریوں کے باوجود آپ نے جو قلمی کام کئے اگر چہ مختصر لیکن مفید و قابلِ قدر ہیں، سوال و جواب کی شکل میں ترمذی شریف کی ایک مفید شرح لکھی جس کا نام نزلِ الثویٰ ہے، شرح اگرچہ نامکمل چھپی ہے لیکن اپنے اختصار و جامعیت کی وجہ سے عربی درسگاہوں میں مشہور و متعارف ہے، اس کا اردو ایڈیشن...
The status, empowerment and dignity of woman in Islam is the crucial topic in the modern times. According to Islamic point of view, men and women have been created from a one soul. The main difference between them lies in the physical structure. A woman has to bring up, train and look after kids, which is the complicated task to civilize a nation. The issue of woman`s activities in Islam, is misunderstood and distorted due to misreporting of western media and misbehavior of some Muslim families. There is a large number of women scholars in Islamic history, Dr. Akram Nadwi has compiled the biographies of ten thousand female scholars in his commendable book of forty volumes. In educational system of Islam, a woman is completely free to perform educational activities for development of her nation. In social system of Islam, a woman is honored as mother, as daughter, as sister and as wife. The first converter to Islam was a woman, “Hazrat Khadijah (R.A)”. Hazrat Ayesha (R.A) was great scholar who reported many traditions from Holy Prophet( SAW). Many female Companions of Holy prophet( SAW) have performed great deeds even in the field of battlefield. There is a strong basis in Islamic history for women`s participation in positiveand constructive activities in every walk of life. Muslim women are allowed to perform research, educational, national, religious, social, and financial and other constructive activities. In this research paper, Islamic overview has been described upon positive and constructive activities of women in the light of Islamic teachings.
This study evaluates impact of training on employee job performance with job involvement as mediator on
textile companies of Pakistan. Both literature review and research survey questionnaire of this study discover
that training whether on-the-job or off-the-job can get its result through proper design and implementation
which should be schematic as per need, creates enthusiasm, job loyalty and enhancement in employee job
performance. For this purpose, 240 questionnaires had been distributed in textile companies in Faisalabad for
the collection of data. 200 questionnaires data had been processed and analyzed through statistical techniques
correlation, regression and multiple regression by using SPSS. There results show that most of the companies
take their need of training extemporary way meanwhile other developed textile companies tailor their need
for training and then execute with proper control to get the desired job performance from their employees.
The study concludes with a note that if companies choose true and appropriate training program in on-the-job
or off-the-job method for their employees then it boasts dedication, job likeability, job security and job
performance which adds to competencies and skills. The findings of this research also disclosed that training
indicated a highly positive impact on job involvement than on employee job performance. Due to increase in
job identification, commitment and loyalty, employees are more attached and satisfied with their jobs which
results in job retention and effective job performance. Furthermore training enables the employees to cater
their needs in facing the rapid advancement in technology, trends of competition and quality standards and it
is also a significant role player in improving the employee job performance.
