معزز اسا تذہ کرام اور میرے ہم مکتب ساتھیو!السلام علیکم! آج مجھے جس موضوع پر گفتگو کرنی ہے وہ ہے:’’درد کا حد سے گزرنا ہے دوا ہو جانا ‘‘
جنابِ صدر!
دکھ درد، تکلیف ہم معنی الفاظ ہیں، زندگی میں ہر شخص کوکسی نہ کسی موقع پر رنج وغم اور دکھ و تکلیف سے واسطہ پڑتا ہے خوشیاں روٹھ جاتی ہیں، رنج و الم کے بادل گھٹائیں بن کر برسنا شروع ہو جاتے ہیں گھر کے آنگن میں نوید ومسرت کی چاندنی بکھیرنے والا قمر گہنا جاتا ہے۔
صدرِ ذی وقار!
زندگی کے نشیب وفراز سے انسان ہمکنارر ہتا ہے۔ افراط و تفریط کا سلسلہ شروع رہتا ہے، کامیاب انسان وہ ہے جوایسے حالات میں مستقل مزاج رہتا ہے ان بوقلمونیوں سے اس کے پائے استقلال میں لغزش نہیں آتی اور یوں اس کی زندگی کی گاڑی رواں دواں رہتی ہے۔بقول غالبؔ
رنج سے خوگر ہوا انساں تو مٹ جاتا ہے رنج
مشکلیں اتنی پڑیں مجھ پر کہ آساں ہو گئیں

جب کوئی چیز حد سے بڑھ جاتی ہے، اپنی انتہا کو پہنچ جاتی ہے تو اس کا وجود عنقا ہو جاتاہے اس کی حیثیت بدل جاتی ہے اس کے نفع نقصان کا تصور تبدیل ہو جاتا ہے۔ اس کے مضر اثرات مصلح ہو جاتے ہیں اس میں یکسر تبدیلی آجاتی ہے اور ایّام کے ساتھ ساتھ وہ قصہ پارینہ بن جاتی ہے۔

Background: To avoid delays in outpatient facilities for managing benign gynecological conditions like abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB), there is a need to evaluate the usage of unconventional methods like outpatient hysteroscopy. Objectives: To evaluate the usage of outpatient diagnostic hysteroscopy in women with abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods: An observational study was conducted at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Combined Military Hospital, Kharian. The study included 56 women having AUB with or without a history of failed medical treatment. The study participants underwent outpatient diagnostic hysteroscopy. Diagnostic hysteroscopy was done under the local para-cervical block in the Outpatient department. Procedure indications, outcome and biopsy findings were recorded on predesigned proformas. Results: Median age of the study participants was 44 years. The most common indications for diagnostic hysteroscopy were postmenopausal bleeding (34%) and heavy menstrual bleeding (28%). Hysteroscopy outcomes included endometrial biopsy (34%), discharge with no biopsy (25%), further test and evaluations required (21%), and admission due to failed outpatient procedures (20%). Sixty-two percent of the study participants had normal biopsy findings while other biopsy findings included polyps (20%), fibroids (14%) and endometrial hyperplasia (4%). Nine percent had unsuccessful hysteroscopy due to patient refusal to proceed. Conclusion: Outpatient hysteroscopy can be helpful in the early and rapid diagnosis of women with abnormal uterine bleeding.
Being the part of 21st century, where the world is just a single click away because of websites, however, surfing website usability is the main concern. In a digital world, websites have their own influence in different occupations. Distance, formal and in-formal educational institutions have taken initiative in this regard by introducing their new learning mechanism in the form of educational websites and learning management systems. Authors have altered the way of learning. Basic purpose of this research work is to resolve the issues of accessibility, usability, and learn-ability while visiting websites. Human Computer Interaction has been playing its role in this regard by facilitating the user without any discrimination. Different usability, accessibility, and learn ability evaluation methods have already been developed, all with their own strengths and limitations. This research work anticipates by analyzing weaknesses in already developed methods and proposes a new technique with extended competencies. Online learning management system, of different educational institutions will be used as case studies in research work. Feedback and surveys will be filled by the users for validation of research work. An automatic website testing tool will be developed during the thesis to evaluate websites to prove that proposed approach is better than previous approaches.
