بڑے ادیب کی پہچان اس کی تخلیقی انفرادیت ہوتی ہے اور یہ ہی انفرادیت اسے دوسرے ادیبوں سے تشخص عطاء کرتی ہے اس کے فن کی خوبیاں اس کے بعد آ تی ہیں بلاشبہ سیمیں کرن موجودہ دور کے ادیبوں میں ایک جانا پہچانا نام ہیں آ پ اردو ادب میں فکشن نگاری ،تبصرہ نگاری ،اور کالمز لکھنے میں پیش پیش ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔

      خالدہ حسین نے کہا تھا کہانی لکھنے کا عمل میرے لیے اپنے وجود سے رشتہ قائم رکھنے کی ایک کوشش کا نام ہے تو جب میں اپنا وجود خطرے میں محسوس کرتی ہوں تو خود کو لکھنے پر مجبور پاتی ہوں ۔۔۔۔۔! بلکل یہ ہی رشتہ سیمیں کا کہانیوں کے ساتھ ہے ان کے نزدیک ادب زندگی کے حبس اور گھٹن میں ایک تازہ ہوا کا جھونکا ہے ادب ایک ایسی کھڑکی ہے جو اندر باہر کھلتی ہے وہ کہتی ہیں کہ میں کہانی کب لکھتی ہوں وہ مجھے خود گلے آ ملتی ہے کسی سہیلی کی طرح ۔۔۔۔۔۔کسی کردار کی صورت ۔۔۔۔اور میرے کان میں سرگوشی کرتی ہے کہ مجھے پڑھو مجھے لکھو۔۔۔۔۔۔! اب تک مصنفہ کے 3 افسانوی مجموعے،  2 ناول اورمختلف سماجی و سیاسی موضوعات پر کالمز تبصرے چھپ چکے ہیں آ پ نے ہر صنف ادب میں طبع آزمائی کی ہے اور کامیاب ہوئی ہیں۔

KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Leadership is the process of activities of someone who has the art / ability to influence, coordinate and move individuals so that cooperation arises regularly in an effort to achieve common goals that have been established / formulated. While educational leadership, namely the process of activities influencing, moving and coordinating individuals, organizations / educational institutions to achieve certain goals that have been formulated. Leader skills operate the organization. Is skill to cooperate, motivate and lead and technical skills, namely skills that must be possessed by the principal in using knowledge, methods, techniques, and equipment to complete certain tasks. Other activities that the headmaster must do as a self-developer are learning and observing daily work in the wet environment, observing management activities in a planned and creative way to develop new methods in the learning process and building networks.

Exploring Concept Mapping As an Approach to Science Teaching in Lower Secondary School in Pakistan

In this dissertation, the use of an alternative teaching approach to the teaching of science, called "Concept mapping", has been explored. This approach was compared with the traditional teaching approach which emphasizes memorization and reproduction of factual information about scientific concepts. The study was conducted in three stages: Pre-intervention stage (Observation of how science teaching is currently done), Intervention stage (introducing the concept mapping approach) and post-intervention stage (examining the effects of the introduction of the concept mapping approach). Data was collected mainly through the students' test papers, concept maps, group discussions among students, classroom observation of students' activities, clinical interviews with students, students' journals and teachers' feedback. Data analysis was done by comparing the data collected at the pre-intervention stage with those collected after the intervention (after introducing the concept Mapping approach). The findings showed that when students were taught through the traditional approach, they mostly memorized the information without understanding it and without connecting it to their previous knowledge and experiences. After the intervention, however, students showed a deeper understanding of scientific concepts and they felt comfortable in learning in a non-threatening atmosphere in the classroom. Apart from the higher academic achievement of students, students also learnt social skills such as listening to one another and respecting each other's ideas, working quietly in groups and taking turns to speak during discussions. The teachers were also found to be positive about the concept mapping approach and they expressed their desire to learn more about the approach and to try it out in their own classes
