ایک حادثہ المناک]مولانا ظفر احمد خاں[
۱۳؍دسمبر ۱۹۷۹ء جمعرات کی شب میں ایک بجے مولانا محمد ظفر احمد خاں صاحب رحلت فرماگئے۔ اناﷲ واناالیہ راجعون۔ ۱۹۳۸ء میں یہ ادارہ قائم ہوا۔ مولانا مرحوم ۱۹۳۹ء میں ندوۃ المصنفین میں بحیثیت کارکن ومنیجر تشریف لائے۔ موصوف کارسالہ برہان اورادارہ ندوۃ المصنفین سے دیرینہ تعلق تھا۔مرحوم کا حضرت مفتی صاحب سے تعلق چالیس ۴۰ سال رہا۔ اوراسی دوران جب سے دفتر کی ذمہ داریاں میرے سپرد کی گئی تھیں وہ ۱۹۶۸ء تھا، زیادہ تراسی وقت سے میرا مرحوم سے قُرب رہا۔موصوف پُرخلوص نیک دل انسان تھے اور وفاداری ان کے مزاج میں بے پناہ پائی جاتی تھی۔موصوف اپنی خود ایک مثال تھے۔ادارہ ندوۃ المصنفین کے وفادار اورایک اعلیٰ معیار کے کارکنوں میں ان کاشمار تھا۔مولوی صاحب میرے لیے سہارا اور ڈھارس تھے کیونکہ مجھ کو اُن سے حوصلہ افزائی اور تقویت حاصل تھی۔ مولوی صاحب کی جدائی میرے واسطے ایک بھیانک انقلاب ہے۔مجھ کویہ دلی صدمہ پہنچا ہے دعافرمائیں کہ مزید ذمہ داریاں سنبھالنے کی اﷲ تعالیٰ مجھ کو بہترین صلاحیتوں سے نوازدیں۔آمین ثم آمین۔
مولوی صاحب اس جہانِ فانی سے رخصت ہونے کے چھ گھنٹے قبل تک رسالہ برہان کاکام انجام دیتے رہے۔ [منیجر ندوۃ المصنفین دہلی، جنوری ۱۹۸۰ء]
In this universe, if we look at the arrival of a human being, it will open up to us the secret that man did not come in this world suddenly, but he had gone through several worlds before stepping into this universe. The First World is called spiritual world where his soul was present and the argument is that when the soul enters the body of the baby and he starts to move in the womb of the mother, so the question now arises where was that soul before it entered the baby’s body? And where did that soul come from? Where it was and wherever it came from, the name of that universe is Spiritual world. After the spiritual world, there is a second world in the womb of the mother. In this world a man must live for at least nine months. Stop for a minute to see this amazing system of power that a baby remains alive in a moving grave for at least nine months. The object is to say that if a human being has to go through two worlds before coming into the universe, so if a fourth world is accepted after this world, what is the rational prohibition behind it? The life in the fourth world is called the life of Hereafter. If there is any disagreement with this name then let’s another name, but a fourth world still have to believe, because when the soul comes out of body after death, the same question will arise here that where did the soul go? In this article, it is examined that how author of “Tarjuman al-Qur’an” Abul Kalam Azad has proved the reality of life of Hereafter and what kind of arguments have given as an evidence in this tafsir?
The study was designed to investigate the Areas for Professional Development of public sector Teachers at Primary school level in District Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Purpose of this study was to evaluate the teachers’ performance in those Areas and National Professional Standards which are directly related to the class room practices and its main focus was to identify the areas where professional development of the teachers is needed. The main objectives of thestudy were; To critically evaluate the teaching Performance of public sector teachers at boys’ primary school level at Urban and Rural areas in district Peshawar; To evaluate the teachers teaching in light of National Professional Standards; To appraise the teachers’ teaching in light of the prescribed Areas of Instruction for 2006 curriculum; To compare the performance of the selected eight circles of District Peshawar; To identify the areas where professional development of the teachers is needed. For data collection an observational rubric with a four point coded rating scale was developed. Data was collected from 360 teachers of 120 schools of the total population 3465. The collected data was analyzed with the help of software SPSS version 16. The analysis of various levels indicated that maximum numbers of teachers were at level-4 (unsatisfactory) i.e more than 60% of the total teachers observed. The study recommended that Education department chalk out a wide-ranging plan for the training on all standards. Implementable training policy was recommended to frame all types of training programs. As a collaborative approach a four tier model, for continuing professional development, was recommended. Along with such other recommendations, a Teacher Performance Management Wing (TPMW) was also recommended to be established to appraise and supervise the instructional process.
