شرم الشیخ سے قاہرہ واپسی
دس بارہ گھنٹے کی طویل مسافت کے بعد شرم الشیخ سے قاہرہ پہنچے ۔کانفرس کے مندوبین مختلف مقامات پر بس سے اترتے گئے ۔دکتورمجید،دکتورہ رعشہ،دکتورہ شائمہ، دکتوریحی ٰ ایک ساتھ اترے ۔دکتورہ مونا جو الازہر یونیورسٹی میں اردو کی استاد ہیں جنھوں نے ڈاکٹر مبارک علی کی کتاب پاکستانی معاشرے میں گھٹن اور خواتین کے استحصال پر اپنا مقالہ پڑھا تھا ،جس پر سوال و جواب کے سیشن میں میری طرف سے شدید تنقیدی گفتگو ہوئی تھی اور کانفرس کے باقی ایام میں و ہ مجھ سے کنی کتراتی تھیں، نے بھی آج بس سے اترتے ہوئے چہرے پر خفیف سی مسکراہٹ لا کر آواز دی ’’اﷲ حافظ یا دکتورالطاف‘‘ دکتورہ بسنت کا گھر بھی ہماری رہائش سے پہلے آیا ،انھوں نے مجھے دکتورمحمود کے حوالے کیا اور خود اگلے دن شام کو ملنے کا وعدہ کر کے بس سے اتر گئیں ۔دکتورہ ایمان کو لینے ان کے بھائی وقت پر نہ پہنچ سکے تو ہمارے ساتھ ٹیکسی میں سوار ہو گئیں ۔ایمان کا گھر عسکری فلیٹس میں تھا جہاں قدرے خوشحال لوگ رہتے تھے ،میں نے پوچھا کہ آپ کے شوہر فوج میں ہیں ؟اس نے کہا نہیں وہ سعودی عرب میں ملازمت کر رہے ہیں ۔باقی عربوں کی نسبت مصری زیادہ ہنر مند اور جفا کش ہوتے ہیں ۔ان کا المیہ یہ ہے کہ دورِ فراعنہ سے لے کر عصرِحاضر تک مطلق العنانی اور مارشل لائی طرز حکمرانی نے حاکموں کو مالدار اور عام مصریوں کو غریب تر بنا دیا ہے ۔
In the present age, a great conflict has become the source of clash between Islām and the rest of the world, especially, the western world. The world of Islām is accused of having and breeding the fanatical elements, who help promote terrorism in the world. The Western world and the media leave no opportunity to malign the name of the most peaceful religion of the world. This article illumines that Islām is a peace loving religion and does not approve terrorism. Those elements, involved in disrupting peace are not the true representative of Islām. They make a very minor portion of the Islamic world. The majority of Muslims are peace loving people and they need to be given a due coverage by the media. This research article is an attempt to present a very soft, peaceful and noble image of Islām before the world, especially, the western world. The two main sources of Islām: al-Qur’ān and the sayings of the Prophet of Islām, the prophet Muḥammadﷺ, have been quoted extensively, to prove that the religion and the meanings of the world, ‘Islām’, all reflect peace, fraternity, friendship and altruism. The Western scholars have also been quoted appropriately to support the said premise.
The concept of motivation has great significance in public sector organizations. Motivation always exists in organization and plays a vital role for enhancement of morality and productivity of employees at work place. Case study of Pakistan State Oil and Pakistan Air Force was selected to measure the importance of motivation and its role towards morality and productivity. Collection of data was diverse in nature and tried to cover all the aspect pertaining to motivation and its role toward organization productivity. Questioners were prepared to analyze the level of motivation. The sample size was selected for the testing from lower, middle and higher level management. Many motivational key elements were found missing in Pakistan State Oil which was highlighted in the current research. Pakistan Air Force being a defence organization was also tested for motivation and its various measures taken by the organization for the employees. The statistics of this study has been collected by following the interviews and questionnaire methodologies. In this regards 200 questionnaire were prepared. 120 were filled by middle management level administrators and rest around 80 people has been interviewed from senior level personally by the researcher. This output of model summary exhibits that the multiple correlation coefficients (R), using all the predictors (independent variables) simultaneously is determined as 0.654 (R2=0.427) and the adjusted R2 is 0.362 which means that about 36% of the variation in the dependent variable (Motivation to enhance Morality & Productivity at Work) can be predicted by the independent variables i.e. Money as Motivational Factor, Reward as Motivational Factor, Open & Comfortable Environment for work Productivity and so on and so forth. Moreover on the bases of these results recommendations were formulated.
